As usual, Byjus also got bitten by the success.
### programs, mentor rarely responded and that with wrong information.
I subscribed tthere 7-8 standard program for my daughter and based on my query they provided me monthly class schedule which somehow never follows. On raising the same, till yet vague replies from the mentor. 0 CUSTOMER service. I wuld suggest you to better go for other classes and Byjus after enrollment sucks.

The only option i am looking forward is legal to get my fees back. I wish no one else to do that

    That u people have given a number for a call. But it is not functioning. 15 days back I asked mentor for payment sheet. She said that she will raise the same to financial team. But even today I didn't get any cal from u. Moreover for assistance we r not connecting it numbers

        I got the back by 3rd April 2021, by 8th of that April itself I have initiated for return and refund. From that day onwards I'm keeps on trying to them. No one was properly replied. All told it registered kind of and all.

        They have debited my first due by yesterday and now they were abusing like you have only 2 options 1. You can face legally which will cause you to pay 1.5 lakhs in return that also case will drag for 3 years kind of and 2. Is to go with the revised plan kind of.

        They were blackmailing now.

          This is Ganesh, I took byjus product during April 10th . And after usage & due to covid -19 effected family I informed byjus people for cancellation within 10 days . And the customer support team responded & made initiated the request . And during that they informed me about to talk with kids . So, our family is in health crisis and hospitalized & not in a situation to get back . So, they politely said you have time till May don't worry ..etc so, on first week of May I'm worried about EMI so called them again they are asking me to connect with kids, I already said we are in health crisis why you ppl are forcing us to talk with kids ?
          And during that I want to talk with kids with your team, the executive used to say our manager is not available ...etc
          So, whenever we want to connect with team they used to say our manager is not available .
          And later end of the may (As EMI starts at June 1st ) we are still in bad news of our family members demise . My mother expired on 27th May due to covid . We are not in a situation to talk or do anything .
          On June 1st somehow I made a call to byjus people to close this, the manager is not connecting intentionally or don't know .
          I made 10 calls to customer support the cus executive used to say will connect to our manager on higher priority . But there is no response .
          Now when I'm trying to connect customer support they are not connecting to executive atleast your team might blocked or ignoring me as customer .I felt very bad.
          But the thing is I'm getting daily automated calls & Messages from byjus about the EMI.
          See we are really in a bad situation financially & mentally due to this COVID -19 .
          I want to return all these products please take them . And solve this issue . During this health crisis you need to understand some families situation .

            Hi, im Nimishkumar Brahmbhatt, had got 4 year subscription before almost 2 year, by the time i got subscription i informed them that i am planning to move UK and they said will give u all required support however since last 1 year im helpless as im not gtting any support my son is really not occupied by it as he has already finished the provided stuff on tab and now all repeatedly contant is coming i ask them to refund since 3 months but no update from them i had made HDFC loan for that and im paying it regularly, now im in uk and this people takes advantage. Kindly help me.

                Hello,
                I was working with byjus as a BDA from september and left the organization on 13th April.
                Incentives for my performance of october 2020 and november 2020 was not paid by the company . It was told to me that in 2months the incentives comes but I have been mailing regarding the incentives to the payroll team and also to my manager and senior manager. They kept on saying that in some time it will be credited.
                I left the organisation on April 13, 2021. In my FNF my incentives were not included. I wrote a mail asking for the same again the payroll team said that if I would have been active at the time of incentive calculation then it will be credited but not now.
                I have been mailing my AVP but now no one is replying .

                Just think, an employee working hard everyday thinking she will get the salary in a month or two is told after 6 months that now I can not get it.
                I deserve that money since it is my salary which was not paid in october and November.

                My working day was 11jan - 23feb .During some reason i wasn't got my offer letter of BDA.But I generated 102000 of revenue in the trening period. But i haven't got his insentive till now while the approx is about to be 3 month.

                  The company didnt provide the services such as mentor support and the videos are not upto the level, and due to covid we are financially poor to pay the EMI now, but they are forcing us and threatening us to pay the EMI, please help us to stop the EMI

                    I am writing this mail my hardest time with Byju’s team during this Covid-19 pandemic period

                    She has enrolled (Forcefully) in Learning app program by your executives, Mr.Rupesh (Mob No: [protected]) one of your executives approached us to convince and get into this program, He also spoke with the student but she hasn’t convinced somehow due to the time barrier, but Byju’s team executive keep insisted and asked her to try a trial basis (free of cost) and we were also agreed somehow.

                    Executive started documentation process and furnish all the details but we were not ready to give bank account details but he promised for reliability my manager will be in touch with you believe us this is only for documentation purpose and we will not proceed till getting your confirmation, after his turn, the executive manager (Mob no: [protected]) came into the picture and started convincing and trying to get into this program but we were sure that we are not ready to pay for this program but he offer’s again try this one month with free of cost, if you interested after you can pay the amount this what he promised but in the behind, he has done cheating without our knowledge and put into this EMI activation, after a month of activation we were clueless about what to do further since not reachable Byju’s executive.

                    On someday, we are receiving that Your EMI amount has to pay (Rs.xxxxxxx) and we shocked so forced us to reach out support center, till date we were in touch with many executives but no proper the solution hasn’t brought still we keep trying to reach through your support system still no response, so request assign proper support staff to fix this the issue soon in a concrete manner.

                    I would like to make this very clear, we are not going to pay a single rupee from our side at the same time we are ready to handover your Byju’s Kit, so organize the collecting staff to take back your product from ours.

                      Please note I had opted for Byju junior for my kids Mihika and Mishika Bihani...but as explained to us during our initial interaction byju service was not to that mark...thus we opted for refund procedures and then each any every person who promised for service like Sahil, Samrat and Puja no body is taking ownership and no one is coming to support...infact I mailed in [protected]@byju.com but again no answer from there too...is this the way this organisation serve customers

                        I have trying to reach Mr. Venkat (Manager) and Mr. Subramanyam (my councillor) who approached me for Admission ) I have a few concerns which is not being solved till date after paying the full amounts for BYJU’S.. I have been following up with Subramanyam regards this issues but he is least bothered to solve my problems rather he blocked my and husband’s number. Many things were told to me at the time of taking admissions for BYJU’S but none of the things were correct not any of the such things are happening in my Daughter online BYJU’S classes.
                        The councillor told me that Mokshita has taken BYJU’S ONLINE from 5th grade to 10th grade according to Subramanyam. But I am coming to know from the mentor from BYJU’S that she is only eligible for ONLINE CLASSES till 7th grade. And the rest 3 years she is eligible for only OFFLINE CLASSES which made me think and worryingly on this, That I have been cheated on this, whatever I was told and promised nothing is being happening to my daughter online classes.I was told she will be having a real online classes but it’s a recorded online class. I have been bluffed from one o[censored]r councillor Mr.Subramanyam. He lied everything to me just for the sake of the admission and for his target.
                        Lastly I got a hope and I approached the Manager of BYJU’S Mr.Venkat, I have eccelerated my problems to him thinking ok that he is a Manage and he would definitely help me out in this, he has sent me a mail which is baseless.. he has sent me a mail which includes services / benefits that BYJU’S is offering, this is already included in the admission form so nothing new I have received in the mail.
                        Finally the Manager also started ignoring my calls and messaged . And now I don’t know what to do whom to seek for a help who can solve my issues.
                        If BYJU’S cannot give the service’s what is being promised and told it’s better not to say and spoil BYJU’S name, saying something and happening something else.

                        I would request you to take the necessary actions agains My councillor Mr. Subramanyam who has cheated a customer and bluffed me just for the sake of administration and for his targets.

                            Hi I had taking early learning product from byju for my son 5to6. But he is not able to follow it up or understand it properly and not able to get it properly. Only watching videos and not able to understand.                               Hi I had taking early learning product from byju for my son UKG. But he is not able to follow it up or understand it properly and not able to get it properly. Only watching videos and not able to understand.                                 Hi,

                                I have been following up on the cancellation since 45 days with the Senior manager Manasvi, she is just giving false promises and zero transparency with the way things are being handled, she keeps me blinded on what is happening with the cancellation, the loan department which is not Byjus arw behind me to pay for services that im not using and due to the cancellation delay that is being caused by Manasvi im being tortured by finance teams to do the payment.

                                I have done a 5000 rupees payment and 33000 loan taken.

                                Im worried that such a big company is totally dealing this so unprofessional way, and not even telling me why the delay and what needs to be done. I have given all the proofs infact thay have all my details bank, personal, passport, pan, aadhar, literally everything shared.

                                  I purchased Byjus product in January. We hardly used it for 15 - 20 days. After two months, I asked them for cancellation as it is obsolete paying money without using the product. But no help received, I was forced to pay 3 months installments. I have dropped many emails and also had long conversations with mentors and senior manager as well but they end up telling it is not possible and it is your problem if you are not using the product. It would be helpful to me if you cancel the plan and share the acknowledgement. With lot of patience, I tried asking them to cancel the plan without any refund. As they have wasted so much of my time, I want them to pay for my time in the form of refund.
