I have trying to reach Mr. Venkat (Manager) and Mr. Subramanyam (my councillor) who approached me for Admission ) I have a few concerns which is not being solved till date after paying the full amounts for BYJU’S.. I have been following up with Subramanyam regards this issues but he is least bothered to solve my problems rather he blocked my and husband’s number. Many things were told to me at the time of taking admissions for BYJU’S but none of the things were correct not any of the such things are happening in my Daughter online BYJU’S classes.
The councillor told me that Mokshita has taken BYJU’S ONLINE from 5th grade to 10th grade according to Subramanyam. But I am coming to know from the mentor from BYJU’S that she is only eligible for ONLINE CLASSES till 7th grade. And the rest 3 years she is eligible for only OFFLINE CLASSES which made me think and worryingly on this, That I have been cheated on this, whatever I was told and promised nothing is being happening to my daughter online classes.I was told she will be having a real online classes but it’s a recorded online class. I have been bluffed from one o[censored]r councillor Mr.Subramanyam. He lied everything to me just for the sake of the admission and for his target.
Lastly I got a hope and I approached the Manager of BYJU’S Mr.Venkat, I have eccelerated my problems to him thinking ok that he is a Manage and he would definitely help me out in this, he has sent me a mail which is baseless.. he has sent me a mail which includes services / benefits that BYJU’S is offering, this is already included in the admission form so nothing new I have received in the mail.
Finally the Manager also started ignoring my calls and messaged . And now I don’t know what to do whom to seek for a help who can solve my issues.
If BYJU’S cannot give the service’s what is being promised and told it’s better not to say and spoil BYJU’S name, saying something and happening something else.

I would request you to take the necessary actions agains My councillor Mr. Subramanyam who has cheated a customer and bluffed me just for the sake of administration and for his targets.

    I am writing this mail my hardest time with Byju’s team during this Coid-19 pandemic period
    She has enrolled (Forcefully) in Learning app program by your executives, Mr.Rupesh (Mob No: [protected]) one of your executives approached us to convince and get into this program, He also spoke with student but she hasn’t convinced somehow due to time barrier, but Byju’s team executive keep insisted and asked her to try trial basis (free of cost) and we were also agreed somehow.
    Executive started documentation process and furnish all the details but we were not ready to give bank account details but he promised for reliability my manager will be in touch with you believe us this is only for documentation purpose and we will not proceed till get your confirmation, after his turn, executive manager (Mob no: [protected]) came into the picture and started convincing and trying to get into this program but we were sure that we are not ready to pay this program but he offer’s again try this one month with free of cost, if you interested after you can pay the amount this what he promised but in the behind he has done cheating with out our knowledge and put into this EMI activation, after a month of activation we were clueless what to do further since not reachable Byju’s executive.
    On some day we are receiving that you EMI amount has to pay (Rs.xxxxxxx) and we shocked so forced us to reach out support centre, till date we were in touch with many executives but no proper solution hasn’t brought so request assign proper support staff to fix this issue soon in concrete manner.
    I would like to make this very clear, we are not going to pay single rupee from our side at the same time we are ready to handover your Byju’s Kit, so organise the collecting staff to take back your product from ours.
    Meanwhile ask your financial team (Avanse) do not try to proceed any financial transaction till this get solved.
    Kindly let me know if you may need any other information from end and look forward to having fruitful discussion with you.

      Hi I had taking early learning product from byju for my son 5to6. But he is not able to follow it up or understand it properly and not able to get it properly. Only watching videos and not able to understand. Its been a month now and form last week onwards we are trying inform teh byju its not worth for us as its not giving us result and not able to follow as well. its waste of money for us to keep now and i had taken loan to get this product for my son. Now just keep saying 15days cancellation policy and not to refund. It does not make sense to that if the child is not able to get what is the need then what is the use of the product. Atleast they should call and and tell us what best can be done in this situation. Its not done and no body is ready to talk apart form mentor and no sr official or marketing team or sales team.
      Please help in getting this resolved.

          Hi,

          I have been following up on the cancellation since 45 days with the Senior manager Manasvi, she is just giving false promises and zero transparency with the way things are being handled, she keeps me blinded on what is happening with the cancellation, the loan department which is not Byjus arw behind me to pay for services that im not using and due to the cancellation delay that is being caused by Manasvi im being tortured by finance teams to do the payment.

          I have done a 5000 rupees payment and 33000 loan taken.

          Im worried that such a big company is totally dealing this so unprofessional way, and not even telling me why the delay and what needs to be done. I have given all the proofs infact thay have all my details bank, personal, passport, pan, aadhar, literally everything shared.

            I purchased Byjus product in January. We hardly used it for 15 - 20 days. After two months, I asked them for cancellation as it is obsolete paying money without using the product. But no help received, I was forced to pay 3 months installments. I have dropped many emails and also had long conversations with mentors and senior manager as well but they end up telling it is not possible and it is your problem if you are not using the product. It would be helpful to me if you cancel the plan and share the acknowledgement. With lot of patience, I tried asking them to cancel the plan without any refund. As they have wasted so much of my time, I want them to pay for my time in the form of refund.

                I have called many times since last 3 months for refund, but such a big company Byjus is not responding .Neither it is giving reference ID not calling back.Such a big company can do such fraud..!!! I can't believe

                    Sir, I am chasing / fighting with byjus from Last 3 years to process my refund and clear the dues of Capital Float from whom Byjus had made me Finance my course.

                    Wonder to understand that such a big company doesn't have provision to reply on Mail in Writing and only communicate thru tele call, VERY SURPIRSED

                    Weekly twice I send them Mail reminder but all in VAIN, they never reply on Mail.

                    Please look into the same

                      They called us and told my son is selected through scholarship..They told us to deposit 5000rs ..My children didnt liked their way of teaching, they are giving just recorded lectures and all their promises were fake... The tablet didn't had my son syllabus... They called us and tortured to pay emi ..we paid 1 month emi.. So I want to cancel this course... We told them to cancel but he didn't response our call nd text.. They delayed time and didn't respond. ..We are very upset...They are fraud of this modern society...They disappoint innocent parents who think gud for their children... Byjus is completely fraud company...

                      agree Byjus is FRAUD company, they cheat children and are not at all transparent, apart from this their is an clear NEXUS between Byjus and Financial institute, who finance us for Byjus and then we are into trap. Dont pay even an SINGLE EMI, let them recover from Byjus

                      Fortunately after fight of 3 years Byjus accepted my Cancellation and refunded Principal Amount, now fighting for Penalties & Interest which Capital Float is demanding from me, fyi have not paid SINGLE rupee to Capital Float till date to keep Byjus under presurre

                        At the time of first counselling, Mr Harsh and Ms Roshni were there on the zoom meeting and after initial brief I have asked if the classes are being conducted along with school syllabus? Mr Harsh replied me back with affirmative answer saying the mentor will be in touch to do the needful. I was quite resistant for EMI payment as I know the EMIs like you get all the money from my credit card and then credit card company collects in instalments so Byju’s will have no liability. Because I wanted my daughter to have support for her school education I have asked the question regarding maping along with school syllabus 2-3 times. I never wanted her to learn in 2 different systems. In general in most school it goes like 1-2 chapters of stats, 1-2 chapters of algebra and 1-2 chapters of geometry in maths or for social science it is like 1-2 chapters of History, 1-2 chapters of Civics and 1-2 chapters of Geography. But this is not the case with Byju’s and this is what I didn’t want that is why I asked that question.

                        Along with the cancellation, I am raising a concern of FRAUD conducted by Mr Harsh by providing wrong information and took money from me. Mr Harsh gave me wrong information even though I asked him twice regarding the byju’s syllabus to go along with school syllabus because I believe he was only concerned about me enrolling my daughter for the class. This is unethical sales practise to get money from client with false promises. If I would have known about byju’s classes (online or offline) not being conducted along with school syllabus then I wouldn’t have paid a single penny for the course.

                        Additionally, I have never seen as pathetic and reckless services before. Mr Harsh who could see all the messages and reply back and also pick up the calls promptly at the time of enrolment, never even bothered to reply back after getting the money. Completely ridiculous and irresponsible. This is typical mentality of anything for deal done and who cares later because my job done. This ignorance strengthen the confirmation of FRAUDARANT behaviour. Attachment is the snapshot of conversation with him where after receiving money there is no response from him.

                        I have many more to say but I can’t write all of them, I strongly ask you to refund all the money including processing charges and other losses. I also demand compensation for:
                        a) Taking money by giving false information
                        b) So called BEST BYJU’s WORST services and even ridiculous and irresponsible counsellor like MR HARSH CHAUDHARY

                          Byjus sales person Mithunnath K S called and informed about the 35 online class for CBSE X class with the payment of Rs. 2000/-. He forced us to pay immediately as the class started next day and he will send the schedule of the class after the payment. Even after repeated reminder
                          for two to three weeks he did not sent any schedule and i complained to the customer care (Case number is[protected]Byjus complain no : _00D2w3yRgl._5002wEB0aS:ref) they informed it will be resolved in 24 hrs. after repeated followup one guy called and informed there is no such 35 classed and its a one month class.
                          We said we are not interested in one month class as the exam is in less than a month. so asks to repay the amount paid but till date they haven't responded.
                          Even though i already purchased CBSE X online learning course for huge money, they cheated me for Rs. 2000/-

                          Hope byjus will check and resolve my case ASAP.

                                My daughter Jane mauryan is not satisfied with your offline teaching program as she has no interest in watching learning process neutrally. I have got registration in April and also my trial period has passed. So please my humble request is that my money should be refunded to me in time so that I may arrange an offline teacher and she could continue her studies.                                 we try to upgrade the course materials from class 5 to 6 in Tab but we are not able to upgrade code error during occurs.
                                Already emailed the payment receipt to my mentor Mr. Hitesh his email id hitesh.[protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com

                                We called them many times customer care and from last ten days no one call to us and our problem not solved so far.
                                Kindly take the necessary action to solve the problem or refund the money.

                                  Dear sir/mam, I registered on byjus's app on August 30-2020,
                                  I shared my personal details with them like email, phone number.
                                  Now their salesman executive calls me and forces me to buy the course, I simply refused it. but they are calling again and harassment forces me to buy their course and they demotivate me to study.
                                  I try to focus on my study they told me that without their course I never pass any exam even my board exam. they will give me mental anxiety and hurt my self-images. For the last, since 6 months they regularly call me and hurt my intuition for buy the course.
                                  please take the action against this it's hurt me a lot.

                                  they called me with their personal number and from different numbers.

                                    we are enrolled Byju's JEE subscription for 11, 12 + JEE before 4 months. Actually we never planned to join byjus and so many byjus counsellor make us call to buy byjus product we are rejected many of them too and we are took admission in best college . After some day another counsellor call us and He told take our product it really help you get your admission into your dream college and finally he made us in his track, I canceled my offline couching college and we took byjus product and we were busy in my sister marriage for 1month and i did not used byjus for 1st month after some days i started using it and really we are not satisfied with the product please stop our JEE subscription. I have paid 5000 at the start and i made 4 EmIs please help us . we have financial problem too.

                                      We purchased product from byjus of 9 and 10 class counsellor told this package includes both 9 and 10 classes and then after completing the session of 9 we call them for code of 10 class they says that you don't have subscription for 10 live classes and we are paying full fess and every month EMI is taking from bank.
                                      This very ridiculous behavior by sales team and mentor team now we want to cancle that subscription but they says we cannot do that because our byjus policy for cancellation only within 15 days
                                      We want to cancle that subscription.
