    I ordered Byju's study kit for my both kids. I thought it would be helpful but the product is not at helpful for my kids, so I filed the return request on call and via mail too. Its been more than 20 days and I have never heard back. My request id is 15906327.

        I wanted to cancel my course so I called the counceller and he told me that he doesn't know anything about cancellation he just does the admission and that he will update me regarding this concern. Then he didn't respond I called the mentor he told me that there was a period of 15 days which I didn't know anything about because the counceller didn't inform me /even he didn't know. I am calling the byjus team for 20 days there is no update and I can't even call then because they put on redirected recording which says we'll call you back in 15 minutes.

          During the meet with sales representative and I clearly told my child has difficulty in learning by seeing videos in English. But he assured that we can cancel the subscription in trial period of 15 days. Also made initial payment of 5000. Now when I'm trying to refund no one is answering properly.

            I had purchased byjus kit for my daughter and paid 8000 rupees for the Byjus admission purpose, but till date mentor or sales person have not contact with me. i had called several times to the counsellor and the got the same reply we are trying to resolve the issue but there is no response from the organization.
            But My ward has lost interest in learning with Byjus app due to such delays. So I decided to cancel the Byjus.
            During the admission, the counsellor had promised me that he will help me to cancel the Byjus courses. After knowing that my ward is not willing to study in Byjus.
            To cancel the same I asked help from counsellor to cancel my courses. but no one helping me out..

              On 11.03.2021, I got byjus premium membership appliances. You provide me 15days trial period.
              Today, 21.03.2021 (total no. Of days 11 I used it is useless for me.)
              I want to cancel my byjus premium membership. Because my children are not interesting to do byjus classes.
              So, I want to cancel my order byjus premium membership.
              Now I am calling the Byjus but they are not responding me & they are not cancelled my order.
              I have all voice recording are available.
              I request you please cancel my byjus premium membership.

                I have taken tablet program from BYJUS and paid registration fees as Rs.10, 000/-, i l clearly told Byjus that this program is on trial basis, if i don't like it, will cancel it, they also agreed for 15 days trail, the Tablet was sent to us on 16th Jan 2021 within Five to Six days i understood this is not worth it, so i decided to cancel, i have called and informed Byjus about cancelation, sent a mail on 2 nd Feb for cancelation, three or four persons called up, i told them why iam canceling, then their sr. Manger called and told that cancelation process will be processed after that, no one picks up the call, no call back, no reply for mail, now NACH mandate is due and i want to cancel for that as well, but there is no response from them, then also i pay fees and but i just paying my money and its worthless no response from byujs

                i payed Rs 30, 000/- then also they are continually calling and giving mentally pressure and telling we are complaint you, misbehaves

                They doing mentally pressure, now i need refund
                Totally i payed Rs 30, 000/-

                  My ticket no is 16090880. I am Akanksha Raikwar, I purchased a Byjus IAS course on 15th January and got it delivered on 25th of January but due to some reason I couldn't continue with it so I applied for the cancellation under 15 days of receiving my order, today it's been 45 days and no one came for the order pickup and no Cancellation is done, my 5000 rs isn't refunded and now my emi also got deducted of rs 4336. I expect transperancy and justice from such a big company like Byjus . I am so disappointed with the service. I request you to refund my total amount and cancel my subscription asap.

                    I have byjus package with tab .from sep 2020 installments of ₹2750 were started.I pay through HDFC bank app.But now when I noticed my installments detail.I found that At 7or 8 of every month from starting I.e.september 2020, ₹2750 have been deducting from my account automatically even I never opted for auto bill payment.From September 2020, I have been charged doubled.from sep 2020 to March 2021 means 7 months × 2750. So plz refund my extra sum that has been paid to you.and stop auto bill to my account

                      I have opted byjus 6to10 course for my child. But unfortunately my child is going to hostel. So I have called them to cancel the course my. 15 days duration is also not completed. I have written emails also but they are not responding. I am worried time is passing. Still 15 days duration not completed. Please help me. They are doing fraud. Please help me to cancel the course and refund my they took 77000 from my credit card. They made many promises that they will returned the course within 15 days. But now they are not responding to calls or either mails.

                        I am trying to refund the byjus premium product with in 15 days but not getting any response from the team. I am calling the byjus help line no.but received any call back from byjus. I am also calling my counselor who came my to sale the product, was also not answering the call and ignore. I am going through the financial problems and can't able to pay the EMI. I have mailed them 3 time on the [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com but they we will contact you but they don't contact me.
                        Me and my father is in tension just because of the byjus, which is making the fraud and not following their policy.

                        I request you to please help me out with the problem and in return of byjus premium product.

                            My Byjus Order SO-[protected], I Have Opted For The Byju's Package On Jan 20th 2021 And Due To Personal Reasons I Have Raised A Cancellation Request On Jan 28th 2021 And Return The Product On Feb 10th And The Product Has Been Received By Byjus Team By Feb 11th 2021. And they havenot cancelled or refunded the amount even after lot of emails and calls....

                            I purchased byjus ias kit on jan 2021 but now i need to return because i cant able to understand the content only polity is usefull for me other than that nothing helps me. For the 1st 15days they told me to study polity iam ok with polity so i havent claimed for return but now when i used to go for other subjects nothing is so easy for me understand.. I need to return the product

                                  When I opted byju’s product for my nephew studies I thought services will be good, being a SRK as an ambassador. They told me each and everything on a call and in the zoom session which was good experience, there was clause where BYJUS commit 15 days of trial period, I thought my nephew will use it. But after 10 days due to some issue my nephew had to go out of india. Hence there was no use for me to pay more to BYJUS so I requested BYJUs to cancel it under 15 days trial period. Now if I talk about the after-sale services pathetic
                                  every time I call them, there IVR say’s we will call you in 15 min but the call we get after 2 days
                                  there cancellation team took 5 days to call me back
                                  when is justified my reason that am not able to take the byjus product so they are arguing with me.
                                  they are asking me that they want to talk to a child, I told them that why do you want to talk to child because at the end I have to pay the money and I don’t want your product, still they insisted and told me that they will forward my request now its been more than 15 days. And am still waiting for there call.
                                  even if they call you in 15 or 20 days and proceed your cancellation, they will ask us to courier there product to there headquarter and the fee of the courier service is also not going to be refund by byjus
                                  I hope after reading this they will do something and call me

                                  TODAY AM ALSO TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE TEAM, ABOUT THE CANCELLATION. STILL NO CANCELLATION TEAM CONTACTED ME. EVERY TIME THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM IS SAY THEY WILL CALL ME BACK IN 15 MIN.

                                    I’m filing this complaint as I didn’t get any solution from Byju’s Cancellation Team after repetitive calling them to cancel my EMI of Byju’s IAS course. I have purchased Byju’s IAS Tablet course in the month of November, 2020. At that time i did not had any source for taking loan so I asked my friend to help me by giving his account details for taking loan and his account was verified for loan. I used to pay him cash every month. And Now due to financial problem I’m not in the position to pay the EMI. Unfortunately, family circumstances at this time require my full attention, and I have important issues to take care of, which leave me unable to pay the Upcoming EMI’s. I’m calling them everyday to give me a solution but instead of that they are saying that it is impossible. I told them I don’t want any refund but please cancel the EMI as I won’t be able to manage it and also because of financial problems I’m not even able to focus on my studies. I even told them that I will send the tablet and the books which are not even touched but they are just saying that it is impossible. How can something be impossible for a company which itself says while selling the products that nothing is impossible? Please help me 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 you are my last hope.
