I have byjus package with tab .from sep 2020 installments of ₹2750 were started.I pay through HDFC bank app.But now when I noticed my installments detail.I found that At 7or 8 of every month from starting I.e.september 2020, ₹2750 have been deducting from my account automatically even I never opted for auto bill payment.From September 2020, I have been charged doubled.from sep 2020 to March 2021 means 7 months × 2750. So plz refund my extra sum that has been paid to you.and stop auto bill to my account

    I have opted byjus 6to10 course for my child. But unfortunately my child is going to hostel. So I have called them to cancel the course my. 15 days duration is also not completed. I have written emails also but they are not responding. I am worried time is passing. Still 15 days duration not completed. Please help me. They are doing fraud. Please help me to cancel the course and refund my they took 77000 from my credit card. They made many promises that they will returned the course within 15 days. But now they are not responding to calls or either mails.

      I am trying to refund the byjus premium product with in 15 days but not getting any response from the team. I am calling the byjus help line no.but received any call back from byjus. I am also calling my counselor who came my to sale the product, was also not answering the call and ignore. I am going through the financial problems and can't able to pay the EMI. I have mailed them 3 time on the [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com but they we will contact you but they don't contact me.
      Me and my father is in tension just because of the byjus, which is making the fraud and not following their policy.

      I request you to please help me out with the problem and in return of byjus premium product.

        I have rise cancellation request for byjus product on 24 Jan 2021 and since following up with byjus team for cancellation. Ans still there is no action and also byjus executive not respond to calls and mail. Pathectic service.
        They cheated with customer to sell there products

          Cancellation and Refund

          My Byjus Order SO-[protected], I Have Opted For The Byju's Package On Jan 20th 2021 And Due To Personal Reasons I Have Raised A Cancellation Request On Jan 28th 2021 And Return The Product On Feb 10th And The Product Has Been Received By Byjus Team By Feb 11th 2021. And they havenot cancelled or refunded the amount even after lot of emails and calls....

          I purchased byjus ias kit on jan 2021 but now i need to return because i cant able to understand the content only polity is usefull for me other than that nothing helps me. For the 1st 15days they told me to study polity iam ok with polity so i havent claimed for return but now when i used to go for other subjects nothing is so easy for me understand.. I need to return the product

            I have requested for hard copy of work book for JEE since more than one month, even after frequently request raised but no one taking care of it. even not replying to my call and cut from their side. I think, I m being cheated. Don't buy Byjus

              2. Refused to continue within a week of receipt of tab and study material
              3. Thereafter, it has been nearly two months of regularly contacting Byju's but they have not budjed an inch

                When I opted byju’s product for my nephew studies I thought services will be good, being a SRK as an ambassador. They told me each and everything on a call and in the zoom session which was good experience, there was clause where BYJUS commit 15 days of trial period, I thought my nephew will use it. But after 10 days due to some issue my nephew had to go out of india. Hence there was no use for me to pay more to BYJUS so I requested BYJUs to cancel it under 15 days trial period. Now if I talk about the after-sale services pathetic
                every time I call them, there IVR say’s we will call you in 15 min but the call we get after 2 days
                there cancellation team took 5 days to call me back
                when is justified my reason that am not able to take the byjus product so they are arguing with me.
                they are asking me that they want to talk to a child, I told them that why do you want to talk to child because at the end I have to pay the money and I don’t want your product, still they insisted and told me that they will forward my request now its been more than 15 days. And am still waiting for there call.
                even if they call you in 15 or 20 days and proceed your cancellation, they will ask us to courier there product to there headquarter and the fee of the courier service is also not going to be refund by byjus
                I hope after reading this they will do something and call me

                TODAY AM ALSO TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE TEAM, ABOUT THE CANCELLATION. STILL NO CANCELLATION TEAM CONTACTED ME. EVERY TIME THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM IS SAY THEY WILL CALL ME BACK IN 15 MIN.

                  I’m filing this complaint as I didn’t get any solution from Byju’s Cancellation Team after repetitive calling them to cancel my EMI of Byju’s IAS course. I have purchased Byju’s IAS Tablet course in the month of November, 2020. At that time i did not had any source for taking loan so I asked my friend to help me by giving his account details for taking loan and his account was verified for loan. I used to pay him cash every month. And Now due to financial problem I’m not in the position to pay the EMI. Unfortunately, family circumstances at this time require my full attention, and I have important issues to take care of, which leave me unable to pay the Upcoming EMI’s. I’m calling them everyday to give me a solution but instead of that they are saying that it is impossible. I told them I don’t want any refund but please cancel the EMI as I won’t be able to manage it and also because of financial problems I’m not even able to focus on my studies. I even told them that I will send the tablet and the books which are not even touched but they are just saying that it is impossible. How can something be impossible for a company which itself says while selling the products that nothing is impossible? Please help me 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 you are my last hope.

                    I have taken tablet program from BYJUS and paid registration fees as Rs.5000/-, i l clearly told Byjus that this program is on trial basis, if i don't like it, will cancel it, they also agreed for 15 days trail, the Tablet was sent to us on 12th Feb 2021 within Five to Six days i understood this is not worth it, so i decided to cancel, i have called and informed Byjus about cancelation, sent a mail on 22nd Feb for cancelation, three or four persons called up, i told them why iam canceling, then their sr. Manger called and told that cancelation process will be processed after that, no one picks up the call, no call back, no reply for mail, now NACH mandate is due and i want to cancel for that as well, but there is no response from them

                      I had purchased byjus after my 10th hoping that it would help me with my studies...rather it isn't helpful and is too complicated! I tried cancelling it after 2 months but the people never listen to it and the mentors just keep calling to give advises but not listen that I do not want to use it any more. They say they ll have another person call me for the issue but it never happens. I have also been told I can't cancel it.. but it's not helping me and to pay nearly 6000 every month is something I can't afford when it's not helpful. Please cancel my subscription as soon as possible and stop making calls for the loan payment.

                        BYJUs advertised as one-one interactive mentors will support the children.
                        I think many of them cheated by this lucrative words children will get support from dedicated mentor.
                        I was cheated the mentor who was dedicated to me is irresponsible not conducted any session with my child upto date.
                        I feel now Rs 60, 000 is wastely dumped into BYJUs garbage.

                        BYJUs assigned a mentor is not replying to any of my email.

                          I have bought the Byjus tab learning for my child with a assurance from Byjus that the ywill appoint mentor and the mentor will keep in touch with my child .
                          But after the cancellation period is over they stopped the mentor service and hardly council with the student.

                          I also complained about their poor service on their portal but of no use.
                          They assured me for the progress of my child .

                          byjus cheating people by making false promises and then not responding to their calls.

                          MY COMPLAINT IS REGARDING THE FALSE PROMISE MADE BY THIS COMPANY.

                          I regret for not went through this site before purchasing this Byjus app.

                          If I had ever visited this site before purchase then may be my hard earned money was saved.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            We ordered BYJUs package and received it on 17th Dec 2020 through First-Flight Couriers bearing Air Way bill no[protected]. On 27th Dec we have requested for return and refund of the package due to 'answer prompt', the request was on 10th Day of receiving the package- well within 15 days of receiving the package.

                            BYJU’s assured us that they will check with IT to disable the prompt and this delay will not be taken into account for refund. Further discussion on 30th Dec again the BYJUs personnel mentioned that they will check with IT. This has been continuing till recently and now the BYJUs personnel is saying that they can neither disable nor refund the money.

                            Further one of the employee from BYJU, Mr. David on 12th Feb agreed on the phone that process for refund will be initiated and instructions for collecting the package will be provided. I wrote an email on 12th Feb and follow-on email on 14th feb as well. The email is available within the attachment.

                            Attached is the entire email communication starting with 28th Dec for your perusal (because of the size restrictions in the email, two attachments are not being uploaded).

                            Kindly advise on how to return the package and obtain the refund.

                                I have Byju subscription for myself and due to some reasons, I am not able to continue paying. They did not inform me that the payment is on loan and auto debit is also mandatory. This is straight FRAUD to parents who are mostly not informed clearly of the process.
                                I called them several times but they don't help.
                                I have been not using there product for last few months as well.
                                I request to take serious action against them so no other person are trapped in their scam

                                  Im lovedeep Singh .I'm purchase byjus course class 9th .byjus consler tell me how to use nd what the process and his also tell me otherwise u don't want this product u gonna cancel the prudect within 15 days . I did not like byjus course then I call customer service number to cancel this product . byjus team ask me sir I received ur cancel request . Then byjus team again call me and asking ur signature are missmatch I'm telling him I'm already cancelled the prudect plz refund my (down payment .but I'm calling again nd again but didn't respond .I'm sending mail but didn't not respond .and they cut EMI from my bank without my signature then I'm again call they no response nd mail they no response . byjus company are big scammer nd fraud with me . Without my signature how to cut my EMI When I request the cancel the product refund my( Down payment ) last 15 Jan to now 24 fab I will call again nd agin byjus company nd his consler no answer my any call nd mail.nd no refund my money .

Also, customer service executives are not helping to resolving issues if we will call from alternate number and they are more interested to teach processess than registering complain and resolving issues.
