I was at CCD at New Bel Road on July 7th with my friends. Unfortunately I left my phone at the couch or the table and left. Once I realised that the phone was missing, we came back but was not able to find the phone. We asked for the CCTV footage and they said their was no CCTV towards the location that we sat. I'm 100% sure that the phone was left at the CCD. It contained the details for my lab work and since I'm a student the data in it is really important. I would like a the people working to be truthful and would request the company to have CCTV access to all region of CCD.

My name is Hirak Mukherjee and I am from PUNE . I had applied for a coffee machine for my cafe : Cafe H&H back in December 17,

However due to some circumstances I had to close the cafe hence on 9th April I cleared all the formalities including agreed for the total refund amount as well...hence stamped and gave the documents to an Employee name Jigar Bipin Pandya jigar.[protected]@coffeeday.com...
He assured me that the amount will be refunded by 30-40 days.
Now he has been shifted to Nagpur and on his place there is a person by the name Shivam Redkar who is working on my case on his behalf, Today after 43 days I get a reply from Shivam that on my last refund document... everything is there apart from my Refund account details... because of which I have to give them my account number and IFSC details and it will take another Month..I called u Jigar Bipin who seems very casual that he also don't remember if I entered the account details...Now this is absolutely unacceptable...how can a employee who is aware of his Job can miss something because of which there will such a huge delay...Why didn't he told this to me the same day when I handed over the refund documents to him after signing..

Request you to please escalate this to the highest level as I am not ready to unnecessary wait for another Month for something we're your employee didn't do a part of the job..

Today is 11th July still no refund money from CCD These people don't care about anyone.. but I am suffering so much as I am in a very bad financial condition

I have visited cafe coffee day jhandewalan outlet on 29th june 2018 around 6:30 pm and ordered 3 devil's own cold coffee, and what we have got was horrible, after of 15 min consuming that coffee me and my two friends started vomiting and have suffered from stomach issue whole night. This is the food quality and hygiene which ccd is providing to their customer.

We have just visited ccd at rourkela odisha. The experiance of having food there was worst enough to raise the issue. The so called afgani chicken biriyani @207 was completely tasteless and the quality of rice was also below standard. We had ordered 3 plates however after looking at the 1st plate of biriyani served and taking the first morsel we knew that it can not be consumed. Thus, we asked the manager to substitute the other two plates withsome other dishes so that atlest our hard earn money is not wasted. However, the manager stated that he cannot do anything as the same quality is served in every ccd and the if the order are replaced withsomthing else then 2 plates of biriyani would get wasted. Thus, the bad food was literally forced upon us which ultimately got wasted as we cound not eat more then even 4 spoons from each plate. Subsequently, we ordered chicked tandoori sandwiches @ 145 each expecting the same to be better. Unfortunately, this time as well the food was substandard. The sandwiches had only hard brown breads with hardly 3 pieces of thin chicken slices, filled with maonese and nothing else. We had also ordered two cold coffees @ 202 each. While taking order the waiter asked that wether we want ice cream with the coffee or not but he never stated that extra bugs would be charged for the ice creams. Besides, we had ordered three chicken burgers, while taking order the waiter asked that weather cheese woukd be added or not but never stated that extra bugs would be charged for the same. We knew about the extra charges while the bill charged for coffee was somthing around 550 instead of rs. 404. So, it can be simply stated that ccd is simply cheating its customers. After paying a bill of rs. 2000/-, it felt that we had paid the same just for sitting inside the cafe and not for having dinner, as our stomachs were literally empty. All that glitters is not gold. If you really want to waste ur hard earned money then u are free to visit ccd, rourkela. The food served does not justifies the amount charged for it and least importance is given to customer's satisfaction and grievances. Hence, i demand strict action against such cheats and refund of our money spent there.

I bought a cold coffee/frappe and the dude in the coffeeday gave me water frappe. Unbelievable, it taste only water. You guys charge 150 just for a water. Don't u guys know how to make a frappe?.

Please have people who can make real good frappe in your anna nagar branch which situated inbetween anna arch and rountana. Opp to shanthi colony.

I am a regular customer for CCD and lately I am having very bad experiences with your product menu.

I ordered for veg puff and samosa at your outlet on Hosur Road, Bangalore.

The samosa was very tasty and flavourful. There was no excess oil too. But the veg puff was horrible. It was full of oil. Even after asking for replacement--the same type of super oily veg puff was served.

Pictures attached for your reference. I hope you will look into the quality of the puff. Rest all was good

I happen to be at one of your coffee stores located near the Marriott Executive Apartments on Gachibowli-Miyapur Rd, (https://goo.gl/maps/X5gFU6A3XJu).
I placed an order for the sandwich and a coffee. After taking my first bite through the sandwich, I have noticed a presence of hair wrapped inside the sandwich. I took a picture and asked the store manager, he reluctantly apologized and he is expected me to replace the order. I said, I'm never going to eat at coffee day after this unhygienic experiences.

Your stores sucks, you pose a serious threat to the public health and risking the lives of your customers.

if you can't run the business, shut it and do something that you are good at. I demand resolution for this including compensation for putting my life at risk while I'm on your premises.

This is to inform you that executives at ccd outlet gurgaon have allowed customers to smoke in their premises, this smoking in public place creates inconvenience to other customers and the metro commuters who pass by.

I request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

Incident occurred today - 9th june 2018 around 5pm at bpcl malleshwaram, bangalore outlet. I have been ccd customer for close to 15 years and never have i encountered such rude and indifferent service. My wife and i ordered 2 hot gourmet cocoa for table and in all previous ccds, we have always been served hot cocoa in glassware. A lady who's poorly trained on customer service - ms devadhi brought the hot cocoa in two paper cups used for takeaway. I politely objected to this and requested her to bring in usual glassware. She said they don't have stock of mocha glass. I asked for any glassware glasses as i don't prefer drinking hot liquid in paper cups and that's why we were drinking at the table. She said she can't do it. I asked for her manager and it was at this point i encountered the shocking behaviour from mr girish. He said they cannot serve our order using any other glass. We can either drink using paper cups or leave. When i said that i would not have placed the order if we knew they were not being served in glassware, he said we should have enquired first. His attitude was extremely obnoxious. I want the ccd management to check the cctv footage to view what transpired. I am very disgusted with the 'service' that i have received.

I am right now in at ccd hiranandani delphi branch. Just got my - cafe frappe with one sachet of sugar. At 11:40pm. But the billing agent said he tore the bill and refused to give me the same. There are 3 guys in the store right now and all are coplying to it. I had asked for a bill they gave an old bill of 7pm of the same day - 05/06/2018. One single cafe frappe was also printed on the same. Luckily i noticed the same and returned that bill and asked for mine. Which they refused to give.

I had been to ccd in connaught place, delhi yesterday to buy her a cake and i must admit that the cake was pathetic in taste. It was so stale and as if kept from so many days that it tasted awful and was so hard to eat. It was such a worse experience and did not expect ccd to degrade its quality to this extent.

Also, the staff there was charging extra for the icing to write the name of the girl on the cake. Well in my 27 years of age i had never come across any shop where they charge to write the name of the birthday person.

Bad experience totally and would not recommend any of my friends to visit your cafe again.

Had asked him americano in a normal coffe cup (Procelin) but he insists providing me a glass cup instead. Says people wid look at him serving in a procelin cup and would terminate him... Is this true if it is then it makes no sense as as far as the content of the coffe is concerned doesnt matter which cup i drink

Dear concern this happens second time with me that beans not credited in my account as per offer. I visited cafe coffee day spice mall sector 25 a noida on dated 30/05 and purchase 2 cold coconut milk under happy hours 100 beans back offer on without tax bill value of rs 322 but not received a single bean also my order not reflect in my orders account in my app another thing is that the counter person not interested to sell the product under the offer even if say that i received otp regarding the billing but he don't interested in it and say i applied it and it will be reflected after 24 hr. My major concern is not regarding beans but that when your counter person not happy to sell the product under offer why are you sending us these offers

I visited cafe coffee day Vile Parle East branch today and took a drink as my friend was having the drink we thought of getting a coffee so we got up from our seat and approached the counter for the order and as we get back to our table we see a mosquito fallen in the drink, immediately when shown to the guy at the counter he replied “ iska Kuch nai kar sakte, pina hai tho piyo ya fek do”, Bhai much replace nai hoga fek dey (even wben we were not even asking for replace and just wanted them to know that there are mosquitoes in the store and they r falling in the drink) so then when my friend said you cannot talk this way he started argueing and abusing and when we clicked his picture saying we will complain he says ley Aur kheech ley photo and jisko bhejna hai bhej, continuing more.
We need a quick action taken on this person for this and cafe coffee day this kind of service providers and service is not expected form you all.
We need a quick decision on this.

I am a customer of your company for the last many years with card no
Vzl [protected].in the third week of february 2018 i went to your miyapur, hyderabad branch with outlet code no 1476 and inquired about outstanding points to the credit of my card. I was told that i had 17, 775 points. So on[protected] i applied for redeeming the points by submitting a gift requisition slip for 2 items at the said outlet as per the following details.

I was told that i will receive the items in 30/45 days. I also inquired 3/4 times by personally going there. Last week while was away from hyderabad i received a phone call that gifts have come. I told them that i will collect the same next week after coming back. So i went to your outlet on[protected] and was told that only one item was received s. S. Thoper set 3 pieces and pepper grinder was not received. When i have seen the form submitted by me i found that the second item was struck off by someone without my knowledge and consent. The girl at the counter telephoned the in charge, who is not helpful. He goes on saying repeatedly that he will checkout what happened.
So i have taken the gift and lodged a complaint in the complaints/suggestion book. While acknowledging receipt of the item i clearly mentioned that i received only one item against my claim of two items.
I waited for his phone call as to what happened and how it happened, but i have not received any call from him.
In this regard i request you to please find out
Who has struck off my option and also see that this is not repeated to any one in future, as it will tarnish your image.
Why there is so much delay in delivering the gift item.
Why the second item was not delivered
When will i receive the second item
Why both the items are not delivered at the same time

Hi i just work there for 1 year 8 month. Its one of the pressuring company we have pressure to bill for 1, 00, 000 with out own money the it will give 45 days time to clear that if it is possible we can take our money back. Few months one of the manager had suicide because of their pressure. We have worked like that those people they cant able to update our correct data in our pf detail. Because of that i cant able to process by pf they all are cheater...

Me with my husband daughter and mom visited the cafe. Although my mom's and husband was done with their cafe, i was bit late as i was helping my daughter to eat.

One personnel prajakta came and insisted that since my companions were done, we need to leave and vacate the seats.

I believe that is very rude on customer behalf. And would not ever think of visiting this outlet ever again as this was really humiliation.

Hope you change the mindset of your staff as per caffe norms.

Hi i was visited cafe coffee day at bpcl moolchand date of 16/05/2018 time 7:30pm, i was order cafe frape and sandwich than paid the amount around 640 something but didn't get the when i ashked to cafe staff for bill his told me billing system not working and manual bill also not available.

I want to know if i didn't get the than why he was took gst with me.

Kindly check why it's happening
