Ordered 2 cocoa fudge from ccd, shop no. 1, 3rd floor, ambience mall, gurgaon. Vide bill no. 44629 on 17.10.2017 at 1748 hrs. After serving the order, was informed by the attendant that one of the ingredients (Chocolate sticks), the reason why i bought it in the first place, is not there.
Very annoyed. Should have been informed about it before serving....

I am going to 3 times at ccd thillainagar branch... The food was very nice. ..the manager and staff also very friendly. ...for all customers. ...now coming my matter... First time i am pay by PhonePe app... Double time request received. ... I am pay the the amount. ..and second time pay by card. .. First time swipe the card but he say not working and second time swipe the card. ... But two times debit my account.. And 3 rd time for today...

Vendors are talking very bad manner, do not have this right to the vendors. I request to all ccd team please give to the good discipline tips to him. You do not gives the vendorship to the person who has a bad attitude. If you give vendorship to a person with a bad personality, then your company's image will be bad. I'm feeling really bad. The vendor of your company has talked to me very nonsense....

The thing is happened on 17/09/2017 me and my friends we set in one of the outlet of ccd which is located in huma mall, kanjurmarg west around 10 45pm and suddenly one iron sheet fetl down over the roof of ccd it was very horrible because where the sheet felt exactly below of that my cousin brother settled but i don't how that sheet got stuck in something he saved but whatever dirt was there over the roof comes on him. I visited ccd's j b nagar store today. The billing took more than 20 minutes. Later when i was about to enjoy my beverage, the store boy told me that the billing had not happened and i needed to enter my card pin again. I told him i had an sms confirmation from my bank. I had visited the ccd on 4 aug. Cashier swiped my card twice for the payment, so money has deducted twice from my account.

Ccd person gave me his no (Gajendra - [protected]), if amount will deduct twice then please contact us. We will return back your money on your paytm account. I tried to contact him so many times, he was not picking up a call.

Purchased choco fantasy cake on 9/9/17 at 100ft indiranagar bangalore but cake was rotten. When complained and returned there was no response from the staff and the manager purnesh who was present at the store.
There response, customer service and quality is patetic.
I need a solution for this issue.

Recommend food quality check at this place.

This is regarding the 18% gst which was paid by customers like me to the cafe coffee day located at rmz it park, m. G. R salai - perungudi, chennai-600096.

This ccd doesn't have any air condition facility for the customers, the facility is out and open with sofa and few chairs..
Since this facility is not under air conditioned room, then why there is 18% tax we need to pay?

This is to inform you that today the date 28/08/2017 i purchased fanza the brand like ccd cafe coffee day surving expired dates of food i will take you issue to the court... I want you to reply me with specific reasons. Why you companies playing with the customer health.. It's all about related fully ignorance...
