Here im in roorkee but the staff is soo irresponsible and rude
I want vanila ice cream but they dnt have i want cheese in my sandwich but they dnt have .. aftrr this i want to talk to the manager but the manger is not avilable ..
Then suddenly 1 of staff memeber come to mee and said mee to tlk with area Manager.. i talked to him he also told me to not do any complaint towards the ccd roorkee ..
What is this man ..
Total miss behave total irresponsiblty
Area maneger wants to manipulate mee..
And ihave a huge complaint towards the ccd staff for removing the seating arrangement in the out side of roorkee ccd ..i want a manner full and responsible manger for This caffe coffee Day and want seating arrangements in the out side of cafe .. this is my request.. i love cafe coffee day soo much and i want it to be like It was before 4 months

It's over 24hrs and i have not received any acknowledgement which us highly unprofessional.

My name is priya and am currently residing in mumbai.
I have been a regular at your outlets across india since more than a decade and i have always enjoyed your services (Be it the quality of food/beverages served or the quality of customer service provided at the outlets).

Owing to this trust on the brand name, sitting in mumbai i chose ccd to place an order for a chocolate cake in kolkata on 28 october'17.

I ordered a pure indulgence celebration cake from cafe coffee day via swiggy against swiggy's order no.[protected].
(Note: the order was placed via my husband's swiggy id)

It was my fathers birthday and we arranged for a surprise on behalf of his granddaughter as we are away from town and wanted to make the occasion special for him.

I checked on the cafe coffee day website for a chocolate cake and the description for the pure indulgence cake read "our signature chocolate cake which oozes indulgence in every bite".
Being content with the look and description of the cake i went ahead and place my order.

However when the cake was delivered and when they took the first bite they realised that it was not just a chocolate cake. It had a proper dose of butterscotch filling.
Both my parents have a total dislike for butterscotch and my attempt of a surprise fell flat as neither of them appreciated the taste.
When i liase with swiggy they washed off their hands stating "the manufacturer had a misleading description on their website hence there is nothing swiggy could do to make up for my disappointment however a strong feedback shall be passed on".

I'm sure you will agree that a feedback from them to you does me no good.

This instance has left me disappointed and i feel its imperative that being a longstanding customer of yours i deserve to tell you about this incident.

It was not a normal delivery. It was a gesture to celebrate my dad's birthday. It was a surprise for them from their grand daughter which didn't quite go the way we wanted it to.

The information provided online is not 100% factual which is definitely not an ethical practice.

Ccds mission “to be the best cafe chain by offering a world class coffee experience at affordable prices” cannot be justified with such misleading information.

I hope there's somebody who can take ownership of this matter and let me know what best can you do to resolve this for me.

The ccd in city centre 2, kolkata refuse to help in using the phonepe app on the pretext that their work is yo just get thr code from the customer placing the order in ccd. They also said that the network is weak here so we may not be able to connect to the internet to get the code. Finally we had to give up and order without receiving any benefits from the phone pe app. What is the need to show the "phonepe" advertisement on the cash counter when ccd doesn't want to let customers use it. Quite disappointed. This was the first time we use phonepe.

I am your cafe's regular customer from kolhapur's highway cafe coffee day. There is a housekeeper named digvijay. He is not speaking good with any customers. He is using very bad language and like vulgar type in cafe coffee day. They are not going to serve a single glass of water. Cafe coffee day is not as much as cleaned. Order is not served properly.

We were waiting a lot for you, but we did not receive any feedback from you, which is very bad for your company. It is very sad to say.
We have 250+ staff and the customer visits our showroom, which we geting coffee and tea from other places,
Simply ask for your report that we have installed this machine since 2015 and purchased the material in your authorized store,
Which has a 1.2 million annual bill, although we are your best customers, do not expect us to receive such a service through you
Which harm our reputation, you can got return your installed machine, because you are unable to provide the service.
Also, you will return the financial transaction done by our company with interest, because we lost time and money both through you,

I am a franchisee of goli vada pav at vrindavan (Dt mathura). Your coffee vending machine was installed at my outlet vide security deposit of rs 25000/- on rental basis almost two years back.in the first week of sept/2017 i requested to your area official namely mr rahul goyal ([protected]) for surrendering the vending machine so that i can get back my security deposit.
Since the day i have made him several calls as well given him texts on whatsapp and am extremely surprised and disappointed to see his very unprofessional behaviour. Please intervene and oblige

Ordered 2 cocoa fudge from ccd, shop no. 1, 3rd floor, ambience mall, gurgaon. Vide bill no. 44629 on 17.10.2017 at 1748 hrs. After serving the order, was informed by the attendant that one of the ingredients (Chocolate sticks), the reason why i bought it in the first place, is not there.
Very annoyed. Should have been informed about it before serving.

I am going to 3 times at ccd thillainagar branch... The food was very nice. ..the manager and staff also very friendly. ...for all customers. ...now coming my matter... First time i am pay by PhonePe app... Double time request received. ... I am pay the the amount. ..and second time pay by card. .. First time swipe the card but he say not working and second time swipe the card. ... But two times debit my account.. And 3 rd time for today monday again the same issue. ...the manager say its automatically credit to your account with in 24 hours. .and you know the same dialogue say the staff for second time issue but not credit to my account. ...what I can do. ... And my last request. ...no dustbin and tv..ccd without TV i can't believe this. ...

I had ordered -
2 cup of coffee (King cappuccino) + chocolate flavour - 110/- (Menu price)
1 garlic bread - 72/- (Mp)
1 double chocochip - 20/- (Mp)
1 water bottle - 25/- (Printed and menu price).

Issue -
They charged me 18% on each items + 9% cgst + 9% sgst. I asked them how can you charge me beyond sgst and cgst but they didn't answer me. They were not willing to accept my request to refund my extra amount and told me this is a system generated bill and we cannot help you.
They charged me around more than 36% of my total bill which is against the government norms.

Breakup of their charges-
2 cup of coffee (King cappuccino) - 322 (Charged me 18% + 18%[choc flavor])
Double choco chips - 22 (18% tax)
Garlic bread - 82 (18% tax)
Water bottle - 31 (18% tax)
Total = 457- + 41.17 (9 % sgst) + 41.17 (9% cgst) = 540/-

The catch here is, even if they charged me 18% on mrp of water bottle which is 25, it should not be more than 29.5 but they charged me 31 for that as well.

I didn't understand how they are calculating their tax and why they are charging more than 36% tax in total. This is really unacceptable and was a total mental harassment for me. Please help me to resolve this issue. I need my extra amount back. This is not just a case with me, they are duping all customers.

Vendors are talking very bad manner, do not have this right to the vendors. I request to all ccd team please give to the good discipline tips to him. You do not gives the vendorship to the person who has a bad attitude. If you give vendorship to a person with a bad personality, then your company's image will be bad. I'm feeling really bad. The vendor of your company has talked to me very nonsense.

I visited the filmcity goregaon east outlet today.
I was giving my order to mr sumit who was taking my order. After placing the order i gave him 2000 note and he refused to take my order because he did not have the change. My order was of 450. But the way he talked to me is not at all acceptable and action should be taken. Moreover its their duty to arrange the change. I told him to give me the change later on. But he refused to take my order for the same.

Hi i was an staff at cafe coffee day, i was working for almost 5 years in same concern, there was some mis-understanding with my senior officer, so they terminated me with out proper reason. So still my pf and settlements is also they are not clearing. Its almost 3-months.

I am currently sitting in the ccd cafe embassy jay bharati wadala mumbai. I am treated very badly, humiliated by the restaurant manager mr kambli. I was awaiting for the friend hence i was sitting in ccd, then mr ravi kambli approached and started shouting at me. He said why are not you placing order and abused me.
I requested him to talk to me properly. I am a customer and the ccd is not completely full and i am placing my order. He again shouted with aggressive looks on his face. I stood up calmly, went to counter and placed order for cappuccino and paid and requested me why he has treated m in this humiliating manner. Again he was furious and was angry with me. I asked him to give me the email and number if possible so that i can report this incidence. However he did not gave me that. I am frequently coming to this ccd since last three years. However this incident was most humiliating and disgusting. His behaviour is danger to the customers.
Do we come to your cd to get this treament? Are we entitled to this punishment by the cafe manager? Is'nt it affect my social image? Is ths the way we should be treated? Kindlly look in to the matter. I have not reacted otherwise he would have been violent too with me. I placed the order for cappuccino and he has biiled me for cafe americano and sent me the cafe americano. His mental balane is lost i think. I have requested the person that i did not order for the cafe americano. Then he replaced it with cappuccino.

I humbly request you to kindly look in to the matter. You have already lost one regular customer. I am not hurriedly putting this incident in the social media. However if i do not get the response from your side., then i may have to put this bitter coffee experience on the social media.

I booked two coffees through little-app at cafe coffee day, 100 ft. Road, dhananjay tower, satellite, ahmadabad expiring on 13th october, 2017. I visited along with one of my guests to this outlet of yours on 15th of september, 2017 in the evening, but they refused to deliver on the pretext that their software is being updated and i may visit the next day any time. Second time i visited yesterday i. E. 28/09/2017 and requested them to honour the deal but they expressed their connectivity is not working and hence i should visit some other outlet and they would honour it. Today, i. E. On 29/09/2017 when i enquired from your other outlet at hp petroleum's petrol pump, opp. Mansi, bodakdev, ahmedabad, they told that this deal is valid only at the prescribed outlet given in the littleapp. I could not understand why such hotch-potch. Please advise what can i do now?? Kind regards.

I and my friend visited the ccd cuber heights lucknow location and we ordered a cappacino, garlic bread and a devil's own. My friend had the garlic bread and devil's own, and immediately after having both her stomach started aching and within an hour she puked twice. When they delivered devil's own we raised a question regarding the appearance and the quality of the drink but they answered our machine is not running well therefore the drink was not made properly. If we are spending 500 bucks and in return we are getting sick then there's no point visiting place like this where people are playing with the health of the customers. I request the authorities to resolve my issue asap.

This ccd is located at kaikhali, service road. I ordered one cappuccino costing 110. They said i would have to take the king size because it was puja. They charged 230rs. When i asked for the bill i saw they had added espresso with the cappuccino and calculated gst on the total. When i questioned them they made up things. They gave me the coffee in a paper cup while i saw other customers having it in a cup. When i asked why? They said because those people came 3hrs before. I feel cheated being a regular customer. Please look into the issue

I purchased a water bottle of ₹25 the quality of water was not distilled and the there was no seal. Plus taste of water is like tap water but it was chilled so little bit hiding the quality of the water so that one cannot found about the tap water.
Second, the lady at the corner was not at all professional. She looks like a road side woman who doesn't have any etiquettes at all. She looks like vegetables seller. Please change your staf[censored]pto ccd level or teach her professionalism.

I bought this lousy pack of chips from cafe coffeday just now and it tastes stale and smells yuck, also to keep u informed that ur customer care number does not work, all i want is a refund for this piece of junk that i bought, the price is 30/- only

Anyways i suggest cafecoffe day to examine and inspect products before u release them into the market so that customers can avoid such situations, this is actually very bad for the reputation of the company and hope they do not manufacture such products in future

Today mr. Milan of ccd rajiv nagar wardha road was talking with me and said ki do you have sense or not bloody hell with such kind of employees..
Such usless employee spoiling image of ccd..

The thing is happened on 17/09/2017 me and my friends we set in one of the outlet of ccd which is located in huma mall, kanjurmarg west around 10 45pm and suddenly one iron sheet fetl down over the roof of ccd it was very horrible because where the sheet felt exactly below of that my cousin brother settled but i don't how that sheet got stuck in something he saved but whatever dirt was there over the roof comes on him. They should do something and try to maintain and keep neat and clean that outlet.
