I am higly disappointed

I have ordered a latte coffe in CCD which is in phoenix market city chennai.
He has taken my order without given that bill.
I hv asked for that bill ..but they are denying for that.
I was about to finish my coffe cup..
And after that i hv moved from there..
Same scenario is looking over many seat there..

    Extremely shocked and disgusted by the behaviour displayed by your counter attendants at the fc road pune branch. Went with my father on december 2nd. The total exclusive of taxes for a latte and frappe worked to ₹262. I was charged ₹363. On asking for a bill, it wasn’t given claiming that the printer was not working and it will be given in a while. Also, the regular latte wasn’t available and i was forced into purchasing the larger and more expensive king latte (A quantity i certainly didn’t require) service took forever, and after we were done, the cashier still refused to hand the bill saying he will give it the next time. I want either a refund, my bill, complimentary ccd credit or all of the above, else i am not hesitant from sharing this terribly unpleasant experience with my friends, family and social media.

    Your outlet on the 5th floor ICU waiting room at KDAH is found unmanned starting 7.10 AM in 8th Dec 2017 till at least 7.30 AM. LEFT after bitter taste of NO COFFEE.
    Thudiyalur Coimbatore ccd.. rude behavior.. not loud to the customer..most of the items are not available.. didn't give me the bill.. totally unethical

      I anuj thakur had joined cafe coffee day for 1 month college training purpose. But during my interview the hr told me that they have a training program of 3 months and cannot put me through the training hence i will have to do the regular job as a guest relations executive with id no-a142318, in this i will receive my training and will be paid for the job. I gave my interview at ccd head office at kondhwa, pune, maharashtra. I was assured a payment of rs 10, 000.
      I was placed in ccd lounge in phoenix market city, vimannagar, pune.
      I worked there from the period of june 2017-july 2017. After 1 moth when i went to the head office to give my resignation letter the staff there said that they will put my payment on hold for 1 month that is until august 2017. When i tried explaining and asking questions they spoke very rudely and said that thay wont do anything. Since august i visited the head office in kondhwa several times and each time the staff said that my payment is in process and will be done next month. Today december 2017, its been 5 months i havent received my payment. Today on decembar 8th of 2017 i called the head office and asked the hr about my payment and even today i got the same answer that my payment is still in process and will be done next month.
      I request the company to look after this matter and see that my payment is done by the earliest.

          Incident date : 30/11/2017
          Outlet - cafe coffee day outlet at terminal 1 - mumbai domestic airport near gate no. 27.
          Ccd person concerned : mr. Matin
          Narration of the incident
          A) when i reached ccd outlet, there was only one lady who was managing the counter. She was awaiting the return of mr. Matin and trying to manage the counter and the orders, she could not attend to the customers waiting at the queue to place orders (I was one of them)
          B) i placed my order after some time with the lady for a corn and cheese grilled sandwich and a choco frappe. The lady gave me the bill and then asked me to wait at my table stating that my order items would be called for me to pick up. By this time mr. Matin had arrived and the lady asked her to process the orders in queue.
          C) i sat down at the table and was awaiting the order. After a while there is a call for cold coffee and i kept sitting down since my order was for a chocolate frappe. After some time the call was repeated and when i did not see any of the other customers get up, i just went to the counter to check if my order was ready and i was informed that the "cold coffee" was my order. I checked if it was the chocolate frappe and on receiving the affirmation from the lady, i picked up the order. Dismissing the call as a simple issue i sat down to have my beverage.
          D) after a while a call for "paneer sandwich" was made. Again since i had not specifically ordered "paneer sandwich", i continued to sit and the guy then rudely called out again for the pick up. I then realised that this could be my order and went to the counter. The order ready was "corn and cheese sandwich" and not "paneer sandwich" as was called out.
          E) at this point i confronted matin stating as to why he couldn't call out the correct order name - first time cold coffee instead of chocolate frappe and the next time paneer sandwich instead of corn & cheese sandwich
          F) mr. Matin was pretty rude and stated that so what if the order was wrongly called out and i should anyway have picked up the order from the counter when there was a call. He further went on to state that since he was also handling another order, he possibly called out for the order. This was incorrect since except my item, no other item was ready.
          This kind of rude and irresponsible behaviour is unacceptable. Either matin is not trained enough to handle the customers or is unaware of the orders and items being processed. Either ways, he cannot be the customer front at the counter and should be immediately pulled out of manning any counter till he is re-trained on how to behave with customers and provide "the customer experience" that is the objective of ccd.

            This is a complaint regarding the rude and humiliating behaviour of your staff at :
            Cafe coffee day

            About a week back, i visited ccd with my husband and one of our friend. The moment we came inside and and occupied a table, we could hear loud blaring music. We requested one of your lady staff who was seated on the other table (Name of your staff : priyanka) to reduce the sound of the music a bit because we could not even listen to what we were speaking. Even after 10 mins, we could still hear the blaring music. We thought of not telling her again. I went to the counter and ordered for a cappuchino, to which she said, that since you'll are three people, you'll will have to order one drink for each. I asked my husband and friend what they would like to have. But they said they dont prefer to have anything then. So i told her that you can just place an order for me for one cappuchino. She said rudely that this is against the policy of ccd. I told her that i cannot force my husband and friend to have a drink, to which she replied that she is helpless and told us that we cannot sit and have a chat for a long time if we are planning to have only one drink. (When i looked around, i saw only one table was occupied and rest all tables were empty).

            After a lot of persuasion, she took my order and said she will give the bill and the balance amount later. After my cappuchino was over, i waited for her to return the balance amount and the bill. But she did not turn up. Then i had to again go to the counter and ask her to give the bill and the balance cash. Instead of returning my balance amount, she gave me 3 chocolates saying she does not have a change. I told her that i need the cash back and not the chocolates to which she opened the drawer and gave me the change. (That means inspite of having the change, this lady returns chocolates to customers).

            Finally, when i got the bill, she had billed lemon pomegranate also to my bill (A drink that i never ordered). When i asked her about this, she gave me an explanation that since it is against the policy of ccd, i added the bill amount of another customer also to your bill. (Please let me know ccd, if this is against your policy, why did she go against it and this is unethical for the customer as well as ccd)

            I would like to ask ccd, what is the need for a customer to go and beg for the bill and the balance amount at the counter. The staff of any food outlet is supposed to immediately give back these things to the customer when the order is taken.

            Your staff was always polite to us which made us frequent visitors of ccd. But after such impolite, rude and unethical behaviour of the staff, we have decided not to visit ccd again.

            I humbly request you to kindly look in to the matter. You have already lost one regular customer. I am not hurriedly putting this incident in the social media. However if i do not get the response from your side., then i may have to put this bitter coffee experience on watsapp, facebook and other social media.

              With reference to the above subject, i am raising a complaint against refund of rs.25, 000/- which was deposited on may 2013 for hiring coffee machine from m/s hruthik sree enterprises mysuru hebbal, prop, mr mahesh contact no-[protected], and the same machine had been returned to m/s hruthik sree enterprises on 03/06/2017. But still we didn't receive rs.25000/- of secuirty deposit and there is no response from mr mahesh and mr narendran also.

              Please return of rs.25, 000/- and do the needful.

                There is no easy way to get my issue fixed, called ccd support, sent a tweet out, sent a twitter message, but no body is bothers l, here is the story

                I had purchased a wake up orion machine on friendship day i guess it was
                August 2 2015
                Dy patil ccd, akurdi,

                Maharastra
                And 10 robusta packs of capsules
                The machine worked for few months and then it started blinking red light as in when i tried to make coffee.

                There was no manual provided with he machine, neither did it have any seal on the box.

                Having the faith with the store manager i took and am not sure i was given a bill for it, or i might have lost it.

                I went to the store and was told to contact customer service which i did, and i was told to use the manual which i didn't revive with the machine.

                Hence an email was sent with the pdf, and was asked to refer page[protected] for descaling.in the manual it doesn't say what is a recommended solution for descaling what should be used. Which is really disappointing, i managed to get some descaling capsules crushed them and descaled for like 40 mins and tried to make coffee again.

                And guess what the red light still won't go.

                I went back to the store the store manager told me to contact area manager and area manager asked me to contact support. This is going no where

                He machine is lying there and i can't use it, my coffee capsules are expired and really disappointed with the lack of knowledge the staff has about the machine.

                If you guys want to sell a machine don't say that you don't have to do anything

                How can descaling part is missed and what to be used for descaling is missed how to descale is missed

                I need the machine to be replaced i can't deal with it anymore

                  I'm a regular coffee drinker morning and evening at your joint. Do you have any policy to customer to make your premises to use as office with no beverages to purchase. Every single day at your fort branch opp mac d, i see a man and women comes with lots of papers and use your coffee shop as their office with no purchase made. Twice i came with no place to sit as these guys sit hours together occupying place.
                  Is there any rules or anyone can come and make your premises as office. If this is the case i will shift my office to your coffee shop and save rent.

                    Furthermore i am unable to log in to ccd website with the same e-mail id. It keeps saying unregistered email id.

                    However i do have a copy of the order confirmation - order #[protected]

                    I would appreciate if this issue can be resolved soon.

                      This is regarding the complaint which we updated already i'm trying to attach the video of the sizzle we ordered in besant nagar cafe but i can't upload that and just uploading the photos. This us not the first time it happens regularly the service is not good there when compared to other cafe's i'm requesting the city manager to have a surprise visit there and order for the sizzle and other things also. We are paying and we are not fools to have that messy thing. Very much frustrated and got irritated by the service and the food there. Please take necessary actions.

                        The coffee day in besant nagar (Beach road next to kfc) served the worst ever sizzle which i had on 21.11.2017. The people there dont even knw to how serve a sizzle. I ordered for sizzle with two scoops icecream... First the sizzle plate is nt at all hot and brownie placed over it was very mess and to the highlight of eerything the icecream is served with bare ha nds i can see the finger prints and the chocolate sauce was a utter one mixed with flowing water the consistency was very bad. I hav the bill with and i didnt even hav a piece of tht on tht day worst serving cafe in whole ecr strech is this coffe day... Please visit and check with the quality the city managers and the heads. Becoz i love coffè day and sizzle.

                          I visited gundalpet karnataka state ccd on 24 nov 17 around 9.30am. With two of my friends. After i ordered i have paid the bill of 620 and didn get bill printout. Once i done and when i was coming out i have informed about bill. That time they didn asked anything and they gave the bill. When i checked bill final amount was 479. After i asked them that whatever i paid is more than that of final amount. Then only they checked the bill and handover the balance amount. If i didn asked the bill, they will never gone to return the amount. It was a great disappointment from ccd.. Bill num ends with /1268.

                          Actually i wanted to send this email to mr jogi rawal sir but i dont know how it will reached to him this mail.actually i worked in cafe coffee day new friends colony 12 but after working 1 month i get so much hard time while working there. The manager and staff are totally embarrassed me. So i decided to resgined the ccd company when i wanted give the resignation they told me you cannot take resignation before 3 month. And when i asked them for my 1 month salary they didn't even pay my working day salary. Please help me iam facing so much issue.

                            Tom. I visited one o[censored]r finest nfc lounge and have a such great experience having coffee there service standards are too high. All staff are too good wether in service or in interaction. Capp was also good rather then other ccd, s which i visited earlier. And i was in hurry. Bcz. I'd to go back to somewhere nd i specially came to meet my old friendz. But i liked the one thing o[censored]r one of staff.. Whn i asked to him.. How did u manage?? What time i expected of my order i got it. Then wht he replied.. Team work will be dream work.. I'd like to come again and again thanks to realize us that we are not seating in the lounge we are at that place where our mind change automatically.. Once again i'd like to say thnx to ccd...

                              Hey, m nixon parmar i visited ccd at v v nagar anand city. I would like to recognize jayesh, anil and rohan. When ever i entered d cafe i was greeted with a smile. My order was made without my saying. M really happy wit d service dey gave till d time i was in gujarat next time my first visit will b at d same place to have my perfect cup of black coffee. Thanks

                                I orderd a coffee packet from cafe coffee day's site. The money got deducted from my account but the order is failed. Please get back as soon as possible. I need to order it .

                                  Coffe days in both neelakarai and palavakkam is used being used for office works of private companies. Its ok for alternative days but its been months they are occupying the entire coffeday.. They are also paying but is that a place for corporate meeting if yes let it be officially announced to the customers. Just provide them a private place and make the customers also happie and relaxed. At the end of the day we meet there for relaxation and happiness but its nt happening.

                                    My mother is admitted in fortis mohali and i have visited ccd outlet twice. On both occassions i was accompanied by relatives.
                                    On both occassions i asked for regular size coffee and on both occassions same was refused, citing that regular size cups are not available. When asked to give regular size servings in large cups we were refused.
                                    I was compelled to buy large cups on both occassions as no other option is available nearby.
                                    This practise is highly unethical. Once it happened around 8 pm and second time around 2 pm. During the first instance, three o[censored]s were the only customers and second time also many tables were empty.
                                    So on two occasions my 5 cups regular have been made to king size.
                                    Hospitality at its best???

                                      I had been to ccd of yelahanka newtown bangalore near sheshadripuram college today. The staff treated me really well and told manager would be late. Hence there would be delay in taking order. After arrival of manager had different experience. The manager was rude and was demanding us to take something that he wanted us to order. Very disappointed.

                                        Here im in roorkee but the staff is soo irresponsible and rude
                                        I want vanila ice cream but they dnt have i want cheese in my sandwich but they dnt have .. aftrr this i want to talk to the manager but the manger is not avilable ..
                                        Then suddenly 1 of staff memeber come to mee and said mee to tlk with area Manager.. i talked to him he also told me to not do any complaint towards the ccd roorkee ..
                                        What is this man ..
                                        Total miss behave total irresponsiblty
                                        Area maneger wants to manipulate mee..
                                        And ihave a huge complaint towards the ccd staff for removing the seating arrangement in the out side of roorkee ccd ..i want a manner full and responsible manger for This caffe coffee Day and want seating arrangements in the out side of cafe .. this is my request.. i love cafe coffee day soo much and i want it to be like It was before 4 months
