Hi,
This is my 2nd worst experience with CCD. Last time when I went to CCD, the staff told that beans could not be redeemed, bill could not be generated and provided me a personal number and told me to Paytm amount to that number.

This time it was my birthday and I thought maybe I will get a better treatment. I reached the INFOSYS POCHARAM FC1 store and ordered 2 chill shakes. Then the lady told that the 50percent off offer that I got on my birthday could not be used as Chill Shakes were not a beverage. She swiped ₹292 from my card. There was an offer of buy 1 get 1 free on Chill Shakes. But she chaged double amount only. Then again when I asked her that atleast let me use my beans, she resisted saying that this offer doesn't work on Chill Shakes. She was so confused in trying to fool me that this time she said that the offer was on beverages and Chill shakes were food items. This has happened twice with me and there has been absolutely null response from CCD people. Hopefully all CCD outlets get closed soon as nobody wants to get cheated. Or maybe someday, one among many o[censored]s who got cheated may go to consumer court and Court may provide required treatment to the cheating being done at CCD outlets.

I went to Cafe Coffee Day and order 2 Cappuccino's, one was medium one was strong, which was asked by the biller as if its their option but they have added price for one extra expresso as well. Other than this the price of cappuccino itself mentioned in menu is being hiked. And gst(5%) is added above that. I need a refund for this. I will move to consumer court, If not resolved.

Today at your store in lodha xperia mall, i ordered for an eye opener espresso on your menu its price was shown as 98 rs. Where as the bill generated was showing 154 rs. When enquired the store staff told its the price with taxes. When how come the taxes can be they said it’s not their problem. I think i was cheated and orver charged. Need a clarification.

Dear team,
I ankita agarwal wants to say that i visited lal poti jaipur rajasthan branch at 6pm on 9 sep 2018.
A girl was on counter and left counter and didn't take our order as she is lacking of knowledge as we told her for 10% discount by online ccd app. After some time she arrived by changing dress and other person came. We ordered and they charged 41 rs extra.
I tried to explain but they started misbehaving.

Yesterday was the greatest shame. I told a friend from outside the country that this caffe is one of the best in india. Arriving there was no tandoori panner, no garlic bread, no lemonade, no straw!!! I made the request several times more than 25min to get more than that went wrong. I paid over 900 rupees a lot of money for poor quality. He had rat poop on the window, the shop falling apart. Shame on ccd lucknow

Today i visited you CCD at 8 & 9, RadhaKishan Avenue, Golden Triangle Corner, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, 380014,
and i drink coffee with my wife, our bill was 323/-, we wish to pay by card or paytm, but staff says system is not working then we gave cash to them and when we asked for bill she said system is not working, i asked for manuel biil and she deny for the same,

it was very bad experience..not acceptable from CCD they are not accepting electric money...

I had purchased on 14th august2018 at sampige road near 10th cross malleswaram bangalore, half kg of coffee powder with 10 percent chicory. At the time of grinding, the sales person intentionally diverted my attention to other items like ghee which is also displayed. I am sure he mixed up 30 percent chicory thereby reducing coffee powder content. I brought home the powder to my home and found that so much stronger with chicory. Unfortunately, i didn't get the bill. I am a long time buyer and this has not happened at pondicherry.

I am writing this with extreme anger and frustration. We have bought a new ccd coffee vending machine which was installed on friday and with 1 hour it got spoilt. Since then i have been calling to register a complain and no one has responded. My complaint number is 1642.
Also i would like report a complain for mr. Gaurav who is nothing but irresponsible regarding the transition on my order. Request to provide me with updates. Mr. Gaurav's coordinates are as below.

I had bought a classic black forest cake from ccd triton mall jhotwara, jaipur on 13 aug 18. Bill no. [protected]/5513. The cake was old and rotten. It was sour and had bad odour. It lead to food poisoning of my family members although they just tasted it. Further to my agony, no body is picking up the call at customer care or at the ccd store. I went personally at 2240h. Shop was closed though it is shown on website that it should be open till 2300h. This is clearly a case of cheating ur customer. If the issue is not resolved i m going to take it through consumer court

Ccd at iit kharagpur, kharagpur, west bengal

1) behaviour of staff with customers is vulgar
2) not hygiene at dining and surrounding places
3) cheap quality of food
4) staff negligence with custoers

We are regualr customers to ccd and this is not the first time i have reported regarding staff behaviour, what actions you took for my previous report.
Today we have given order for two hot gormount cocoa and the product we got is cheap quality mixture and i used ccd app to pay the bill i got otp also but because of staff ignorance they didnt do proper action and payment was not done by my app and asked me to pay offlline, if something problem from my side i wouldnot even get otp and after order they were discussing that its staff mistake not to take proper action while taking the order and they are rude behaviour with me and ifyou see the pics attached you will understand the quality of product. If i am not getting proper answers for my questions. I am going to file complain in cosnumer court about the ignorance of your franchise

My questions
1) what actions have you taken for my previous reports
2) i given many times complaint about product quality and still its quality decreasing day by day
3) today even i got otp for the use of app why was i unable to pay from app and where did the problem occured
4) if payment through app wasn not working atleast i should have got beans for the bill today but i didnt get any beans for that bill
5) the quality of the product we are getting is more cheaper

We have availed 3xbonus beans on 7th august 2017 at your ccd outlet, napier town jabalpur.

But still no beans credit in my account.
The same was happened many times in back

31st july - no beans credit and many more.
Please dnt make cutomers fool on the app facility. 95% app facility is not working at your ccd outlets.

This is very poor service from reputed c0ffee chain like ccd.

On sunday, 5th of august.. Me and my friend visited cafe coffee day..in mani square mall, kolkata... After we placed our order they asked for the money... The bill was approx 1500 initially... We gave them a 2000 rupees note... They returned back the balance to us... My friend put that balance in her purse... After good 15 mins, the lady at the cash counter told us that mistakenly she had returned 3 notes of rupees500 instead of one and told...

It is my painful duty to inform you that yesterday (Dated:- 29th july 2018) we had bad and very unexpected service experience from your ccd outlet fathegunj vadodara.
We were sitting and doing our professional work of tarot card reading and one of your staff member came to us his name is parth vadhia and he was saying that you cannot allowed to this things in ccd. His tone of saying is also not appropriate. It is very bad. The couples are came in ccd and they doing shameful things in ccd so you guys are allowing them but we were doing out professional stuff of tarot card reading so you are not allowing us.
We were not sitting for free ok! We order some refreshment stuff and pay for it. So why you guys not allowing this things. It is against your policy. According to your policy anybody can sit and do their work or enjoyment in ccd ok! So it was very bad experience we had yesterday and it is not acceptable at all.

I never suggest any one to go at ccd. I want you guys to apologies because it is very bad.

Improve your thinking and your services as well. Only the name is not enough you should be apologies for this and be very careful from next time onwards.

It's not a complaint, just a request. I am from iit guwahati. We have ccd in iit guwahati. All the workers who works there are male. Wtf is this? This is a male dominated college. So, it's not a rocket science to think of putting there a few hot and beautiful girls to attract more customers. This is a old-school business move that still works. At least put a few girls in front to take orders from clients while your male workers could work in the back to prepare items.

Today i visited ccd at kota cine mall
The person there filled the take away glass only half and quickly packed. Took rs.500 and gave back rs.200. Asked me to go... I then demanded the bill. With great anger in his eyes he gave me the bill.
When i reached hostel saw the glasses were only half full.
I went back and made him give me more.
It was a harassment to walk the whole way twice. On a sunday sunny. Morning.

I was at ccd at seshadripuram, bangalore on july 25th with my friends. Unfortunately i left my wallet at the couch and left. I immediately realised within a matter of 5mins that the wallet was missing, we came back but was not able to find the wallet. We asked for the cctv footage and they said their was no cctv in the cafe to maintain privacy. I'm 100% sure that the wallet was left at the ccd. It contained all my debit & credit cards, government ids, cash, photos and lots of other important things. We have also raised a police complaint & the polices said as per manadates each ccd needs to have a cctv for security. How can you say in a public place that your securing privacy? I would like the people working to be truthful and would request the company to have cctv access to all region of ccd. Help me get back my wallet as well.

On 25th july i have visited cafe coffe day at element mall jiapur, rajasthan.
I have ordered 2 nos. Of super snacker combo (Costs 140 rs. Each).
The staff charged 354 rs. For the same. When i asked for the bill for the same, he simply told me that including taxes it is charged 354 rs and tried to escape.
When i have insisted him to show the bill. He produced a bill and told me that"sorry sir 4 cookies are also included in that combo, i have charged for it."
In combo not any such thing written and he had additionally put that item and charged 57 rs. For it. I am shocked to see such mischievous act done by ccd staff. I am also attaching the bill here for reference. He has not given the money back to me and asked me to take those cookies. It is not expected from ccd.

Hi, i am from kalyan. Regular customer of ccd. Since 4 years. But in kalyan branch your staff behavior is very worst. Including 1 person. Name is javed. Always delay in saervice. Not making coffee properly. We asked to him so he argue with us. Always leave the ccd on housekeeping staff so who will make the food. This was not expected from ccd. You have to find a reason why is happening his? Bcs of one girl of your kalyan branch.

I went to cafe coffee day at cp ramaswamy road, chennai, today. I ordered a cafe frappe which, according to their menu, costs rs 144. The staff member asked me if i wanted cream and chocolate. I said yes. I was then charged rs 312!

They did not accept a credit card and did not give me a bill. After i asked for the bill explicitly, i was given this. I had been charged rs 250 for the drink + rs 48 for cocoa topping + taxes.

When i asked the staff about the discrepancy (Rs 144 on the menu vs. Rs. 250 on the bill), i got incoherent answers.

I have noticed similar behavior on several previous visits. They habitually refuse credit card/paytm payment, and they never give the bill.

I am extremely disappointed with this unprofessional service.

Actually we were in ur restaurant at Aadkawari, Shri Mata vaishno devi route and one your employee jz mistreated wd us..Don't u teach them how to behave with customers.The reason was that we brought outside food but we weren't aware of the fact that u don't allow to bring that..He could speak with us politely but instead of that he misbehaved wd us.kindly teach them some manners or otherwise I will teach them a good lesson.
