We are coffee day distributor started on march 2017. They billed 2.5 lakhs and (The stocks are december manufactured 6month validity) this is 45 days stock. First month they give 2 machine and second month they give 2 machine that's it. Again they billed 1.4 lakhs without our knowledge and said that these all are tea bags one year validity so we have time to liquidation. They said the reason for the second billing is price hike. Now 2 lakh stocks held in our godown they didn't taken. Kindly arrange to solve this issue

Dear sir,
I am regular customer of your ccd or in other way, i love to have special treat with ccd. But today at international airport delhi, i got astonished when one of your staff behave ridiculous which let me out from ccd without having the food for which i have paid. I am very upset from your staff behaviour who completely fails the theory that the customer is god. His bad behaviour will make you and your company down. So pls avoid such type of staff for serving your precious customer.
I hope you will understand my problem and do something against this and if no action taken against the same then it is deemed that your company is also as week as your staff behavior.

please note that on dated 25/2/2018 i visited the cafe coffee day in Shop1, 2, l.t road, gorai, Borivali West and i purchased 1 garlic bread, 1creamy toffee, and 1 mighty muncher under 3X bonus beans cash back offer by app but i am very disappointed because i have bot received any beans yet in my account on bill value Rs.434
I tried calling customer care many a times to resolve the issue but no response fron them.

I am regular visitor of your above outlet. It is all good in many respects but condition of toilet over the period has been going from bad to worst. As of now there is negligible water pressure in the toilet and soap dispenser is also not in working condition resulting i permanent stink in the toilet. I hope immediate steps are taken to address the problem being faced by customers.

I am in palampur and this place has two ccds and non of them ever have a proper glass for serving the coffee and they always serve the coffee in take away glasses . Is this the standard you are maintaing and i always come for. These buggers are making customers stupid by serving the coffee in plastic glasses if that be the case then i need to file an RTI for to take the refund for this because this is not acceptable.

Hi,
I had placed a prepaid order online at cafecoffeeday.com/shop/buy, with order number[protected] on 9th feb 2018. I was assured that it will be shipped within 2-3 days and will be delivered within a week. 6 days have passed by and the order hasn't been shipped yet. Customer care has no clue when it will be shipped. Also I was told that I cannot cancel the order since the payment has been processed and a refund cannot be issued.

please not that on dated 12/01/2018 i visited the cafe coffee day in shipra mall, 9 vaibhav, khand indirapuram and take 2 vanilla capuccin under festivedelights 50% cash back offer by app but very disappointed because i only receive 31 beans and till date no other bean has been credited in my account on without tax bill value 324.38 rs
i tried customer care to resolve the issue but they say i need to mail over phone they cant help me.
so finally i mailed to cc'd customer service but the issue not resolved yet

App was not functioning for the second time in a week. This seems has become a routine problem of this ccd - raghuveer nagar jalna road aurangabad, shop no. 1, ground floor of the building. Kindly look into this. : (If this persists then think i will cancel my app on the phone. The offers are useless if you cannot use them at all. Please do try to do something as this is not acceptable.

Little app is showing a offer from CCD which i bought . When i visited the outlet for redeeming the offer they refused the existence of this offer . If the offer has been withdrawn then why it has not been withdrawn from the app and why are they selling it till now. None of the customer care number is responding . My money has been debited from the account . It is still showing that the offer is valid but the outlet is refusing to accept it . This complaint should be responded soon.

I am a student at iit, kanpur. I want to file a complaint against you guys for serving non-veg burger instead of a veg burger to me and my friends multiple times. For you, this might be a simple useless mistake but this severely affects the sentiments of a person who is a hard-core vegetarian. You should take strict actions against the employees who are doing these activities not even once but many times. This shows your negligence towards your customers and merely saying sorry is a sinful act. I hope you will take my advice seriously and do needful actions in future.

I usually use to come to ccd at sarbha nagar, kips market, ludhiana. I ordered your staff for one devils own coffee and two cheese toztizza.. But by mistake he punched two coffees and 1 sandwich.. O told him that he punched wrong bill he was arguing with me that i ordered for two coffees and one sandwich... And he was making so rude faces.
So please its my request you to make your staff let know to be polite and calm with customers.

My name is vasu dev roy i order mary maker 2. From rupees 1938 rupees but by this time order i only get 8 pack of capsules but remaining 8 i don't get so total deal of this order is 16 pack of capsules but i only get 8 pack of capsules from since 26 december i repeatedly complain many times but no one could answer my contact number is[protected] and this is also my order if you check this number my all order and transactions will be showed to you so please take a decision to complete my order as soon as possible but within a week if you don't fulfill your deal so i would take action from your company i made a video on 26 december and it will be in description

I'm regular customer of ccd. I ordered through swiggy. One item was not available. I asked them to either upgrade the item or cancel that particular item.

Ms soumya from ccd spoke in a rude manner and hung up the call.
She refused to talk to me.

This is not the way to treat a customer. Now a days there are many coffee shops to order example starbucks.
Since ccd is an indian merchandise i'm repeatedly ordering from here.

Still? I got reply from ccd after so many follow up that we don't have items in stock for which you placed order.
And your voucher will be effective again in 2 3 working days you will receive mail for this
Till time they have not done anything with voucher or not cancelled order.
What ccd things? Guys stay away from ccd and do not buy any there product they don't need customer aany kind corporate customer or regular customer, this is worst service ever i faced till time!!!

Called on 22 dec got reply, your order will be placed on 23 dec.
On 30dec got reply - it will be placed on mon
On mon 1jan called got reply - within 24hrs?

How many 24 hrs you needed very worst service.

On 31st december, 2017, the cafe coffee day outlet in pune, maharashtra at sachapir street, off m. G. Road, camp - 411001 claimed to offer only king-sized coffee servings as a scheme due to new year's eve. However there was no offer or combo pack or discount on this king-sized coffee, nor was it mentioned anywhere in writing or a poster/pamphlet in the ccd outlet. This was misleading and cheating as it did not seem to be official and the customers were being forced to take only king-sized coffees which costs more than the regular-sized coffee. I was forced to buy a king-sized coffee against my will!
On expressing displeasure about this by many customers, one of the customers asked the ccd attendant to call his manager. The ccd attendant was not ready to handover the phone to let the customers talk to the manager and was pretty rude about it inspite of asking him multiple times. After his phone conversation, the ccd attendant agreed to offer regular-sized coffee serving. This clearly meant that the offer he was previously mentioning was not official and this was just a way to cheat the customers and mint more money! But inspite of this, the attendant clearly refused to let the customer talk to the manager. The customer was clearly irritated due to this behavior and asked the attendant whether he would allow any customer to talk to the manager if the customer wanted to thank the manager for some reason. To this the attendant very bluntly responded that he wouldn't let anybody talk to the manager. The customer then mentioned that if that was the case, he wasn't interested in having any coffee. To which the attendant again very rudely replied, "ok then, don't have!". This kind of service is clearly not expected from a cafe-chain like cafe coffee day! And cheating the customers in any form will definitely not be appreciated! I'm attaching herewith the copy of my invoice for the king-sized coffee i was forced to buy! Your company is having one store near birla college kalyan (West) which is just attach to our house.
From that store high amount of noise of your consumer talks is coming which is disturbing and irritating to us.
We told manager and staff of your company to solve the problem, but bad response is given from your store. Manager and your staff are always arguing with us regarding this issue.

So please solve our problem as soon as possible.

In the park street located store i was charged for "plum pudding coffee" (Inr 150) and the bill mentioned the same while i had asked for a plain cappuccino and was served the same. The workers didn't wear any name tags and on asking their names they gave "sangram and kumar". Their reply to the bill was that this was the only way they would be serving coffees ; inr 100 extra for a regular cappuccino. The reason for no name tags was that they weren't given any.
Upon insisting that a king size cappuccino costs the same they refused to increase the size as well.
Its basically being bullied to pay inr 211 for a regular cappuccino even when the bill says "plum pudding".

I visted ccd powai on 19/11/2017 with my one friend and a prospective partner for business meeting. I ordered lemon tea, ice coffee and water bottle and began my meeting around 4pm, as we were engrossed in the meeting i did not saw the time and the meeting went till 6pm and along with that finishing our meal. One waiter comes and ask us to leave as we were sitting for long. I replied that i won't get up unless i finish with my meeting to which he replied that "you won't be allowed again in this premises henceforth"

I later put up a formal email to the ccd management to which they said they will look into the matter (Copy attached). I called the customer care where she said that there is no time limit to sit in the restaurant (Audio of call record attached). Later i constantly tried to demand for the investigation which was not responded (Copy attached). Later i sent a legal notice of the incident to which they replied that "ccd is not meeting place, it's a restaurant".

A restaurant where you buy 150 bucks coffee which is not even worth 15 bucks.

I was big time fan of ccd but now that brand has created a bad image in my mind. Ridiculous customer services and no use of customer care.

In ccd of belapur CBD..the staff members dont respond properly they have no manners to speak to d regular customer and they complain to couples that couples are not allowed ..this is totally rediculous...and the behaviour of the staff is disgusting..bills are not provided printer is damaged washroom is closed since a couple of months and during offers they dont respond properly
