Had the worst experience at cafe coffee day, race course outlet. Such discourteous and disrespectful staff have been hired for the outlet. Doesn't your company do some kind of screening or training before u hire someone? Or have some regular checks to overlook the staffs performance and the way they treat the customers. Such type of ignorant and rude reception was not at all accepted from the brand like cafe coffee day. The guy at your race course outlet is least bothered about the customers, he is busy talking to some random guy over phone, asking him to come over and take care of the outlet for an hour or two in his absence quoting ' koi sale nahin hoti bas baithna hain aake'. What impression does it leave on the customers? Moreover u have broken seats at the outlet and ur coffee grinding machines make such loud noise. Worst experience, neither recommending nor visiting ccd again.

I had food and beverages at CCD (Commerzone, Yerawda, Pune) on 27th April 2018 at around 03:38 pm.
The bill was of Rs 1056 /-, including taxes which I did not receive at the moment I ordered the food.
I had asked for the bill after having the food as well but the staff said that it was not possible to generate and give the bill at that time
I had even asked for the free claim at that moment, but the staff person did...

The picture which i have uploaded is of what we got after ordering chilli cheese garlic toast in ccd, experian mall. It was cold... As if they have served the same right from the refrigerator and wat they have served that is not at all a chilli cheese garlic toast... We have asked about the same to staff as well that we have not been served what was shown but they said no, it is like dis only.

We had asked for 2 cappuccino coffee with
Sandwiches. The person asked light or strong
We told him strong. When the coffee came its
Only flavor of milk. We told the person what
Abt the strong coffee which he replief that this is our strong what we mean. When asked for strong
Coffee he never mentioned abt the price
Later we realised the price is too high which is
Rs 757 for 2 coffee and 1 sandwich

He charged rs 70 extra while billing for each cup
Which we didnt noticed. When asked ant it he only
Smiled as if once u have paid we can deliver anything we wish

Coffee day in rajahmundry, j. N. Road, tilak road, are not maintaining properly... I regularly visit coffee day to have coffee and read some books in many cities.. Since 3 days i am going to coffee day rajahmundry.. They are not maintaining air conditioning properly.. Today after at 2 o clock.. When i went and order coffee.. They made the bill.. It's sweating over in the shop and when brought to their notice that air conditioning is not on.. They sarcastically replied to me a/c will be on during peak hours.. When i insisted them they made a joke on me saying that "oh! We thought you are here for coffee.. I don't know you are here for ac" and laughed out sarcastically especially the female who is billing.. When i asked to cancel.. They said take away your coffee and drink outside in mid sunny day.. And again she laughed.. I left the place and filing a complaint in this complaint form...
If you treat your customers like this the what's the difference between you (Who charge high price) and local vendor who give coffee for 10 rs...
If you don't take necessary action and if you don't let me know.. I will file a complaint about that sarcastic behaviour of her legally..
Kindly proceed and make the necessary action to avoid these stupid behaviour of the service people...

This is regarding the ccd branch at iit madras. The administration and the people behind the billing counter cheat at every opportunity they get, and everyday. They always add on extras like extra cheese and tea bag when we do not want it, and say that they cannot remove it as that is their policy. These kinds of instances happen everyday, and the impression i get is that the management condones it. Please look into this issue. I will also be raising this issue with the consumer court.

I given the resignation at 18th dec.2017 for 4 months ago. But my full and final settlement has not been received yet.
And if i am talking about this thing to hr. (Mr. Gulshan) or financial department, no one is giving a response. Please send the amount of my full and final or my working days in cafe coffee day.

From last 7 months i am facing the problem with the machine and also raising complaints, but not giving the proper solution and the problem is occurring again and again. Finally i have complained to the area sales manager in the month of december. He promised me to resolve the issue in weeks days and finally he took 3 months to solve. But unfortunately in 3 to 5 days again there was a different problem and no one addressed the problem till now and they throw blame on my organization that i am not using the company beans. I have a stock which was bought in the month of december when the area manager promised to rectify the unit. With out any proper evidence they come to a conclusion and stop the service. This is only a little information i am furnishing, there is a lot to express. We are thoroughly disappointed with the answers of the responsible heads.

I placed an online order (Order #[protected] on the 25th march and haven't received it till date. Their customer service has been of no help whatsoever and it has been the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have written thrice to their eshop support and haven't heard back from them. At this point i do not care about the product, all i want is a refund.

I bought cafe Latte' at Cafe Coffee Day, at New Delhi Railway station metro station​. The cost was Rs.130/- I gave Rs.500/- but he didn't return anything. I just got the bill. I thought he'll give me later but when I went and asked for it, the guys refused. They are refusing that they took Rs.500 note. I asked them to show me camera footage but they refused. He has feeded exactly Rs.130/- and now refusing that i gave him Rs.500/- Footage is the only way I prove that I gave him Rs.500/-
I have the bill. What to do? I have to file an FIR if not taken seriously.

As u promise to return full amount on not giving the bill. The bill was of 194 rs, including taxes. Even the food was not good, the burger smelled of old potatoes and the coffee didn't tasted as coffee as well.
I waited for the staff to provide me with the bill, till i finish eating, but they didn't. At last i have to ask for the bill and claim that free, but they denied.
I request you to refund me the whole bill.

At cafe coffee day at green park new delhi near evergreen sweet house. On 31st mar 2018, at 4 pm, i requested for a glass of water with an ice cube but no such service was provided to me. Finally, i myself brought the same at the first floor and the server namely deepak has not presented himself in good manners. I request you to take necessary action against him. From gurukul

Hi this is phirdos.. I have phillips voucher.. And we want lamonade in this voucher.. But your team dint provide us lemonade.. We vist at prshant vihar sector 14 rohini one of your team member redeem our voucher without my permission and i had to taken capachino insted of lemonade.. ([protected])

Please be aware that your staffs are not trained properly and litrally they force customer to place order.. That don’t even greet customer with smile.. Please note being a regular customer we don’t use your outlet by not ordering anything.. At least train your staff to give little time to your customers.. It was not even 10 min and lirally they were behind us by giving 3 times reminder.. Outlet is located opposite to itc infotech banaswadi road..

We planned to visit the nearest ccd outlet for a surprise for my child of sizzling brownie. The counter attendant suggested the sizzling brownie couldn't be served as brownie wasn't available according to him. But we think he deliberately didn't wanted to take order due to hassel and late night order. Request to take appropriate action. You are losing valuable customer!!

We await to take appropriate action so that customers don't face these kind of hassel.

Hello, i have order total of 8 milk shakes and when i received my order i saw that the quantity is half a bottle where it must be full. When i told this issue to one of the staffs present there he didn't mind about this issue and went on with his work. So cheap attitude towards the customer. They must be fired and the branch must be close so that they will learn a lesson from this, which will help the consumers alot. And name of the staff is gowtham

Bought a bottle of mineral water from ccd ghatkopar metro station on 23/03/2018. Bottle opened without resistance i. E. It wasn't sealed. The man at the counter refused to change it inspite of opening bottle in front of him. The taste was terrible. I almost felt like vomiting after around 20 minutes. Something was very wrong with the water. I kept the bottle in my bag instead of throwing the water and checked the ppm of water at home as i have monitoring device. It was 196 ppm. Is that the level maintained by ccd? Most reputed brands maintain ppm of not more than 20.

Today i went to ccd, chandra layout and ordered chill shakes cocoa cookie and classic strawberry. A lady in the billing section charged rs256 including gst and gave two chilled shakes. But she didn't give me the bill and told that there is problem in the computer and not able to get the bills and made me wait for 20 min. Finally i paid rs 256 and came out without bill. When i came outside ccd it was displayed that shakes are buy 1 and get 1 offer. I went again inside and asked about it. She said the offer is closed now. I came home. I went there again after one hour and asked for the bill of rs 256. I have attached bill with this message. I want my money back or 2 chilled shakes as per the offer.. Plz train ur staff about the offers and not to cheat customers. Dont mislead customers like this.

This is regarding an incident which 19 Feb 2018 at Cafe coffee day Maddur. The manager of the store was suppose to bill and add reward points to the app. When asked to add the points to the app the manager denied says the bill is already generated and we can't add points now. He was extremely rude and didn't have the courtesy to apologize. I said, is it now your duty to check with customer if they have the app. He says customer get offended when asked if they have the coffee day app. This is hilarious and utter nonsense. He has charged us for a incorrect item and also later didn't provide bill for the correct item. When asked for bill he was completely arrogant. Can't speak good in english and no quality of customer service.

We are coffee day distributor started on march 2017. They billed 2.5 lakhs and (The stocks are december manufactured 6month validity) this is 45 days stock. First month they give 2 machine and second month they give 2 machine that's it. Again they billed 1.4 lakhs without our knowledge and said that these all are tea bags one year validity so we have time to liquidation. They said the reason for the second billing is price hike. Now 2 lakh stocks held in our godown they didn't taken. Kindly arrange to solve this issue
