I had visited the ccd on 4 aug. Cashier swiped my card twice for the payment, so money has deducted twice from my account.

Ccd person gave me his no (Gajendra - [protected]), if amount will deduct twice then please contact us. We will return back your money on your paytm account. I tried to contact him so many times, he was not picking up a call.

I already registered my complaint to ccd customer care support team, no body is giving appropriate reply.

Purchased choco fantasy cake on 9/9/17 at 100ft indiranagar bangalore but cake was rotten. When complained and returned there was no response from the staff and the manager purnesh who was present at the store.
There response, customer service and quality is patetic.
I need a solution for this issue.

Recommend food quality check at this place.
Improve customer service which is horrible to the core

Hi,
This is regarding the 18% gst which was paid by customers like me to the cafe coffee day located at rmz it park, m. G. R salai - perungudi, chennai-600096.

This ccd doesn't have any air condition facility for the customers, the facility is out and open with sofa and few chairs..
Since this facility is not under air conditioned room, then why there is 18% tax we need to pay?

Please take proper action and explain why this occurred in the first place

I bought Funza From CCD at Mira Road near Mira bhayender road... dates are expired today is 28/08/2017 and the date of manufacturing is 25/02/2017 and best before 6 month... you can see how they are playing the Norms... and injustice with the ppl... I m requesting all the ppl spread the mssg across...

Complaint towards the ccd at mahakali opp holy spirit hospital
— this is a second complaint towards this coffee shop. I thought by now there would have been some improvements and difference in the staff but absolutely poor unethical service by this lady.. This lady at the counter does not know how to take orders... She could not take two simple orders of coffee and has billed me thrice for the same.. Asked for a simple cold coffee and was given some expensive nirvana coffee.. Asked for mocha was given cappuccino and than charged extra for cocoa i asked her to change the coffee but she refused saying she can only add the flavor for extra charges!!! And over that this female has prepared three bills for some reason and has swiped my card thrice.. This lady really needs to be trained or taken off the job.. This purchase was made on 1st august 2017 in the evening at about 5 30. Please check pics 3 separate bills were made for one person?? Please explain why has she made three bills and charged me extra??? Even if i overlook her skills of not being able to take the orders correctly and getting whatever coffee she wants... What was the purpose of 3 separate bills?? She seems like shes trying to cheat customers there as the timings on the bill are also different!!
This ccd is always disappointing.. Third time here and again a female staff has offered such poor service.

We have sent a machine for repair (docket no.1159) it's been a long time since we are following up on it. We haven't received any response. Everytime we call the customer care number they tell us they are going to call us back in an hour or so but never do.
We have tried all modes of interaction, we don't receive replies to the emails and the phone calls are rarely answered and when they are it's still of no use.
I need this issue resolved asap. Kindly send us the repaired machine.

Cafe coffee day outlet in park street is overcharging its customers by adding various add-ons like chocolate sauce and ice cream twice in the bill. When confronted about the same, the cashier just apologized and tried to bribe me by offering ccd products. It has happened with me before at the same outlet and i was forced to pay 400+ rupees for a coffee which would have otherwise costed me under 300. They do the same thing with all customers as my friend had a similar experience here.

I work as a cardiologist at fortis punjabo we get ten percent discout in hospital ccd by telling employee i. D. Today they cut the bill without discount nd when i objected manager asked for my i. D. Card which was n my office. I told her my name nd employee i. D. But she behaved rudley nd refused to give money back. This is how they behave with doctors. I think there behaviour with common people must be worse. I dont feel like visiting hospital ccd again

We had taken a coffee vending machine and returned it back to coffee day in january 2017 but till date, we have not received the refund of security deposit. Have followed up with ankur, vishwanath and piyush from noida/delhi office but there has been no progress. These people have now stopped taking calls and responding to mails. Very unprofessional. They have been saying for the last 3 months that the cheque is sent for directors signature but the director is not available. Is this how they work. If a director is not available the work does not go on. They need to refund the amount with interest and penalty for harresment.

This complaint is for paschim vihar branch. I had ordered the cappuccino and sandwich combo. I always orer this meal but pashim vihar branch didnt serve the meal fresh. The cappuccino was cold and the sandwich bread was like stale, sanwhich was very dry. The whole sandwich was disaster. Even i recomend to my freind. Even she doesnt like the combo.
I just feel like i have wasted my money.

This is to inform you that i anubhav bajpai (Proprietor) of splendid bakers kidwai nagar kanpur has applied for coffee machine on the date 04/02/2015 with a demand draft of rs 27, 350/- to amalgamated bean coffee trading co. Ltd. & i never picked up that machine of coffee.
I handed over my demand draft to mr. Bharat shah and further while at the time when i talked about the refund of the amount then he told me that the amount will not b refunded so soon and i have to wait for it.. So i waited for a long time after his xcuses.
Few days back he shifted to some other company now i can just request you that please help me out to get my amount refunded

I was charged more than two times the expected amount at the ximb square outlet of cafe coffee day (Bhubaneswar). As the staff were misleading while taking the order. I was misguided to believe that i was being offered free of charge toppings on the drink that i ordered in, but the toppings costed more than twice the actual drink. I am looking for a refund of the amount that was ransacked on day broadlight.
If i am not reassured, i will take this issue to higher authorities.

I have visited to ccd on 16th august 2017, i was using ccd mobile app and i used the 70%cashback offer that was listed in my app. But till today, 24 hours are also completed but also i haven't credited with any casback. Time of visit of my ccd was in between evening 5 to 6. It was a general ccd store. I have ordered a bill of 318₹ and was entitled to get 70% cashback but not recieved yet. Hope the issue resolved soon and i get my cashback.

My friend and I went to the CCD in Vashis inorbit mall and the experience that we had there was something neither o[censored]s ever had in ANY eatery.

We arrived at the cafe at approximately 5:50 PM, ordered one regular
cappuccino, one toffee cappuccino and a cheese toastie (don't remember the exact name of the product), the total bill amount adding up to Rs. 490.

By around 6:10 PM the staff started lingering...

I went to ccd at raheja mind space, building 10 today at 6:30 pm august 9th, 2017. I ordered the below
1 smoked chicken =134
1 masala chai =95
1 combo =69
Total is 298
298+ 18% tax =351

With taxes the total bill should be 351, but the attendant charged me 494. When asked for the bill he said he will give with order. Even when he came with the order the bill was missing, i reminded him again. Before leaving i asked for bill thrice, he said its lost. Why i was over charged and why i wasn't provided any bill. Could you please investigate and get back to me at the earliest.

The name of the product goes like Choco Fudge Sundae. The picture of the product in the brochure looks very satisfying too. Upon purchasing, the product was like nothing that we intended on purchasing. Barely any chocolate and quite a lot of vanilla ice cream.
The product is advertised differently and the actual product is a whole different story.

I ordered cake from ccd - prestige shantinikaten whitefield for Rs. 709 (gst [protected]@18%). When i asked for bill, it was stated printer is not working and they gave manual bill. Is the same acceptable ? Need action plan on it... The same thing happened two days back where he charged Rs 113 for juice and chocolate Belgium shot and when i asked for bill, he denied. After fight, he gave me bill and it stated amount for Rs 107.I am sure there is some mismatch going on. Can you please check and state the reasons...

Today i visited ccd at surya nagar, bhubaneswar.
I ordered for :
1. 1 smoked chicken sandwitch - 129
2. 2 sizzling brownie - 176 ×2
3. 1 classic lemonade - 100
Total - 581
With tax - 665.24 (gst 14.5 %)
When i asked for bill the lady memtioned it will be given to me with my order.
Later as it didn come with order i asked thrice and i was told that my bill was lost( within 30 min). After argument i was given a manual bill where i was charged 1504 rupees.

When i asked the reason for such a high amount, i was told the sauce on brownie was little more hot than usual for which they charged Rs 1013 (with tax) instead of Rs 403.04.
The sandwitch had some chips ( worth Rs 102) along with it which was not served.

Still by end they didn give me my actual bill but a manual receipt.

If this forum is the right place, can my complaint be looked upon!
