Don't you guys look into the profile of person to whone you are giving the franchise? Or is it just pay the amount and anyone can get your franchise???
I was there for for a client meeting abd you know what... The store supervisor (Highly unprofessional attire) started saying tgat you have not ordered anything and you must need to order sonething! I said him once the meeting is over i will do it can we please talk about it later.

This is the first ccd where i have seen such a creepy supervisor who looks like a street kid wiith no communication skill and talking so cheap!!
# man... Is it ccd or a roadside chaiwala??? I have now made a deal... Never go to ccd for a meeting... What image that # has left of me in front of my clients.

I also sai him is this the way you force for orders while 2ppl are discussing something. The supervisor said if you don't order i can oush abytine or in any way... Wow!!! What a way to treat your customer

This is not expected from a brand like ccd

I am a regular customer of CCD but behaviour of your staff is very rude including manager and when I was sitting on the chair out side of CCD your manager told me that u can't sit here because this is my property. Your manager told me if you seat here I kept my chairs in my godawn.. I think it is my duty to inform you about behaviour of your staff is not properly so you take action against them..

I am customar of cafe coffee day at gandhidham. I am doing my business.
Your staff doing rude behaviour with your customar including managar. They told your customar it is our property so you can not seat here.. You can not seat here more than one hour.. We give order regularly but they told us you don't do meeting in cafe coffee day beacuse it is not in our policy but they don't tell anything when someone playing cards in cafe coffee day when someone smoke in cafe coffee day. It is in your policy?
So pls teach your staff how to treat your customar and how to satisfy your customar. I think it is my duty to inform you i wish you take right action aginst it...

The staff of this franchise behave very rudely to us... It's not only staff... the manager is also included in this worstest kind of behavior... It feels like this manager should be changed as soon as possible or else the franchise will get an very bad impression of the customer and also this is to be noted that, They have behaved many times partially to their friends customer comparing us... this complaint should be legally taken on the note...

On 28.05.17 around 5:30 pm, I ordered one garlic bread with single cheese, one devil's own and one inverted cappuccino at CCD, Great India Palace. I believe that I paid a higher amount than the actual bill. I paid through my Axis bank debit card sequence no 050705. Kindly clear my doubts at the earliest possible and also let me the billing amout for the above mentioned items

Hello i am pranay and am a regular ccd customers who spends 300-500 bucks daily at your outlet at ongc colony bandra west the problem is not with the bills or the quality of your products but it's the behaviour of staff yesterday night after coming from my friends birthday i ordered one rasgulla royale.. Firstly staff (Asha maam) denied to make it a take away i agreed upon that but when the dessert arrived i took the glass and was standing outside the ccd waiting for my ola cab and in time being your cashier so called ms. Asha (Egoistic asha) comes and tell me (You are not allowed to eat food outside our campus if you want to eat, eat it over here or else return home) is this the way you talk to a vice president of blue chip foods pvt ltd. Sorry to say sir ccd is great at food and beverages but lacks at crm. This was the third time ms. Asha spat bad words on me and it's unbearable and that even gives a negative impact on other customers. Please respond quickly. Remember your staff at ongc colony is also good at making fake stories.

The manager doesn't have any knowledge about the basic work etiquette. Worst staff management experience. The cunningham road cafe coffee day branch manager has misbehaved with the customers. He was screaming at the customers disrespectfully even while the customer was being polite. The behavior of the manager was extremely disgusting and needs to be punished. He showed no regrets of doing so. Hence i demand for an action to be taken against the manager to avoid such horrible experiences at the cafe again. I look forward for a quick resolution for the issue.

We, GG Organics Exports is having one Coffee Day - Coffee vending Machine with us on contract. Now the contract has been expired and our Management decided to return the machine. The same thing was reported to Mr. Sunil H Patel, Manager Sales Chennai area on 21 April 2017, due to his poor response the matter has reported to Mr. Mr. Nithin Rodrigues. Unfortunately he is also not responding well. The contract has been terminated but till date the Machine is not taken back from our premises. So kindly take up the matter with appropriate authorities and necessary steps may be taken immediately to take back your machine at the earliest from our premises.

Me and my girlfriend were sitting in CCD rajajinagar, Bangalore, Karnataka
We just wanted privacy and wer planning to place the order after 15min. The staff out there was so rude they just loudly spoke that we came just to pass time and not to order anything.
I am a regular customer of CCD and I am a Managing Director of a corporate company. This behaviour by the staff was embarrassing and me and my Girl decided not to visit any CCD again.
Sorry to tell this my daily turn over in business is her monthly salary.Pls look into the matter before one more couple experience the same situation.

I visited the cafe coffee day outlet at millennium business park mahape. I ordered a cold coffee and a sandwich. I was charged ₹353 and the bill for the same was not provided.
When asked, the staff said that they threw away the bill.
I don't even know if what I paid was actually the amount payable.
The customer should and must be given the bill copy.

I'm totally disappointed by ur service in ccd @ mysore-madikeri road koppa, 571104. Foremost there was only one server, and we felt as if we are thieves entering ccd. The service tax was collected but service was poor. Finally after placing the order the whole of atmosphere inside was surrounded with flies. It was a disgusting atmosphere for us and we had to leave the store. We regretted of spending such a large amount of money and ending up surrounded by insects.

Two complaints
1) total Bill cost 628 but 629 was deducted from my card...came to know when I checked it at home
2) I ordered devil's own but they also charged me with vanilla flavored ed which cost me more than 600 instead of approx 350

CCD ORION MALL- Myself and my mom ordered coffee along with paneer sandwich which we double confirmed from the staff of what it contains... Later we got our coffee and later the staff come up with the sandwich but it didn't taste like paneer... I asked my mom not to eat it and later took a closer look at it... and came to know it's CHICKEN!!! I was devastated to get to know as I'm a Brahmin n it's a sin for me and it hurt my religious belief...When I went to the manager there was no proper response and vague replies from them... They were so arrogant that they were not even bothered to ask for an apology... I started choking and vomited several times as I'm not used to eating non veg later went to doctor for further check up

This is Mahavir Jha, I was working in Cafe Coffee Day as a operation trainee,
Emp code a129771, location Thane Ghodbandar road, I left ccd on 28 December 2016 because of the roaming me every week other place where I was not comfortable to travel still I was going on job, and finally area manager told you you don't have to come,
Now HR of CCD, whose name is Rahila Sultan saying you r absconding and if you want your PF then you have to pay 7000 then you are eligible for PF submission .
I don't know why need to pay the amount.
She told me, she can't do any thing.

Shocking..my devil's own cold coffee was full of plastic pieces!!!( bought from CCD, Pallavi complex, Chanakyapuri)
I swallowed some of those shards !!!
God knows what will happen now...

I m a regular customer of CCD . I m working in gurgaon and use to board my cab from mg metro. I went to CCD of mg metro station and got worst experience. I had placed the order of a cold coffee(devil) BT got so many pieces of plastics in that coffee. There was 7-8 small pieces of plastic. Honestly I will never go CCD again. You can see the photo given below. There is a few pieces which I got while drinking the coffee. I was getting the piece...

I asked for a Regular Cappuccino. I requested to make it little stronger. Store manager Mr. Rajat asked for 175 Rs . I replied him that I have been drinking same coffee regularly form other CCD shops and the price looks high.Instead of clarifying my doubts the store manager got angry and misbehaved. He even called names and gave analogy that "you must have been born in Coffee shop but this is the price you have to pay if you want coffee from here". I left the shop without purchasing. His behavior was extremely unusual and such sales persons should not be in this business.
