I am regular customar of cafe coffee day but your staff is doing rude behaviour with me and my friends. We give order and seat in ccd but they told me you can't seat here... They told us you don't do meeting in ccd.. You can't seat here beacuse it is our property.
I am regular customar of cafe coffee day ao i think it is my duty to inform you your staff is very bad so please trained your staff and teach them how to treat customar.....

The staff of this franchise behave very rudely to us... It's not only staff... the manager is also included in this worstest kind of behavior... It feels like this manager should be changed as soon as possible or else the franchise will get an very bad impression of the customer and also this is to be noted that, They have behaved many times partially to their friends customer comparing us... this complaint should be legally taken on the...

On 28.05.17 around 5:30 pm, I ordered one garlic bread with single cheese, one devil's own and one inverted cappuccino at CCD, Great India Palace. I believe that I paid a higher amount than the actual bill. I paid through my Axis bank debit card sequence no 050705. Kindly clear my doubts at the earliest possible and also let me the billing amout for the above mentioned items...

I have submitted all document 11 may 2017 for pf but they do not response i did not get my pf and no record found and am not able to track what is my pf status and the cafe coffee day head office in okhala delhi they people don't response me whenever i ask them. Hello sir, i m regular customer of ccd gandhidham.. But behaviour of staff including manager is nt properly.. They always disturb us in our work. They r like give order continuously nd u cnt seat here in one order nd etc etc.. Regularly my all the associates nd i face it...

The manager doesn't have any knowledge about the basic work etiquette. Worst staff management experience. The cunningham road cafe coffee day branch manager has misbehaved with the customers. He was screaming at the customers disrespectfully even while the customer was being polite. The behavior of the manager was extremely disgusting and needs to be punished. We, GG Organics Exports is having one Coffee Day - Coffee vending Machine with us on contract. Now the contract has been expired and our Management decided to return the machine. I visited the cafe coffee day outlet at millennium business park mahape. I ordered a cold coffee and a sandwich. I was charged ₹353 and the bill for the same was not provided.
When asked, the staff said that they threw away the bill.
I don't even know if what I paid was actually the amount payable.
The customer should and must be given the bill copy....

I'm totally disappointed by ur service in ccd @ mysore-madikeri road koppa, 571104. Foremost there was only one server, and we felt as if we are thieves entering ccd. I had visited the CCD's franchisee located at Phase -11, Mohali on[protected] and ordered Toffee Cold Coffee and Creamy Toffee Frappe.
