Today i had visited ccd in rr nagar, which has newly opened near jain collage, i ordered for 1cappuccino and 1dark passion, which they served browni in dark passion it's not up to the mark it's very hard and the quantity is very less compare to other cafes, and moreover in this cafe card swiping machine is not working and paytm is not accepting but they have pasted (Paytm accept hear) board, i demand for bill three times they denied to get the bill, finely angein i wait for 15min to get tha bill, then i had cross checked the bill in that he add two extra add once to that, for (Dark passion extra chocolate sauce and vanilla cappuccino) this order taken by manager mr vilas, please take action on him to get better service to the ccd regular customers.

Went to coffee day counter spent 500/- changed order immediately in less than 30-40 seconds want hot coffee instead of cold...they told they can't change the order...I want to compliant on coffee day..not giving options to change the order. Sales girl/ boys trained not to accept order change.
