Yesterday i went to ccd at radhekrishna avenue, navrangpura ahmedabad. I ordered a combo of cafe frappe and burger. I was knowing that price is 200+ taxes. But the guy on counter asked me to pay 340 rs. Which can not be possible in any circumstances. I asked him to show printed invoice but he showed me on computer invoice that it is 340. I got momentary satisfaction and went back to seat. But then i thought that if gst is 18% how can bill raise to 340. So i went back at him and asked him again to show printed invoice.. He gave me a weird look and printed invoice which showed appx. 236/- and he began to say it is because system gave you discount and all that stuff
I ignored and gave him money but again while returning he said can you please collect 100 rs. Afterwards i said ok fine. Then you know we humans have a tendency to forget things. And without collecting i left..in evening i remembered and went back to the place and asked for 100rs. The guy argued that he had already given me the money. After arguing for few minutes i left in a hope that complaining here may avoid other people to getting into this trap.

I visited your ginger hotel property at bhubaneswar yesterday, when i asked for a green apple soda - i was being pushed for a sugarcane juice. I inquired about is it of local company or of ccd, the guy at the counter said it is of ccd. A doubtful me, asked for the pack & as obvious it was of some company from south.
Post that we ordered regular cold coffee & were served at the table & finished & left. I still haven't got the bill - so will ccd give me back the amount that i had spent on coffee?

Ccd at aroma hotel chandigarh, i am a regular customer of ccd from last 15 years, but last night i was very much surprised that the quantity of coffee in a mug is too low only the fog shown in the mug, complaint made to mr. Amit kumar, working at that time, no reactions, no satisfactory actions made by him. We had ordered heaven stake, and it never came. When we called the waiter to enquire about it he was totally forgot the order we placed and asked wat did we ordered. It was so disgusting. Will never come back. (Koramangala the lounge menu). Irresponsible staff. We had to call them to take order, never come if don't call. All wer so casual. Spoiling the brand.

I have visited your franchise at the vadapalani, branch located in chennai, i have ordered a non-veg sandwich today, i have no problem with the service they provided, but when i ask for the bill, they gave me a handwritten bill. Since i had asked for the printed bill they said that there is a problem in the printing machine. I think this is not the right way to provide the bill to the customers as the bill i have got resembles as if it is from local shops. I request you to take necessary action to clear out this problem so that other customer won't get disappointed.

Note: i have provided the bill copy what they have provided to me in the attachment.

I visited cafe coffee day in 19a dr. Meghnad saha sarani - southern avenue, kolkata-700019 on 9th july, 2017 at around 9:25 pm. I paid an amount of rs. 307 from my credit card but the person on the counter said that there was an error in the credit card machine but i received a sms that the amount got deducted from my credit card account. He said it will be refunded so he tried with my credit card again and i received a message that the earlier amount was refunded but again a new transaction of rs. 307 was deducted from my account for which i have not yet received a refund. He again told me that there was the same error again in the credit card machine. So i paid him the amount by cash. I have not received the refund of the money to my credit card account yet.in fact in my generated credit card statement, i can see the transaction being mentioned. My credit card ends with the digits 6077. Please find attached the bill, details of my credit card statement and the sms that i received from my bank. Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount to my account. I have mailed at [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com 3 days back but have not received any response yet.

I purchased something to munch from ccd at sikanderpur metro station, new delhi. Its cost me around rs.588 and use my card to pay. With in a while a received a text showing a deduction of rs.5880. I asked them for this. They assured me that i'll get my refund with in a day. But now its more than 15day but still i'm suffering for my money. Please never visit ccd.

I am rameez hassan, phd scholar at aligarh muslim university, aligarh. Last time, i visited banglore for scholarly reason and i with my friends got opportunity to visit ccd ashoka piller banglore. One boy naming mr. Adil was there, that time he was perhaps alone. He was very impressive with his language skills and order suggestions. I was impressed when he introduced ccd app and other combo discount app to me and my friends. By nature, he was quite friendly.
After that, we ordered two crunchy frappe and one ethiopian coffee evening time. He served us well and we were satisfied by his service. I want you to know that we are very pleased with the quality of service your company provides. We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct business. We have recommended the same to others because of our satisfaction with your service.

I really disappointed today while visiting to one of the ccd outlet in gwalior which is located at silver estate city center..
The behavior of staff was not good and the basic amenities like paper napkin, normal ro water and even water in washroom was not available..
The way of talking of the staff was also not good.. Better take a serious action against them

This is a feedback rather than a complaint.

Last week i visited cafe coffee day sonwar. However as soon i entered the place it was engulfed with a foul smell all over the place.

I ordered a coffee and wanted to have a brownie but as the place was filled with flies buzzing all over the place, i had to refrain myself from having a brownie, so i had a coffee instead.

I am writing this so that the management takes a note of this and tries to make the customer experience better.

Hope to have a better customer experience in future.

The servise which is provided like a begger behaviour (He should know that we are paid and the way of hospitality should be good to see you again. Lost hope with ccd on service on kolar highway) he turned his face differently when we asked about product and product which we need is not available. No custamization. We orderd different coffes but every product taste same no difference. One guy sujjested to download an app which is helpfull for customers but the person who took our order he denied it and make us to hurt a lot on this early morning

1st july 2017, I visited the cafe coffe day store barasat in city mall with my brother. I ordered a dark passion and an ice cream, where i was charged rs 94 uncessarily. They asked me whether i require tge extra cream or not, i said yes. Firstly they did nt give me the bill, secondly, when i asked fir it, i found they charged rs94 extra. The bill stated it was for the a popcorn whereas the staff stated it was for extra chocolate chips which was also not present on my food.

The coffee day outlet in forum mall, koramangala, bangalore has a poor hygienic conditions. There are a lot of house flies which usually sit on the food and the table. I ordered for a sandwich and it tasted a little stale, the food items aren't as fresh as they are supposed to be. They need to have fly repellents.
Please look into this matter. It's a matter of concern.

On 20th june 2017 evening, my friend and me went to park street outlet of ccd at around 16:00 hrs. We ordered for 1 unit of watermelon lyche punch (@135.00 inr), 1 unit of cool blue 550 ml (@134.00inr) and 1 unit of classic lemonade (@125.00 inr) which may be confirmed from the cctv footage of the said outlet. However, surprisingly we were billed for 975.00 inr and as we had scheduled bus to burdwan @ 18:00 hrs. From esplanade bus depot we were in great hurry at the time of billing (At 17:26 hrs.) so we overlooked the matter at that moment. Afterwards, we found out from the bill that, 25 units of somthing named 'funza coated...' whose total amount being 476.25 inr has been billed in addition to our bill of 394.00 inr. We hope ccd being a renowned chain of cafe value their customers & their money and we would appreciate if you do the needful to refund our money. Bill no. 5322 dated. 20.06.2017; 17:26:22 hrs, park street kolkata outlet.

Today i had visited ccd in rr nagar, which has newly opened near jain collage, i ordered for 1cappuccino and 1dark passion, which they served browni in dark passion it's not up to the mark it's very hard and the quantity is very less compare to other cafes, and moreover in this cafe card swiping machine is not working and paytm is not accepting but they have pasted (Paytm accept hear) board, i demand for bill three times they denied to get the bill, finely angein i wait for 15min to get tha bill, then i had cross checked the bill in that he add two extra add once to that, for (Dark passion extra chocolate sauce and vanilla cappuccino) this order taken by manager mr vilas, please take action on him to get better service to the ccd regular customers.

I have complain regarding the lake view road branch of cafe coffee day, kolkata. The staff working there prepared our sandwich and burgers using bare hands without any gloves. Upon enquiry the staff admitted they have been provided with gloves by the company but they don't use. After i complained the gloves of the cleaning lady were used but the lady preparing food was still not using gloves. It's highly unhygienic and unhealthy practice! Unless the staff is directed strictly they will continue to use bare hands because they are lazy and no one is watching. Strict quality control and hygienic measures need to be implemented. This happened on 17th june 2017 at 5.45 pm at cafe coffe day, lake view road branch of kolkata south.

I'm highly disappointed due to facing technical issues during billing, multiple times.

Today morning when i made a payment of 469/- to ccd vijaya bank layout bangalore, the amount got deducted from the ccd app lime wallet (Screens attached herewith) but the executive at the counter insisted me to make the payment again due to some technical issues. The same thing happened on 11th of june, i had made a payment of 451/- using lime wallet but the executive forced me to make the payment again by cash so i did make the payment by sodexo. So total of rs 920 (469+451) has been deducted from my lime wallet. Even you can notice there is a mismatch in bill amount also, they are not able to generate the bill again for 469 (Exact amount) and for 451 (Billed on 11th june) they had provided me a manual bill which i lost. This kind of technical issues while billing i had never faced in any other layout in bangalore except this one.

Appreciate, if you can treat this matter as very urgent and refund the amount in my lime wallet asap.

I have visited ccd many a times with my friends and family. And must say the services and the food is awesome in ccd. But there is one place that i visited which is not that good in terms of hygiene in r-mall in mulund west 3rd floor ccd. I have seen many cockroaches and on one particular day i had seen a mouse entering the kitchen area. Please c through the matter

Not satisfy with the services of ccd staff saharanpur. I order for 2 cold coffe worth rupee 400 that guy charge from me but what i came back & sit on the table i saw a broucher of combo offer on which there is mention a sandwich with cold coffee at rs 209 each.
When i asked a guy that why don't you suggest me that combo offer when am paying rs 200 each so i can pay rs 209 also then he said that he already punch my order.
It's seriously very disappointing to see that this kind of irresponsible staff is there with such kind of chain of brand.

I'm a regular ccd customer and today i came with my friends in kormangala outlet tried tender coconut lemonade and let me tell you it tasted outstanding.. But i just took 3-4 sips and yeah done with it!!! The best part was even though glass seems to be quite big, 80% was filled with ice.
Really disappointed by trying out something new. I can get this outside just for 20/-. I felt like a complete waste of money.. Literall looting.
Please.. Pls do value our money!! It's a humble request!!!
