Had visited Cafe Coffee Day last night at the Gardens Galleria mall, next to GIP in Noida. The total bill was RS. 617/-, had offered my credit card to pay, on which I was told the card machine is not working, I asked them if I can make payment through Paytm, upon which I was given some mobile no on which I paid through my Paytm. Thereafter, I asked for the bill, on which the counter guy told me they will be able to give only manual bill as the billing was made through Paytm.

I seriously feel I have been cheated on the billing, also since there is a cash back of 15% if paid thru Paytm at CCD.

I have visited CCD alkapuri and ordered two ccold coffee with chocolate and my bill stands at 390Rs. but imposing too much tax amount my final amount came at 472Rs. these people have included some tax named as "Additional tax" apart from all the other taxes. however this additional tax is just to unjustifiable and just to increase the bill amount. these people are just extracting as much money as they can from customers. please adress the issue as soon as possible.

Today I visited CAFE COFFEE DAY - KHARGHAR, Prajapati Towers, Kharghar Station Road, Sector 2, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

No proper service; only two persons that too unresponsive. No printed bill is provided, only hand written bill provided & the price break up was not provided but provided on request.

The expresso coffe was very less quantity & cold & not worth 191/0- charged for two coffe. Requested to replace/cancel them, not possible roughly retorted by the service person.
Also outside table a dog was sitting nearby it & had to call the service man again to remove the dog. Ultimately cannot take the coffee in the dirty ambiance & had to pack the other eatables. The packed eatables was also not provided worth the supportive items e.g. onion shreds souse. Totally bad experience & sheer wastage of money.

Yesterday around 8pm at sakuntala branch kolkata ccd i visited to have a coffee and pastry.I order for 2 regular capuchino which cost 91 each n 2 pastry which cost near about 96 each without tax.There was a add on of chocolate syrup in both coffee which cost 40 for both..So my bill amount stands Rs.414 without tax.They said 25% tax i have to pay then after tax my bill amount stands Rs.517 but the lady on the counter charged me Rs.687..She gave me the same product which i have order but she made the bill of hazelnut capuchino n said me the cost is same of both due to system problem she cant punch capuchino.After that i visited jameslong ccd n i order same thing just for enquiry n i saw that sakuntola ccd making there guest fool there taking extra money but giving the same product which guest a odering less cost..This is just a hard sell nothing else.I want my money back within today..My number is [protected]...Thanks..

I was charged twice for one bill and was told it will be refunded in 24 hours. After 24 hours I emailed to center head and was told to submit the deduction sms and bill images, after submitting this I was called by CCD Area Manager now he is asking me to wait for 7 days and submit my bank statements. My complaint is against CCD that due to their faulty machines I paid double amount of money and now instead of apologizing and refunding they are asking me for my bank statements. I want my money to be refunded with in 7 days, as I faced this problem on 4th and today is 3rd day.

Inr 95.00 is debited from my account twice on 18 nov 2016 at 11:39 am -

"debit card purchase-cafe coffee day, bagmane-wtc-ind".

Call to complain yielded no response, same with the email which i sent.

When i checked with the outlet in charge execuitve at cafe coffee day, she mentioned that there is a problem with the machine.

Hi,

This is regarding my visit to CCD, Connaught place metro station on 3rd November. I am highly dissatisfied with CCD product, I ordered dark frappe which cost me 190 after taxes and what I got was a bit less than 3/4th full(around 300ml) plastic glass of coffee with some liquid chocolate in it. I have had cafe frappe(not dark frappe) at other CCD too and had better product of right quantity as well as quality.
I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied as the customer, I didn't find it less than a customer fraud.

CCD is already loosing its customer base, with these type of service it is only going to loose more market share.

In my CCD app, i had 250 beans. on 27th oct they texted that 100 beans will expire on 29th october.
on 29th October when i went to an outlet at bangur avenue, kolkata, my app was showing 100 beans has already expired on 29th october.
how is the deduction of balance possible before the expiry date! i called in the helpline number, they couldn't find a solution and instead asked me to mail!

Staff in coffee day, guntur branch are very rude. When i am giving order he says that internet was not working.so i asked can we come tomorrow, he says no please dont come to our shop and he was using volguar language and watching like beggar, the staff behaviour was ridiculous, they are not giving respect to customers, please take action and suspend that staff immediately and resolve my problem. Not only me so many are facing problems with this staff

It was a really very bad experience here at ccd in sector 11 panchkula
M the regular customer of ccd and i felt my self its really wastage of money to hang out here... I would suggest everyone plz plz dont eva try ccd they are fooling every one jst by their brand name here some pictures are attached fr u all to see the quality of food they provide... It was very worst experience to be there... Staffs are also non corporate, ac is not working over here... I[censored] ask them for any food they say we r not getting supply of food here so they cant provide it, they cost u so much.. Its okay if i cant afford bt its painful i[censored] dint get d stuff according to the price paid...

Everyday we try to use a coupon at this cafe they say we cannot use the coupon as the server is down from the morning. Today we went there and asked whether we can use the coupon or not. The employee there first asked what type of coupon we have and then said the server is down again. His name is Sariful. If the server was down then why did he ask about the coupon in the first place. This is just harassment of the customer.

This is put into notice, that i had purchased this machine a few months back and have been facing issues for the past few weeks.

The machine has been giving a constant Orange light and the manual would not show any instructions regarding troubleshooting the same.

And now the red light appears constantly and the buttons wouldn't operate. It has been lying stuck for the last few days.

I have not been able to get in touch with the customer care service, after constantly trying the number.

Request you to kindly look into the issue and kindly resolve the same at the earliest.

I had one chocolate pastry of rs. 45/- and also took guava chilli of rs. 30/-
From cofee cafe day of race course metro station dated 3rd, oct-2016 at 6:00 p. m. actually i did pay rs.500/- but against this payment i received only rs.25/- by coffee cafe "attendant" and balance rs.400/- i didn't get till now because attendant is denying to pay the balance money of rs.400/- and attendants is playing with me.
Sir i hope that you will justice with me and balance money will be returned as soon as possible.

Hi, I'm regular customer of your company. Everyday, I had 2 or 3 King cappachino in ccd 41 sector. It's matter of routine that brown sugar/sugar free or cup for King cappachino is not available because in this cafe only 2 cups are available. If cup are busy than you have to wait till the other table finish the coffee. It is important to tell you that from last 3/4 month honey oat biscuit (pack of 2) are not available.
I'm not getting that what kind of bad services you are providing to your so called valuable customers. It is my humble request to you that plz resolve this issues so that we can have a great coffee. If the customer pays you that you are also responsible to provide good service.

The service of CCD Ginger at Bhubaneswar is not upto mark. We are not expected from such a brandend outlet like CCD. After so many time we request to provide sugar and napkin but that waiter not responding us. So if that type of service you provide us we are not coming next time. You should respect and special attaintion to your custember woh are coming for their mind refresh but after he see this type of service their upset. So please look this matter as a propriety basis.

I visited this sodpur branch for coffee after a hectic day of work and I have been denied coffee with a accompanied behaviour by your manager Shantanu Dey. I immediately called you call centre to resolve the issue but after keeping the phone he acted so arrogantly that I am so down that Ccd has been a horrible experience. I had a cliental visit and he spoke in a way with his body language as if he didn't care to work for such a big company. Rajiv Goho spoke who is the area manager was called and he said sorry for this event which is readily not acceptable.
I as a old customer who like to know do you not train your staff in this hospitality industry .i have one word that I feel tremendous sad by his naive attitude and I would like to hear from you regarding this behaviour.
I will make sure that this is taken forward on all social website and word of mouth to all my Frnds and company who made me feel so downtrodden by denied and nasty behaviour by your manager. If manager is like that then how would staff will be . Horrendous experience

My self srikar, iam sending this mail regarding a help from you people. Today evening around 6.45 to 7.30 pm me and my friends had coffee in cafe coffee day. One of my friend forgot the cell in coffee day and we recognised it that she lost her phone after 15 minutes and immediately we again visited the store of cafe coffee day in manyata tech park, nagawara. But we didn't found the cell there. Can you please provide cc tv footage of that store in between 6.30 to 8.30 pm 19th september 2016. As a brand store please help your customer regarding this.
