I asked for a Regular Cappuccino. I requested to make it little stronger. Store manager Mr. Rajat asked for 175 Rs . I replied him that I have been drinking same coffee regularly form other CCD shops and the price looks high.Instead of clarifying my doubts the store manager got angry and misbehaved. He even called names and gave analogy that "you must have been born in Coffee shop but this is the price you have to pay if you want coffee from here". I left the shop without purchasing. His behavior was extremely unusual and such sales persons should not be in this business.

I had visited the CCD's franchisee located at Phase -11, Mohali on[protected] and ordered Toffee Cold Coffee and Creamy Toffee Frappe. Both the drinks were too low on viscosity and tasted like they have made the drinks without milk, using only water. The same issue was raised to the cashier of franchisee. First of all, he said, "We do not have premixes which are used to make the drinks but the same can also be made by blending ice cream". We agreed to the suggestion and asked him to replace the drinks.

He did it but the viscosity was still low and he did not add caramel, chocolate chips and other additives to the drinks as we had ordered the drink several times at the same franchisee and he was not able to deliver the same quality.

We called him again but he did not show up at the table. Then, we went to the cash counter where this guy 'SIWAN' was standing. We raised the issue again and he said, "the drink is made by this method only, if it's fine then have or you may leave". We were really annoyed and asked him to return the money. He straight forwardly denied. Then, we asked him to write that the additives were not served in the drink. He wrote it on a notepad and tore the paper from it.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at this food chain because of inconsistency and inhuman behavior of the staff.

If the food chain is not able to provide same level of quality to the customer then it does not deserves to be in the market.

I am a regular customer of coffee day fresh and ground filter coffee [80-20] powder over past ten years with membership card # is [protected]. I regularly purchase 80-20 filter coffee fresh and ground at the cafe coffee day stores
However, recently, i purchased the readymade 500gm filter coffee powder [80-20] from the cafe coffee day dealer at amalgamated holdings limited, no.6-3-698/8, venkataramana colony, hyderabad-500 004 on[protected],
Vide bill no. 197, code: hyl 1158, tin no: [protected], for rs. 192/-.
The manufacture date on the pack mentioned is 13/02/2017, but the coffee seems old stock. On using the filter coffee, we found it tasteless, odourless and doesn't taste like coffee.
I request the company to let me return of the commodity to the store and replace it with fresh ground coffee beans in 80-20 proportion as per weight of powder returned. This may please be treated as urgent.

I had a bill where there were 2 different Vat charges where there. 1 was 14.50% and the other was 5.50%, apart from other charges of Service tax @ 5.600%, Swach Bharat Cess and K K Cess of 0.20% each.

The outlet at cafe coffee day increases its food prices during events. They often make certain items compulsory to have.For example, they say its compulsory to have cheese and chips whenever they feel so. They treat customers with disrespect as mostly they are students, but that doesn't justify their behaviour. Most of the time they don't have supplies, so they make do with whatever they have. For example, They will serve a sandwich without mayonaise.

Had ordered for an Egg Wrap and Cold Cocoa Latte

The Wrap came in an already opened package, looked like a used package. The bottom almost gave away and the scrambled egg pieces were falling all over the place.

The first sip of the Latte and I almost threw up because it was too sweet. That's when I found foil pieces in my mouth.

Got it changed. Same glass, filled to the brim, sweet as sugar syrup, and was served additional sugar sachets. And the same foil pieces in my mouth.

This time I went to the counter to complain. The promptly took my glass away, lightened the cocoa but NOT the sugar. Or the foil pieces. My third glass of Cocoa Latte had the same sugary stuff with more minutely cut/grinded foil pieces in it.

I had my cup of coffee today evening i.e. on 8/04/17 hich was paid for by my card at 19:55:43.
I visited the CCD outlet of Deonar, near the Telecom Factory.
The billing amount was 452/-
I need a csutomized copy of my bill.
It totally skipped my mind to ask for the same when I was in the cafe, but now that I think of it, I think I was wrongly billed....

I had visited Café Coffee Day at Deonar ( opp Telecom Factory ) to redeem a Coffee Voucher yesterday 4th April 2017.

On seeing the Voucher, the person at the counter promptly told me that the voucher cannot be redeemed at their outlet & I should go to some other outlet. His body language & attitude signified that if one wishes to pay by cash or credit card, he should take the coffee or else go to some other place. They were a set o[censored]nprofessional guys manning the CCD Outlet.

As I was accompanied by a friend, I had no option but to buy the coffee & pay by credit card ( scanned copy of Bill & payment proof attached herewith ).

As a customer, this experience was very embarassing & has caused lot of inconvenience to me.

Request to take this up strongly internally & revert with RCA ( root cause analysis ) & CAPA ( corrective action preventive action ) to avoid such incidences in future.

A line in reply to this mail is awaited.

Ideally, CCD should compensate by giving me a new voucher for the forced expenses of Rs 288 /= done by me yesterday.

The cake was not at all good, it was tasting bad seems like it got rotten
This is very disappointing experience that i faced, the occasion was totally destroyed.Worst customer experience.Kindly check the quality of the products before giving it to the customers in case the product is not good then please inform the customers, don't do such things which gives the worst experience.
I feel that i have wasted my money and feels so disappointing with that.

I am regular customer of ccd on march 18, 2017 i been to ccd barakhamba cp. I made payment by paytm but the person said it failed so i made payment by debit card but amount has been deduct from my paytm even.

I visited the CCD outlet at Hiranandani Meadows (Thane) on 27-March-2017 with my family. The experience was really horrible.

1. Had a free cappucino coupon which was denied by the person at the payment counter by giving weird reason that this coupon is valid in other CCD outlets but not at this outlet.(Validity of coupon is 31-March-2017)
2. After placing the order, an order number table tag was provided which we kept on our table. The person who had to serve the order took off that tag before bringing any order on the table and later was asking other people if that order is theirs. This is an example of total negligence.
3. No ketchup for the sandwiches ordered. We asked for ketchup but he replied we only have mustard sauce.
4. The moment we finished with food and beverages, the same person (who served us) without taking our consent started clearing the dishes. It seemed that he wanted to place a record of clearing the table in shortest time.
Believe me there as no waiting at that time.

Overall Review:
The service provided to us was worse than any road side eatery stall.

I am very much shocked when I see the bill of the CAFE COFFEE DAY, CITY CENTRE 1, SALTLAKE, KOLKATA. I have odered two capachinos king size worth Rs. 110 each.The salesperson, who had come to receive the order, has asked me for some extra things but she never told me about the extra charge payable for that. I thought its might be free of cost. But when I recieced the bill it was Rs. 726/-!!! Somehow I managed that money came back from there but I was really very disappointed by this type of cheat bussiness. I will hardly be in any CCD outlet ever after and I advice every middle class family to think twice to be there because we can't always have that much of excess money.

24.3.2017 : Ordered chicken sandwich from the coffee day located in my hospital. When I opened I hardly see any veggies or chicken - only few tiny pieces of chicken cubes, 2-3 capsicum small pieces. I paid Rs.70 for this chicken sandwich, which i think is not a value for money I paid...Kindly help me getting my money back. Attaching Photo for your perusal.

Sir .it has been come to my knowledge that my ccd id mob.no [protected] was continuously used by some unknown person whenever i tried to login my id i have a notification that my id has been login from another devise. It is my kind reqest to you to solve my problem. I will give you the required information to prove that i am true in what i had said to you earlier in this latter.i request you kindly to solve my this problem as early as possible ;waiting for your quick response.

I went to ccd store on 17 march located in Sayjigunj vadodara. I installed app for first time & also activated lime wallet. So as you know that by default I can use 75 beans and wallet beans as well, so I ordered a cappuccino its bill was 110 rupees.The cashier told that I would have to give 35 rupees in cash because I can only use 75 rupees for first time, I tried to explain him that I have 51 rupees in my wallet, but in vain.So I had to pay 35 rupees.Later I found that 35 rupees also had been deducted from lime wallet as well. As you know I didn't had to pay a single penny to cashier, but I did due to lack of knowledge of cashier, I request you to give instructions to CCD store in Sayajigunj to give back my money in cash.I also had written about this issue to [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com but received no proper reply.

I was at Cafe coffee day, Vasant Vihar/ Hiranandani Meadows, Thane, Maharashtra I tried to redeem my beans but there was some internal server error so that said it could not be redeemed. I paid with the card and earned the beans(after applying bonus offer).

After I got home, an hour later my beans got redeemed. So in reality, I have paid twice for a cafe frappe. Please reverse 155 beans redeemed for that transaction as I have already paid for the same with card. I am attaching a screenshot of the transaction and wrongly redeemed beans. The staff there was ineligible to perform any transaction, they had no clue how the app works. Please help.

So, I went to CCD in salt, lake, sector-2. It was my birthday and I was alone in kolkata and decided to celebrate it by myself. but when I tried to cut it at 12 am what i found that the cake was so hard, I was unable to cut it with a spoon.You can't give the excuse that it as frozen because weather in kolkata is pretty hot and cake should have softened by 4-5 hours. CCD, you yourself know that you ppl charge too much for any and every product on your menu, but the only thing because of which people come to you is TRUST. Trust that you will be served good quality food. "CCD ka hai to acha hoga".I completely lost that trust and I am never gonna buy atleast cakes from CCD. Thanks for ruining my birthday.

Ccd store at nerul sector 19 near ruparel gardens is horrible.
I went to the store to claim a free cappucino and grab a bite.
Wifi wasnt working.
So I ordered a cappucino too.
Debit card paying machine wasnt working too.
So i paid cash.
When the sandwitch arrived i asked for some ketchup.
Guess what no ketchup too and the person instead gave me mustard ketchup.

Seriously a horrible ccd outlet.

I am a regular coustumer of cafe coffe day... today I am visit your branch mahima trinity mall.. your cafe mr. sharukh is misbehaving and abusing to me.. he is only person who are misbehave the coustumer and the other staff is well good behavior.. plss i hope to consider my complaint as soon as possible.. when i say that about the hot coffe then his words are " FREE KI COFFE H AISE HI MILEGI.. TUM LOGO KO DAIRY MILK WALO NE KYA OFFER DE DIYA.. TU HO JO CHALE AATE HO"
