I visited cafe coffee day on 80 ft road rmv on september 14, 2016 wednesday. I ordered a coffee along with pure indulgence cake, one sizzle dazzle sundae and a day jeering tea. The bill no. 8997 dated 14/09/2016 at 20:48:45.net amount 586. The tea bags for dare eling tea was stuck with a broken string and i requested for anot her tea bag. The guy mr. Harish kumar was so impolite and uncourteous that he refused telling that we can't give with one tea only one tea bag is there. Despite paying 600 rs. This kind of service is unacceptable.

I small terribly disappointed.

Can you please look into this.

      This is to bring to your notice the extremely arrogant and bossy behaviour of the Manager Biswajit at DLF Galleria & Unitech, New Town Kolkata Cafe as if he is the owner of the whole company treating customers like replaceable materials.I have been noticing this for a very long time and having been a customer to CCD for last 5 years i never met such treatment.I regularly visit the 2 Cafes and often spend long hours billing 300-400 Rs at every occasion but i never received the treatment i received today.I had kept my bag after having found a empty table with 2 chairs and i was a single person.I received an emergency call for which i stepped out of the Cafe.When i cam back i couldnt find my Bag and was surprised to see that it was kept in a remote location and another gentleman sitting alone at my place.I was surprised to see that this Manager has been doing this for a long Time.
      I understand that Every Manager has Targets and wants to accomodate maximum guests in order to earn more Revenue but i would like to remind that a sophisticated Cafe like CCD where we pay premium price to receive atleast good treatment if nothing else.
      My earnest request is not to treat Customers like money making objects
      This Manager Biswajit Said this is my Cafe and he cant accommodate me anywhere in the cafe.I asked why he removed me from my Seat without my permission and also my belongings.I would have understood if there were people standing queue to have sit but even that wasnt the case.

      The price we pay for having to sit in CCD should be given in such a way when
      Customers receive such treatment.

        I am from nawanshahr .. the timing of closing store is 8 pm and i reach there at 7:50 pm the person on till said that store close now even 10 minutes are left and he is using cell fone even not listen to us .. his name manjinder and also abused ... 9-916.. i have also upload a pic .. he said that no order now even the system is running and hes using cellfone when he see us entring he go inside the room

          I visited cafe coffee day in lake town kolkata it was underneath indian bank. I took 3 black coffee and 1 lemonade, the person in reception asked for 903 rupees. I asked for bill but he did not gave me any bill other than debit card slip which i swapped. That man neither gave me any bill ever after requesting nor showed me any details at computer! Is this customer service or exploitation?

          I wish to inform you that it has been second time that the cold coffee being served here in CCD near RDC, Ghaziabad is not up to the expectations and also being compromised with the quantity which is to be served as advertised .I am disappointed and would like you to kindly see through it.

            Hello,

            There is a value express booth of cafe coffee day within BNP Paribas Securities Services Private Limited, Ekkatuthangal Chennai. The male personnel in the counter is always inattentive and doesn't respond properly to the customers. He doesn't infact stay within the counter and keeps roaming around the cafeteria leaving the shop unattended. The stocks are not refilled and it is always empty when you approach the counter.

            Kindly address it at the earliest to avoid losing customer base.

              So there is this incident from last evening where I went with a friend. A guy enters the cafe after some time and places order for his coffee.He grabs a seat at the table right next to the counter. He takes out his pistol, places the bullets on the table, fiddles with the pistol, loads it, squeezes the trigger.Basically this guy was at it for at least 10-15 mins and in the meanwhile the waitress comes in, serves him coffee, brings a glass of water that he asked for and everything went on as if nothing is wrong.

              Just few questions

              1 Is the the staff not trained to report an illegal activity happening at your premises to the police?

              2 Who would have been responsible if the moron had accidentally or deliberately shot someone at your premises?

              3 This was my first visit to a cafe coffee day during my stay in India, is this irresponsible behavior common everywhere or this cafe was just an exception?

              Anyway being a restaurant owner I know what exactly I or my staff would have done for the safety of everyone.

              You are welcome to see the recordings of the same by reversing the cameras to 30 Aug 2016, between 4.30 to 5.30 pm

              I am waiting for your reply or at least kindly guide me who is the right person to contact.

                Respected sir

                On 13 august i went to ccd at churchgate next to eros, i ordered café mocha.
                The person taking the order did not ask me if i wanted the coco toppings and made the bill.
                On receiving the bill i enquired about the additional amount on the toppings. I refused for the toppings and said i did not want it, but the person was stubborn and told that café mocha cannot come without the toppings.

                The next time i enquired in another ccd at walkeshwar about the toppings the staff said it's optional.

                This clearly states that the staff at the prior location (Churchgate) gave me unnecessary toppings to increase the price, and hence cheating the consumer on account of false information.

                It's a humble request and also a warning to stop such practices of cheating the consumer.

                  First of all i am big fan of ccd.
                  When you launched ccd beta app that time i installed ccd app. Last week i got update of my mobile, after updating of mobile when i am going to login my account it showing too many phone login error. But i am still using the same mobile. This is the main point sir. I tried so much but app is not opening. I contact customer care they said mail your problem - [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com, i mail my problem so many time but they only saying use previous mobile for login. I replied so many time that i am using same mobile. But they are not solving my problem. They are very irresponsible, from last 4 days i mailed 6-7 times but they are not replying and not solving my issue.

                  Sir i am using same mobile lyf flame 6, from last 2-3 week i used ccd app 3-4 times at ccd outlet & now i am still using same mobile. But i am facing issue. Their is no issue from my end. This is the ccd app issue. I have more than 14k beans in my wallet. Sir this is my humble request you to please give me solution sir also take an action on [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com. Because they are not giving single answer.

                  They are very big cheater, they are doing these thing only because i have more than 15000 beans which is equal to rs.15000. So please solve my problem.

                    There are two ccd's in my town... I once visited with my friend there on a saturday evening and as i went to order an espresso. The staff said i cant buy anything less than 100 rupees and its saturday i must buy 2 things as two people are sitting. They said its ccd and going all mighty but what kind of behavior is this. You cant force customer to buy what you want and force to make a purchase if their shop is not making profit. Also there were many people who order only one coffee and sat for an hour. When i asked for a red bull can they said some people have already paid money for that in advance so we cant give it to you. What kind of service is this? Cant a normal person even peacefully have a normal talk with a friend with a single coffee. Also the shop is never crowded as if we were making their customer go away cause o[censored]s.

                      I visited ccd at gandhi nagar, adyar. And i was charged extra for my order "devil's own". On the menu it was rs.169 but they charged rs.350. I inquired about the amount and two men working there answered, stating that 'devil's own' for one person is rs.350, and they were sure saying it was the price of my order. No bill was given. This happened during the 2nd week of june 2016.

                          It's very disappointing that last Friday 12/08/2016 I went to ccd at sarat bose road kolkata to have a cool blue drink.
                          At the time of making payment to the counter a lady is processing the payment through my debit card in the post machine. She is such a bad and so unprofessional what I cannot explain. Instead of punching of Rs 210 she wrongly type Rs 2010 in the machine and which result the deduction of Rs 2010 instead of Rs210.

                          The manager of that counter name debaroto was there and he assisted that its will be credited to my account within 24 hours after void the transaction.
                          He also shared his phone number to me and said he will be available for any kind of help.
                          But after that till now I didn't received my money and nor the manager of that counter debaroto he is now not picking up my call.

                          What is this, such a most non sense and unprofessional behaviour is not accepted from such a retail chain in India.

                          What I want the money back either to my bank account or by cash paid to me.

                            Ordered 2 vanilla cafe latte and chicken peppy roll and was billed 545 Rs. Staff said Bill will be issued along with food at table. Got the roll which was tangy in taste which felt as it was not made today on complaining they said it is the correct item but it was entirely different from the picture. Still didn't give the bill..on asking again and again got a crushed Bill with a product not ordered by me..and they said it was free for the bills above 500 but my bill is above 500 only after including the product which we didn't order.

                              I work at reliance communication's navi mumbai (koparkhairane) office (dakc). there is a ccd counter in this campus from where i order stuff for myself and my colleagues regularly. since the last few days (more recently yesterday i. e. 10/08/2016 and day before yesterday i. e. 09/08/2016) every time i have placed order for coffee and/or hot chocolate the order that i have received has been cold. when i called up the ccd counter and inquired about the issue they said that their steam machine is not functioning properly. when i further inquired as to why was i not informed about this when i was placing my order they did not offer any explanation but only said "kya karoge madam kabhi kabhi aisa ho jaata hai. hum iska kuch naho kar sakte". further the person transferred call to the delivery boy to talk to me and i must bring it to your notice that i have not come across a more ill-trained and obnoxious person than him before. when i asked if they have any solution for this problem they said "hum kuch nahi kar sakte." there was no suggestion for reorder or refund from your staff. when i asked if they can take my drink back and heat it and give me they said "aisa nahihota hai". i haven't seen a more unprofessional behaviour before. if this is how to sensitize and train your staff on customer service i would suggest you please revamp your process.

                              I have received Amazon Gift Copons on 2nd Aug'16 against bill of total more than 16000 INR with an expiry dt of 15th Aug'16. All the coupons are invalid or not at all activated. Why this kind of fraud coupons have been given ? Need to submit these to Consumer Forum.

I m ur regular customer of kankurgachi cafe...today when I went there..there was only one stuff in the cafe...nd he was really good in his activities...bt some time later his cafe manager came there nd talk in a very rough language with his...that was very rediculas...this behaviour is unexpected from a manager...i want that ur othority can take a step about this behaviour..

                                Hi, I went to CCD in kanpur, I had a grofers ccd coupon, which was not accepted, as they said it was not accepted by the system, AC was off, and it was switched on when we entered.the sizzling brownie was burnt.

                                It was a bad experience, please help

                                  Expired butter fingers 2pk I purchased and had but it was expired after eating I have checked that I feel bad about the product, all are cheating with customers in Ccd.very worst service in Coimbatore coffee day.and fake order they are taking, we don't about product we asking suggestions with Ccd employees but giving different products in the same name beverages

                                    On 11th july i had gone to ccd, palolem, goa. I had asked for an irish coffee but they said that it's not available as the irish flavour was over. So i checked the bottle myself hoping for a little to make the coffee but in vein. Today, 9th august i went to the same place and asked for an irish coffee and got the same response
                                    Again, i checked the bottle and it was the same bottle!!! That obviously means the order was never placed for a replenishment.

                                      I had been regular customer of CCD pune.I had gone to CCD yesterday in Shindenagar Bavdhan outlet .I had beans in my wallet & was paying using my CCD app wallet .The attendant at the outlet said that the QR code scanner wire is been damagaed by A rat & they dont have any option to take orders through app wallet .The manager of outlet was not present there, his name is RAM & mobile no is [protected] ( given by attendant). If CCD is not able to provide instruments required for the payments then they should not introduce apps & all for their customers .Please do the needful .The same issue has been faced by my friends in Bhusari colony outlet near India infoline, chandani chowk.

                                        Im sitting here in CCD, at backside of Lifestyle here in Hyderabad. Person who is attending us is treating us very badly with respect to bill acceptance. His name is Ashok. He does not know how to talk with customer. He is not accepting my CCD mobile app beans. He is poor chap. Talking with us very rudly. Kindly council him or take appropriate action against Him.
