I have noticed this in many cafe coffee day outlets. we buy products of higher range and we are been served the product. today i bought a cold drink in called dark frappe and i have served cafe frappe which is of lower range than dark frappe i told them this not a dark frappe several times but they refused to accept their fault. Many cafe coffee day outlet are doing this we buy a higher range product and served a lower range product. such things are very comman in this company outlet. response given by service provider are also very rude. they don't answer each and very answer asked by the customer.

I have asked to refund the amount available in the card. they have refuse to give it back stating that the company has discontinued the service in the card and there was no reply on how can i get my refunded amount back.

    I ordered take away 2 cappuccino from ahmedabad university area CCD.
    they gave me 2 cups in paper bag, same i taken into car and went home.

    reaching home i found it was leaking much and whole car seat was damaged. at checking i found to know coffee cup was having "hole" in lead.

    contacting ccd, they said we pack in open lead only.

    customer care/toll free/mail/facebook/website contact form, all replies we pack this way only.

    is this CCD policy "To pack(???) liquid in open package"?

    worst customer care and staff/service.

    Kindly resolve same.

    Executive are not coming for machine service from last five months. i want my machine to be serviced at least once in a month so that we wont get any problems with the machine. i want your service man immediately in our office and check the machine ASAP. looking forward for the same.

      I visited ccd in stellar it park on the 30 March 2016 at 6:30pm. The evening duty staff are just not interested in taking any orders. 1st, They prefer to stand outside the cafe and watch the match. 2nd, When asked for normal white coffee they said milk is over; to my suprise they made a white coffee for them self. 3rd, they kept pushing on the glass walls to make noise.
      4th, they didn't tell the customers that the cafe is closing and switched off the lights of the cafe.
      These are very damaging customer service. I really expect this from ccd.

      I am using coffee machine and frothier of your company, now at present frothier is out with minor repairs, so please send a technician and do the needful. My previous complaint is also not entertained and no response till date,
      where do we have service centers in pune, send us the details so that we can contact and get problem resolved,

        I have a cafe moments card and I have 1136.00 Rs bal. is available in it. when I send the details for the card and remaining bal. the company executive which name Aditi says your card has been expired and the balance will not be refund. I dont know how they can do that when I purchased the card they didnt say me the validity of card is lifetime. i have call on tall free numbers but that are not available. My another friends say me that they have received the cheque for the remaining balance but they are not sending me my refund . its a fraud company I will never purchase any product from here and suggest people to not purchase from here...

        Dear Sir, Thanks for writing and bringing your issue to our notice. We have checked and the balance on your Cafe Moments card [protected] has expired on 14/01/2015. The validity of the balance on the card is for 1 year unless reloaded at which point the validity of the entire balance on the card (old amount and the new reloaded amount) gets extended by 1 year. Since you have not reloaded the card, the balance has expired. The same is mentioned in the pamphlet that accompanied the card, as well as, on the website where the terms and conditions clearly mention the same. Do let us know if you have any other query.           There is no easy way to get my issue fixed, called CCD support, sent a tweet out, sent a Twitter message, but no body is bothers l, here is the story

          I had purchased a wake up Orion machine on friendship day I guess it was
          August 2 2015
          DY Patil CCD, Akurdi,
          Pune
          Maharastra
          And 10 robusta packs of capsules
          The machine worked for few months and then it started blinking red light as in when I tried to make coffee.

          There was no manual provided with he machine, neither did it have any seal on the box.

          Having the faith with the store manager I took and am not sure I was given a bill for it, or I might have lost it.

          I went to the store and was told to contact customer service which I did, and I was told to use the manual which I didn't revive with the machine.

          Hence an email was sent with the pdf, and was asked to refer page[protected] for descaling. In the manual it doesn't say what is a recommended solution for descaling what should be used. Which is really disappointing, I managed to get some descaling capsules crushed them and descaled for like 40 mins and tried to make coffee again.

          And guess what the red light still won't go.

          I went back to the store the store manager told me to contact area manager and area manager asked me to contact support. This is going no where

          He machine is lying there and I can't use it, my coffee capsules are expired and really disappointed with the lack of knowledge the staff has about the machine.

          If you guys want to sell a machine don't say that you don't have to do anything

          How can descaling part is missed and what to be used for descaling is missed how to descale is missed

          I need the machine to be replaced I can't deal with it anymore

          There is only 1 person who takes care of maintenance in the Mumbai-Pune area. He is usually super busy, with 15-20 appointments at any one time. This is why servicing is slow. Otherwise you can write to CCD customer care and they generally respond.

            Respect sir / mam,

            I visited ccd karol bagh metro station store on The 13 th of march 2016 at around between 3 30 - 4 30.
            I had by mistake left my wallet at the store which i realised a day later. I am from jaipur.
            I immidiately called up there. But nobody helped me that day. I kept calling one person to another.
            Then i had a word with the manager there whose name is Sumit. I had a word with two of the employees there too. Who were lying to me continously.

            I told Sumit, manager, there about th whole incident and asked him to check the cctv footage as i had a very important document in it. Earlier he denied. But then i told him that its my right to see the footage of the counter.
            Then i had a word with the area manager and the city manager also.
            I wanted the footage of the billing section.
            But they topd me they dont have the footage of that section which i think is impossible. And finally the area manager Mr. Tejpal Singh told me he received tge footage of one section and he shall send me the same soon. Which is still not been sent.

            Kindly help me in this regard. I need my wallet which is a black colour DA MILANO WALLET. I never expected ccd staff is like this.

              Yesterday 19 March I visited early around 10.45 am - vileparle west next to railway station - close to McDonalds.

              the outlet was fully empty - I was only person who entered.
              the outlet was fully smelling of keroene which was spilled in a food n beverage - kitchen area - that itself was a grave danger

              staff kept fighting with each other loudly - and live RAT was roaming around - she says it usually many keep coming -

              and loud hindi music which had to tell 2 times to reduce volume

              lastly shockingly 2 eunuchs entered the outlets and created a scene asking outlet for money - from staff -

              staff was loud not customer service n not bothered

                Yesterday i visited ccd baramunda, Bhubaneswar, for 2 cofees and sizzling brownie, at around 9:10 pm. The person over the counter said that it will take a lot of time to drink the cofee and sizzling brownie as the ccd will close by 9:30 pm and told us we wont be able to finish in time...we returned without having anything

                    Hello, My self Mandar Patil, I visited CCD at the Kohram Mall Thane on the 2nd floor on 20th Feb'16 at around 7:30 PM with one of my friend. We ordered two drinks, 1. Masala Chai for the lady & 2. Iced Tea for myself. I paid INR 232.00 for the drinks. After drinking my Ice Tea about half, I noticed something fishy in it. I took it out with my straw and found a small dead cockroach, which was quite surprising. I made a complaint over the counter, and without every feeling sorry they offered me another drink.

                    I did not wanted any scene over there since I was with a girl, but was very angry with the situation & the staff behavior.

                    I want to take this to the consumer court, since I am a pure vegetarian.

                      Hi today I visitem again ccd of R CITY .
                      I am a regular visited of ccd but the garlic bread which I got today is pathetic .
                      It is so bad cut into 20 pcs every bread
                      Not cooked properly .

                      The best part is when I complaint ... simple answer yeh aisa Hi hota hai .

                        Never thought would have such issue at CCD.

                        @ CCD C Road, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Time - 2 pm. 17 Feb, 2016.

                        I had experienced it before too at same place but today I just could not tolerate.
                        CCD is a place u come to hang out, to sit and have a chat. U order a coffee, some snacks may be n sit comfortably for an hour or two.

                        i understand that people order a coffee may be and sit for hours shamelessly thinking its a park but I believe I am much more sensible than them.

                        I am an Engineer. Pursuing my Masters and a Teacher by Profession and have that much etiquette so as to understand that for how long I am liable to sit in a restaurant after having ordered something.

                        i just checked in at 2 pm. ordered a combo meal. cappuccino, sandwich and after that an espresso shot. When i paid, it summed up to some 270 bucks.

                        at 3 pm this guy came to me not once but twice said it to me "" you will have to Reorder Sir."" I was talking about something important with my friend and we were about to get up in 10, 15 mins may be. I was like, WHAT??????
                        I have been to numerous restaurants and CCDs but I have never faced so much of forced embarrassment.

                        I believe in FIRST place you are no one to ask a customer and embarrass him like that if you are at CCD.

                        SECOND, I believe I had already made a reasonable order so that I can sit there for 1 hour at least.Crap, how the hell in just one hour you can ask that. is it CCD or some Hotel where you are charging per hour. No if its like that mention it on the menu and walls - "ki yaha ghnate ki hisab se paisa liya jata hai"."
                        I ave been to other CCDs in the same city and never found that type of pathetic behaviour from the staff.

                        Seems like manager is running his own personal Restaurant and not the brand CCD.

                        Off Course after it was being said to me I could not sit there for one more minute. But, to my surprise having talked about this with Manager - Mr. RISHABH he did not realize that he and his staff just did something absurd with me.

                        I must mark his words when he said that - " Ye baki CCD ki tarah nahi hai."

                        I mean what the hell you mean by Baki CCD. Thats the place it is. you go there to hang out to have a coffee not a buffet. If its like you have to pay on minute basis then tell. If its like you cant sit peacefully after having paid some 300 bucks for even one hour then tell.

                        No I will seriously then stop going to CCD and ask my entire group to do that too. Jodhpur is a big city with 100s of places to sit peacefully.


                        Also, THIRD, the bill i got for espresso was not the PRINTED ONE without the tax breakup. but a handwritten as if paying at some DHABA or so and not CCD.

                        I dont have so much of time but I have to write this to you after having faced such non sense behaviour from you manager and staff.
                        I hope some action is taken in this regard and Manager is summoned in case you consider your customers valuable.

                        I hope that CCD at C Road Jodhpur, it remains a CCD and does not turn into some Random manager's Personal Restaurant.

                        I had the major problem with the behaviour and hospitality about which I have intimated the concerned franchise but what i need to point out here is

                        The bill i got for espresso was not the PRINTED ONE but a handwritten one without the tax breakup as if paying at some DHABA or so and not CCD.

                          I forgot my wallet at the CCD outlet in Bangalore (Kaggadasapura Branch). Unfortunately before I went back to get the wallet it was picked up. And since there was no one present in the shop but the CCD Staff- I am forced to believe that this has been an sorrowful act by one of the staff working at CCD. The irresponsible and inhumane behaviour is appalling. Also there are no CCTVs present to have tracked the act that would have helped us catch the stealer.As this whole thing has felt me feeling helpless, I request the CCD team to please help and coordinate with me to get my wallet (containing all my personal cards-PAN/ Adhaar, debit and credit cards). By evening when I checked my account balance to my surprise it displayed Rs.1, 05, 001.61 was deducted from my account by café coffee day. The bill amount was supposed to be Rs.90(approx.)

                              I reported the issue to cognizant admin, they informed that the amount would be reverted by EOD. But it’s been 7 days still my amount was not added in my account.Then one of the executive said that the amount has been credited but it will take few more days to process. but I STILL HAVENT GOT IT !! its been more than a week now. i cant wait .

                                  Hello everyone...this is Sagar Mirajkar...I joined cafe coffee day on 15th of April 2015 and resigned from work on 15th of October (6 Months).i have completed all the formalities of the company like serving notice period, submiting my employee i.d, paperwork e.t.c.
                                  according to the company policy f.n.f(full and final settlement) was supposed to be credited in the salary account latest by 2 months...today it is 2nd feb 2016 more than 3 months now and yet no communication from the company regarding the delay.
                                  please suggest me ways to help me proceed in this matter.

                                    I'm from chennai, annanagar, I visit ccd atleast thrice a week and happend to drop in a new place in Annanagar, an old store but new to me, was out with my friend and ordered 2 cold coffee, and these people never produce a bill and charged me 660 for 2 drinks where no ccd has charged so ever, mango shots is 110rs, what the hell is this, I need immediate response !! I'm a working Doctor ! It's not the money, how can they charge like crazy !!

                                      I have visited your new Delhi Nehru place and eat value of abt 1000 Rs and when I wanted to use toilet then they said it is not allowed. Same thing happen in BKC Mumbai branch. Incase you do not allow to use toilet then should indicate in big letter outside about it so person will enter after reading it only. Frankly as you are offering a lot of liquid drinkable things and also allow to sit inside for long time so it is must that you should allow to use toilet. Incase person only come for toilet then you can clearly say that if buy product upto certain amount or upto Rs. 500 etc then can use that also might be acceptable.

                                        Hi, I just purchased a Coffee Day Natural Mineral Water Bottle from CCD located at phase-3 metro station, Gurgaon Cyber city. But I am very disappointed with its taste. It tastes like tap water and very awful. When I went back to ask for the same, the guy at the counter told me it is ISO certified and all stuff. It is very disappointing. Take corrective action please. It might be harmful for health as well.
