Im sitting here in CCD, at backside of Lifestyle here in Hyderabad. Person who is attending us is treating us very badly with respect to bill acceptance. His name is Ashok. He does not know how to talk with customer. He is not accepting my CCD mobile app beans. He is poor chap. Talking with us very rudly. Kindly council him or take appropriate action against Him.

I have been in a very difficult state since march 2016, ever since i have written about difficulties faced with the distributor.


So far i have not heard from any one from cafe coffee day. On my repeated requests also my deposit amount is not refunded to us.
Kindly refund the amount at the earliest and take your machine back.

I am a regular customer at infosys phase 1, pune campus ccd outlet.
From last some of the weeks, the person who is incharge of this outlet, his name is premnath, is not at all offering the proper services.
He doesn't know how to brew good coffee, he takes too much of time, he doesn't know how to take order, he doesn't know how to swipe cards, he is very rough in behaviour and intentionally drives the customer out.
Earlier i used to go there everyday and start my day with a cup of coffee but from the moment he has taken over i had my coffee there hardly 2 times in the 2 weeks. He has driven me away empty handed 3 times. From now onwards i am never going to ccd again to be treated as a customer of mere kirana store.

Yesterday on 28th july 2016, i went to a near by ccd outlet at alaknanda, new delhi. at the first instant the outlet was dirty/ messy and as it was a rainy day the outlets roof was leaking. i went to the counter and asked for redemption of my vouchers which i had recently purchased from the nearbuy/groupon site, i was instantly told by mr. amritsh being the sales guy that vouchers cant be redeemed as his modem is not working, further on questioning he explained that it has been down since a week and they were denying the voucher since then. i tried talking to the manager of the store and lucky me that she was convinced by a petty customer (me) who was there at the outlet for just a cup of coffee. the series doesn't end here, i asked for 3 devil's own and again the sales guy denied saying that he is out of whipped cream. surprisingly he also told that the whipped cream was out of stock since 3 days. i just being a customer who had no other option but to leave the store without having a cup of needed coffee left the store, having a question in mind that is this the cafe coffee day service and sales policy.

I had visited pcr cinema, market city cinema, kurla, mumbai on 26 jul 16 for 11:05 movie.
I visited the ccd outlet in the cinema and order for a hazzlenut cappuchino.
The store incharge mr. Salim, collected rs. 142/- from me for the order, however he did not provide me with a bill.
On pointing out he said it is a system error and will try to give a bill at my seat. I demanded complete refund as per the policy of ccd that if no bill is provided the order will be free.
But he did not refund the money neither did he provide the bill at my seat.
Post the movie when i tried looking out for mr. Salim but he had closed the store and left for the day.
The issue was highlighted to the cinema theater manager.

I am sunil from mohali, punjab.i have done 5 year work for cafe coffee day.I have resigned in march month but i did not get graduity amount from the ccd, from last 1 month i continusely caling to management for it but they can not take any action about it.i am completely irritate now.kindly do the needful.

We took annual contract for the supply of tea / coffee etc & other beverages through your cafe coffee day machine. We end the contract in nov 2015.

It has been more than 8 months (22 july 2016) and still we don't get a refund.

If we asked ccd employee they answer was you will get the refund soon. It hard to know soon means 6 month or 12 months.

When it come to refund security ccd is one of wrost company.

I don't know why vat is being charged by cafe coffee day though its providing service nothing else. My total bill is amounting rs.139 and they have charged rs.168 means rs.29 as tax. This tax amount includes vat @ 12.5%, service tax @ 5.6%, sb cess @ 0.20%, k k cess @ 0.20% addnl tax @2.50%.

Dear sir the coffee cafe day (noble enterprise) raising a bills without even the machine being in use for past 4 month, now even july is midway. i all ready told them take out the machine back and refund my security amount. but they raising a bill every month. i request you resolve the issues and kindly have the machine removed and my amount refunded.

We were the almost daily customers of CCD. We loved everything about it. But due to some reasons we have to quit going there. Its so disappointing knowing that in both of the cafe's located here in my city, the cashier is almost charging us the double no, actually tripple of the rates to us for the eatables we order & almost every single person here is going through the same. They even refuse for giving us the bills when asked. And sometimes, misbehave if we strongly ask them to give it. Is this the service you provide? Or you chose any stubborn or lousy ill-mannered staff just like that? This is not what we expect from this brand. We look forward to please take a step asap regarding this as it is not acceptable or we have to chose other means of going through the consumer court.

I have been a regular visitor to ccd outlets across india, but it is the first time i had faced a very rude staffer (Mr. Debojit mondol) at cash counter at ur db city mall outlet in bhopal.
While paying for my order i have asked him for change & he started making faces & speaking nonsense. I think such a rowdy staff shall not be employed by a brand like ccd, which belives in customer delight first.
Anyways, it was really a embarassing thing for me.

Well i am big fan of coffee day and a regular customer. I had been to coffee day in mangalore on friday 15th of july and we went to the order counter and the boy there said system is not working and it would take some time please take your seat. This is the 3rd time they have this issue. May be system needs a change. We asked them to serve us and give the bill once the system is fine. The order was for samosa and a pastry. However for the next 15 minutes we just sat idle. I wonder why would samosa and pastry which is right there take 20 minutes to serve?. Well after reminding them twice we got our order. Samosa was burnt like charcoal and pastry was hard to cut. When we asked the boy why is the samosa black the answer was awesome. "just take off the burnt part and eat". "i am all alone working here and it got burnt now i can't do anything..." what the hell!!! How can i expect this in coffee day? He is asking me take off the burnt part and eat. Well after some argument he replaced it. And we asked about the pastry he said its fresh and we told him just try to cut it.. Then hr heated it again and have us.
When we approached to pay the bill the lady at the counter "nethra" who says she is the manager there but doesn't seem to be suitable for that position at all had too much of attitude. It looked like we have borrowed money from her and now paying back. Even with other customers she behaved the same way. When someone came and asked how much time it would take her response was "just sit there"..??? We gave her the mobile for the app to add beans and she is so rude when she said you should tell that first i already printed the bill. Does she bother to ask if you have app? You people give the add to download the app and least bother to provide customer support.
Coffeeday is a great place to find some peace and we all love it. Please make it a better place by keeping right persons there. If the manager is so rude how can the staff be friendly?

The coffee prepared was lousy and sub standard with absolute none flavor and was served mild hot, almost cold.
When you walk in ccd, you expect flavor served to you, but instead it was below power, pathetic, the railways have better service now.

The quality of coffee used was bad, it wasn't branded at all, it was mild, as if the flavoring substance was used instead of the real coffee.

The coffee wasn't free, when you pay the bucks you want something in return, but it was very bad and demeaning.

If no action is taken, I'll seriously be writing to higher authorities

Ihad visited your wakad outlet next to sayaji hotel, on friday at 4.15 p. M.
I was charged 290 for a cappuccino and a plain frappe for which i paid 500.
As the billing person didn't hv the change he paid me 10 and said he will payment the balance 200 in the course of my having the coffee. I was there for almost one hour. But they didn't return me the balance. I forgot bout it and left. I remembered bout it the next day and went to ask for my change. But conveniently mr gajanan refused to entertain me.
It seems this is the modus operandi of cheating unknowing people who forget to get back their change. This is very serious matter and immediate action needs to be taken. Before i take law into my hands

I am looking for help on my payment issue which i have done in cafe coffee day outlet. on 22nd june 2016, i visited one of your store located in pune warje area. after placing an order i tried to make payment using my paytm wallet and transaction is completed from my side / paytm wallet and i got confirmation against that, but same payment was not got detected / completed from cafe coffee day warje merchant. also they told me that there is no option from ccd store side so that they can check the payment details and revert so if you want your order you need to pay again and for your previous payment issue you have to get in touch with paytm and they will revert the changes. i tried explaining issue as payment is not failed from there (paytm) side and i need solution from your side or atlist some kind of confirmation from your side based on my payment transaction details, but they are not accepting that fact. so finally i decided to pay again the amount and raised ticket with paytm for same payment issue.
Now i got confirmation from paytm saying the payment transaction is successfully completed and for your refund you should get in touch with ccd for the same. now again with same details i contacted your warje pune outlet but again they told me that you have to get in-touch with cafe coffee day support team to get revert. so for same reason i am sent email on [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com but such bad service from cafe coffee day. even after sending multipal reminders, no one is responding to my request or even they are not sending any acknowledgement message.

I hope cafe coffee day team will help in this and i will get revert of my payment cafe coffee day

We had given a request for replacement of Coffeeday card (for the lost card) of Yashoda Krishnaswamy Card No. [protected] at your 11th cross, Sampige road, Malleswaram Bangalore outlet about a year back .Inspite of going to them and asking for the replacement card, they are not at all bothered to locate or issue the same inspite of contacting more than 10 times. This is not what is expected of Coffeeday.
Pl. resolve immediately & inform to us through [protected]@gmail.com to enable its collection without further delay.

I am a regular visitor at ccd in kolkata. but i am shocked to see that ccd nowadays cheats customers in such a cheap way.
In the south city mall outlet (top floor), i ordered dark frappe which contains a scoop of ice cream. but, this outlet never ever gives that ice cream and thus the taste degrades to 10%.
Then at this same outlet, once i ordered 1 plate of nachos.in the bill they considered 2plates but served only 1. also, in the bill, the stupid staff members covered the price by putting their stamp "paid" intentionally on the price so that we don't understand their piracy. when asked they silently gave us 70 rs back saying 'sorry'!!! this is horrendous.

And obviously, many outlets also don't bother to give the bill. customers literally have to go and ask for the bill.

In the behala kolkata outlet, i was enjoying the food and the bill laid on my table. while eating, my eyes just went to the bill and i saw that they had entered 2 mentos lozenges with a total of 4 rs. i waited intentionally till the end but no one came to give me those mentos (do ccd even sell mentos?) before going out, i asked about that item and the staff member again silently gave me 4 coins back!!!

I mean ccd nowadays even steal 4 rupees??? 4? from 70 to 4, i was tried to be duped by ccd. it is very very cheap. it's disgusting.

This is to inform you regarding my experience at the ccd located at richmond road near baldwin women's college on 29 th june at around 2 pm. I was served a cupcake which had "Insects" along with an ice cream stick! how disgusting is dat!. I asked for a replacement or refund of rupees 52 and to which they denied at the beginning and the two lady staff members kept telling that v have already eaten half the cupcake when I threatened them that I would give a complaint and insisted them to give me a better cupcake they severd a pathetic cup cake ill prepared and rudely kept over the previously kept tray. I have enclosed the photo and im entitled to a refund of rupees 52. Please take necessary action and obliged.

I am customer of ccd regularly at sahara daravaja, surat. Your serviceman of ccd is not talking with me and my frds without any proper answer last two times so do solve my problem. This is very serious problem many times. Your service provider man is not talk with me and my frd properly.

This cafe is located in nehru place at the electronic market just near the metro station. Well it was exactly 8 30 pm while we entered the cafe, we had hot beverage and burgers after that we again ordered for coffee and tea but they said they are going to close it, so i told them to wai for 30 more minutes cus it was only 9 pm and we havent finishwith our meals. Then the salesman what he did was, he made the tea by himself and added sugar according to his taste. After 5 minutes he put off the ace which made me embarrassing. Is this the way to treat customers. If the time was overlate i could understand and everybody would do it too but it was just 9 pm. So we want some response to this point
