I had devil zone cold cofe with ice cream from ccd ambience mall gurgaon.
They gave me old unfresh ice cream. The coffe stinks very badly. When i went to the counter the staff over there were mannerless. They refused to even have a look and check that. The girl and a boy was there they dint know how to talk to their customers. I dint want them to gave me new cofee i just wanted them to realise their mistake but they dint even wanted to listen.

On 05/06/2016 i visited CCD ratanada, jodhpur.I paid my bill of rs 1222 through Paytm site. My money was deducted but the same was not credited in CCD account. I received a SMS saying the deduction of money from my Paytm account and m also attaching the copy of the bill. On approaching the Manager at CCD, he proposed to sumbit a complaint, so m doing the same.Please look into the matter and refund my amount.

I am regular visitor at cofee cafee day, m.G.Road store, ranchi (Jharkhand). I was shown new product nachoes by the boy. On display card nachoes was in good quentity with cheese, red saurce, bean, and vegitables.
On ordering i received 1/5 quantity shown that too without cheese & bean.
Only 15 peaces of nachoes with few drops of red saurce on it.
I was definately cheated at your store. Please look in the matter.
I had lodge complain in their complain register page no.57.M.G.Road complain book.

I had forgotten my umbrella at the Cafe Coffee Day Branch in Mt Carmel Road, Bandra West. I live quite far from the branch and hence thought that contacting the branch through phone would be a more sensible idea. I contacted a bunch of contact numbers from the Cafe Coffee Day website, Head Office and their Toll-Free, but no one responded. The contact number on the bill they gave me too was a wrong number. I am attaching a copy of my bill as evidence. I tried all the numbers I had multiple times but not one person responded. I recommend that Cafe Coffee Day to please update their contact details as and when changes take place so that customers don't face similiar issue in the future.

I ordered watermelon lychee amounting Rs 129+vat+cess. Ccd near panchvati cross road near redisson blue hotel. Main female who collect money, served only 10% watermelon lychee while 90% it was only ice cubes . When I complaint to lady who collected money than she said we serve this Much only. I have visited many other ccd and they are not cheating with customers but this ccd personnel is so rude and cheating with customers. I want solution of this problem . I have clicked pic of ice cube full of glass and attaching it with complaint

Location: ccd gk2, new delhi found a big cockroach in my cafe frappe and no one was sorry about the incident. I have not received a call from the owner or the manager and when the incident was brought to their notice, all they did about it was to offer another drink, which is ridiculous and demeaning. It is scary to know that a big franchise like ccd, based in such a posh locality is taking hygiene so lightly. Is it not their first priority to get a fumigation done? Are we paying to fall sick and get mistreated by these companies? Clearly they have failed to prioritize hygiene and customer service and they do not deserve to be running. I request you to take strict action please so that they start taking hygiene more seriously. It truly was a disgusting sight and realization that i had finished a drink that had a huge cockroach in it. It was chocroach shake! I could have easily created a ruckus but because i thought they will get back to me with an apology and the manager could have lost his job, i decided to not make a hue and cry. But sadly, they take their customers for granted is what i have come to realise and i want justice, not for myself only but also for others. Thank you. Regards, ritika

Found aluminium coir (3 inches) in ‪#‎chocolateflavouredicescoops‬in cafe coffee day
Almost i ate this aluminium coir and it was strucked in my throat. No one was responding in cafe coffee day (Mushrabad cross road, dilsukhnagar) branch.

We thought quality will be good in these high class shops and went there but this is the situation we have faced. I am pregnant and thought to eat quality food but here also same service. If i ate what would be the situation of me and my baby. Kindly respond on this. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

not actually respected!!! yesterday (29/05/2016) i was having coffee at ccd ( at ginger hotel branch, surat, gujarat.) where i found cockroach in my coffee. In fact just before that another customer complained about that only!!! so are you guys providing cockroach for free or you charge additional charges for that? or how can i figure out that cockroach was a vegetarian or a non vegetarian ? look fellow this is a serious matter and you need to take serious action towards it. This is about consumers health issues. And we dont eat cockroach!!!

I'm a franchisee in coffee day xpress division and from chennai. Our franchising agreement expired on 3 years and we wanted to take back our security deposit. We applied for the same since jan 2015. After 6 months they said us that you need to sign a closing form.

I went to the chennai office to finish the formalities by june 2015. Since then i'm just calling them every week and emailing them for which they don't respond on both. I've personally travelled for the same to their office at bangalore. They said it will be done in a month time. The visit was on dec 2015.

After which when i called they said next week, next week and the week never ended. During march ending they said me we can't do anything during march ending so kindly call next month. It's now may ending and no progress since then, just struck and can't decide how to get my money back from these people or company.

Any suggestion in this regard to get faster solution.

Visited ccd at connaught place and paid via credit card, but the executive over there after transaction replied that it had failed so transaction was again made. When i checked it was deducted twice from my account i. E rs 392.

I ordered for two fruitzer frzers with mint and total order was for 392. The executive (Female) over there asked for payment, handed over her debit card and then she had taken password also and then she teared the receipt and throwed it and asked to provide password again and then she handed over the receipt attached. Mine order number was 1.

I got a call from cafe coffee day, new delhi i response to my earlier post and the person was asking to refund the money but did not get the complete details from me and disconnected the call. I got call from the number +91-[protected].
I tried this number but its coming invalid number. Please suggest and look into the matter.

Just look at the image I have attached to this complaint, and let me know from which angle what the Coffee Day in Shopper's Stop at South City mall in Kolkata, India produced and charged me for, is even remotely close to anything that the your advertisement promises.
This is what I received when ordering your "summer special" tiramisu smoothie. The excitement I arrived with to specifically order this one thing from your menu for myself was clearly pointless.
So upsetting. Please keep watch on the quality of the execution by your staff, which YOU have hired.
And this isn't the first time this has happened to me at one of your baristas, but it is the first time I am complaining because I've had just about enough.

Had been to the cafe cofee day at richmond road there was no power as usual and the ac was not working wen asked about the ac the "manager" did not bother to answer n he told the staffs dat he had better things to do. The sandwich was served after 20 minutes and wen i went up to him n asked him y it was taking so long he gave a rude reply this behaviour is not acceptable i would want the respective people incharge to take action.

Pathetic service. first of all I had asked for 15 % discount by seeing the dangler which was displaying get 15 % off on ur axis card in this store which the counter person straight away ignored the discount which was OK. Later after taking the order he punched some mineral water and said this is ur discount.after that he had swiped 10 RS extra which later he returned me after he saw that I'm noticing the bill and more pathetic was that after placing the order after 20 min he came to me and asked would you like to try something else because what we had ordered was not available.

I purchased a box of 'hazelnut karat cake-butter cream' from ccd banaswadi bangalore branch. The mrp on the box clearly shows "mrp rs. 625.00 incl. Of all taxes". However the billed amount was rs.660 (Price rs.549 + [protected]@14.5% rs.79.61 + service tax @5.6% 30.74 + sb cess @0.20% rs.1.10).
My first question is why i am being billed rs.660, when the price clearly is 625 inclusive of all taxes.
Secondly, what is this new price (Rs.549) that banaswadi branch is quoting. Lastly, why am i supposed to pay service tax when i am purchasing a frozen and packed cake.
I have the cake box and the bill saved for reference.I need my refund immediately, else i will have to move to consumer court for legal action.

I have noticed this in many cafe coffee day outlets. we buy products of higher range and we are been served the product. today i bought a cold drink in called dark frappe and i have served cafe frappe which is of lower range than dark frappe i told them this not a dark frappe several times but they refused to accept their fault. Many cafe coffee day outlet are doing this we buy a higher range product and served a lower range product. such things are very comman in this company outlet. response given by service provider are also very rude. they don't answer each and very answer asked by the customer.

i have paid they amount having cafe coffee day card now they refuse to provide service available in the card . I have asked to refund the amount available in the card. they have refuse to give it back stating that the company has discontinued the service in the card and there was no reply on how can i get my refunded amount back.

I ordered take away 2 cappuccino from ahmedabad university area CCD.
they gave me 2 cups in paper bag, same i taken into car and went home.

reaching home i found it was leaking much and whole car seat was damaged. at checking i found to know coffee cup was having "hole" in lead.

contacting ccd, they said we pack in open lead only.

customer care/toll free/mail/facebook/website contact form, all replies we pack this way only.

is this CCD policy "To pack(???) liquid in open package"?

worst customer care and staff/service.

Kindly resolve same.
