I went to Cafe Coffee Day's Inside Mihir Apartments, S Dnyaneshwar Marg, Mumbai, Maharashtra Store on 5th September 2015 around 10 PM, We Ordered 2 cafe Frappe one with vanilla, guy at the counter ask us to pay Rs 446 for it.We asked him for bill he said "wait have your order i wil give it. At the when we again ask him for bill he told us there is some machine problem and he gave us a hand made bill with a CCD stamp on it and written choco freppe price on it but i ordered Cafe Frappe.This was my first time at CCD and i am having very bitter feelings about your company.I need Your help to get my money back. I am the frequent customer of CCD and I went to CCD today which is at Panchpakhadi, Thane west, Mumbai India. I ordered for Devil's own and Frappe. There was only one person available in the CCD to serve whose name is Shabbir Shamim. Shabbir asked us to pay 410/- for both of the order which i paid although even after asking him he showed reluctance to pay bill. He asked us if you want to have whip cream with Devils own which i replied to him mentioning that whip cream comes by default with Devils own. He did not say anything and gave us our order. I could not believe that he gave whip cream in such a low quantity, it could only be a spoonful and for which he charged Rs 47/- extra for this.When the menu card shows a pic of devils own with whip cream of 157/- then why he should charge 47/- extra for and why such a small in quantity. I could not take a pic of it as my cellphone battery was dead. However i could say that the service is poor and there is no senior person available. Hi, i ordered 2 strawberry shakes and was charged rs.323 but i didnt receive the bill. The guy at the counter didnt give me the bill even when i asked for. This happened in okkiyam thoraipakkam branch of ccd in Chennai.

    I had a meeting with a colleague at CCD mani square Kolkata. I ordered two cups of cappuccino, when the person who was taking the order asked me 'whether I need any flavour?' I clearly said no. They charged me 387 rupees for two regular cappuccino. Name of the guy is Shankar. This is simply a cheating, charging extra duping customers.

      I recently visited the ccd store in the Hyderabad airport. Where I gave the person in the counter a 100 rupees and asked for a water bottle. I was talking on the phone with someone and didn't ask for the bottle for a few minutes. When I asked them for the bottle they said I never gave the money. I sked for the CCTV footage for clarification but they said its in Bangalore, and their response was poor. I had to pay again for the bottle. It's not the matter of money but in important places like the airport many ppl come and go. It's not advisable to have such incapable staff in such places.

        Purchased one combo 59ER meal + combo Veg Samosa + Filta fresh from Coffee day global ltd, Janakpuri C Block Delhi. Address C 1 /13, opp. Mata Chanan Devi Hospital on[protected]. Regret to say that samosa was not chewable/ eatable being like made of rubber. Inspite of complaining sales man kept on saying this is okay and served like it only. Highly objectionable behavior and quality of food and service. Bill no. 7127 dt. 13.8.2015 time 18.29.20 order no. 1. Let me see the action taken by you on this complaint. Thanks, Munishwar Sharma.

          I am a CCD member and I have been repeatedly asking the staff at Infosys Ph 2 Food court 2 to stock brown sugar but it is not being or ordered or requested. I find this kind of service to worrysome. I think CCD should meet customers expectations especially if they are deciding to be a member and form a relationship with the coffee chain.

            CCD pacific mall tagore garden cheated me by making me to pay Rs 780 for 6 regular cappuccinos. They never except your cafe moments card. They Disturb you every half an hour for order despite knowing the meeting is going on .They cheat you for their hard earned money, they also force you to get your coffee Upgraded by putting some creams, toppings etc etc. Pls enquire about the guys who are fleecing people for their hard earned money, since CCD have build up lots of outlets throughout the india, so they dont care to reply, bother for your cheating and nuisance behaviour by their staff. Strict Enquiry should be made on such people

                I am a regular customer of CCD, Green park. I visit ccd everyday with my team and we spend 5-6hours there. Our minimum order of each day is atleast 1000Rs. I have a hdfc debit card which provides 15% discount above 350 order. But i cant give all the orders at a time. After every hour or two i place orders according to our requirement. And in this case i cant avail the discount. So, I used to give max order at a time to avail the discount and i asked the officials to deliver the order one by one after half hour or an hour. BUT NOW DUE TO YOUR STUPID POLICY OF ORDER DELIVERY WITHIN 5MIN I CANT GET ANY FACILITY. I AM FACING ALOT OF INCONVENIENCE. PLEASE CHANGE SOME POLICIES FOR YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS IF YOU REALLY VALUE YOUR CUSTOMER. OR IF CCD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND ONLY CARES ABOUT ITS PROFIT THEN I THINK I HAVE TO STOP COMING TO CCD AND MOVE ON TO COSTA OR STARBUCKS WHICH VALUES ITS CUSTOMERS MORE. REALLY VERY BAD SERVICE.

                  Today(25/6/2015) I went out with my friends to Law College CCD, Nagpur. One of my friend's (girl) phone got completely discharged(switched off), so she asked the waiter(Vipin) if she can put her phone for charging(still switched off). After 15-20 minutes when she went to check her phone, she saw, this guy(waiter), Vipin, who was handling the cash counter had switched on her phone and was checking her photos in Gallery. When asked about what was he doing, first he denied the charges and then later accepted them. When we called the Manager of CCD, after hearing our grievances, he literally disconnected our phone. Then the branch manager turned up, and he too didn't take a proper action. When we were telling what he has done, this guy Vipin was smiling, as if it doesn't matter to him.. That's how safe girls are? No strict action against him? Literally? No registration of grievances? I mean CCD is a brand, and we as customers have huge trust on it, and that's how are they treated?

                    I am regular customer of CCD. This happened to me in CCD, Shivalik plaza at IIM road, Ahmedabad. Issue 1 - I was asked every half hour for order, in-spite of previous order given. When I inquired for the same at the counter, they told me that their area manager (Mr. Sandip das) has instructed them to do so. The counter girl told me that area manager had told them that a customer should do a minimum bill of 200 INR Or else one should go to his/her table and ask for order every 30 mins and should not be allowed to sit in CCD. Issue 2 - There was no bill given for my previous order. They just collected money but never gave me bill for the same. Issue 3 - When I asked for complaint book, There was no such book available. One of the employee started talking louding in kannada about the order issue. When inquired by me about what was his issue, he denied of any issue. I would like to know that is that a rule to have a minimum bill payment to enter to CCD? I had not faced these issues in Mumbai CCD or any other place in Ahmedabad (except this CCD).                       I have been a regular customer of CCD for last 5 years and especially love the Cruchy Frappe which I first tasted from CCD at Silkboard junction. I have been visiting their branches specially at Indranagar & Horamavu. Recently I visited their Jalvayuvihar Kamanahalli branch and ordered the Cruchy Frappe which came out as a pale coloured liquidy juice which wasn't even cold enough with Oreo not even crunchy as it is supposed to be. I complained about the same to the staff and she brought a similar shake again. The quality standards of CCD has gone down so much in the recent past and they have started compromising on their food taking people for granted for their infrastructure. I wont be visiting CCD anytime soon specially the JalVayuvihar Kamanahalli branch, high time start exploring other Coffee Shops in and around the area which serve better quality food and ambience.

Yesterday, I purchased, from your Outlet on 17th Cross/8th Main Junction, Malleswaram.Bangalore 560 055 against Bill No 1777 dated 16/06/2105 the following Quantities of Coffee...300gms Peabury and 300gms Plantation A along with 50 gms of Chicory as I have been doing all these years. I am disappointed at the total lack of flavour of this Particular lot and the inconstancy of your quality. Where the Quality of the Coffee has been appreciated by one and all when they visited us, I will be constrained to offer the same anymore . Your immediate response will be appreciated

                          Outlet: beside Ambuja Upahar, Kolkata Time: Today late evening. Ordered for Irish coffee, Dark passion and some food Darkness passion experience was the worst ever. Hastily done, ice cream having ice crunches, brownie was not fresh and mix of other ingredients were done badly. Irish coffee (favourite) was way inferior as per usual standard. Deeply felt bad as the items supposedly were made at the best way as per set standards, but being CCD frequenter, I know why I'm taking the trouble to write to you.

                            Toilet is out of order all the time . The staff purpose fully does this. So they dont want to clean it . I being a regular traveller up n down from thrissur to cochin i happen to stop at this coffee day quite often. The staff is irresponsible here n always on the phone using companys landphone (reliance or tata) n using it for their personal calls . Me myself being a businessman n ppl works under me adwell so just in concern .

                                Purchase of coffee machine for home use - December 2014. I have been trying to get said machine serviced since 1st May 2015. However, the company has been unable to send a technician for the same.                                   i have booked a group on coupen for ccd regarding some bevarages..i went to the ccd store bt the people over there are not at all approachable..they dnt even know abt the offers that are being given by their own workshop...that was so embarssing and irriating.i want it to b fixed as of now because my voucher validity is gonna be completed.

                                    We three visited your park Street Store on 02.06.2015. We ordered for 3 DEVILS OWN. On placing the order the service boy asked which topping we would like to have and we ordered for Crunchy Choclate. When the bill came we were surprised to see that we were charges Rs. 1302 for the Coffee but in the menu it was only showing Rs. 155.00 for each coffee of Devils OWN. When we asked the Service Guy he said he charged extra for Ice Cream and Rs. 499.00 was charges for choclate toppings which we hardly found in the Coffee. In the Whole menu nothing was said about the extra topping charges and not even the Service Guy informed Us. Its a clear sign of Mis-Selling and looting Customer. Hope strict action is taken against this and the matter gets resolved.Bill no - 5985

                                      Dear Sir, My name is Anurag Chakraborty, from Calcutta. The CCD outlet in question is situated in Santoshpur, Calcutta. I ordered a Choco Frappe and I was not asked whether I would like the ice-cream(that comes with it) blended or separate. As a result I was given the Frappe with the ice-cream blended, which I did not like at all. This happened for the second consecutive time. Also the service people over there asked some new customers to be seated in my place, when I was at the counter, although I came in before them. I am a regular at that outlet. I am afraid I would have to report to Consumer Forum if this issue is not sorted at the earliest and if this oulet is not penalised.
