Today(25/6/2015) I went out with my friends to Law College CCD, Nagpur. One of my friend's (girl) phone got completely discharged(switched off), so she asked the waiter(Vipin) if she can put her phone for charging(still switched off). After 15-20 minutes when she went to check her phone, she saw, this guy(waiter), Vipin, who was handling the cash counter had switched on her phone and was checking her photos in Gallery. When asked about what was he doing, first he denied the charges and then later accepted them. When we called the Manager of CCD, after hearing our grievances, he literally disconnected our phone. Then the branch manager turned up, and he too didn't take a proper action. When we were telling what he has done, this guy Vipin was smiling, as if it doesn't matter to him.. That's how safe girls are? No strict action against him? Literally? No registration of grievances? I mean CCD is a brand, and we as customers have huge trust on it, and that's how are they treated?
