Hi I m a frequent visitor of CCD in Fun mall, Lucknow. I recently visited their on Sunday, 27th Dec. The coffee which I ordered had a fly in it. Its really bad nd not expecte of such a brand.

We had ordered a coffee vending machine on 20 oct, 15 from ccd office chandigarh on behalf of cakes n bakes, chandimandir cantt. We are really sorry to convey our displeasure that we still have not received the said machine as on date. At the time of signing the contract we were promised the max delivery time of 30 days as per which we planned the opening of our store. We are facing huge monetary losses everyday and drop in the reputation of our store just because of the lackadaisical approach of cafe coffee day. We are continuously reminding their officials (Mr Nitin and Mr Sagar) from past two weeks but that doesn't seem to have any effect on them. We even conveyed our problem to higher officials including their north head (Mr Ashu walia) and lodged a complain as well at call center in banglore head office but all these to no avail. None of the above mentioned officials have bothered to call us back and give us a feedback on progress. Hereby, we are forced to launch a complain in consumer court (chandigarh) against the firm for not abiding to their terms and conditions as mentioned in the contract

I'm referring to the CCD outlet located on Hawa Sadak, Jaipur. Since last few months, they are not accepting payments through credit/debit cards. They are always declining cards saying that the card machine is not working. I mean such a big company and can't get the payment device fixed.

Sir i had paid rs 306 by my debit card at cafe coffee day ahmedabad, himalayan mall outlet on 05/12/2015. My first transaction is failed so i swaped it again. In my mini statement amount is deducted twice. I contacted that cafe branch and they said they have received money only once. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP. Your coffee service is as bad as the sham feedback number you have given.. no manners on how to talk.. full marks for a sucky job.. sitting in your rohini cafe and tried to give feedback which was even worse that the service here

Bill no 66828 dated 3/12/2015. food item - TA CRUNCHY FRAPPE While receiving drink it seem low on quality & not as per required quality, while complaining the same no response from staff. they even dont care or offering improvement the quality or replace the same, so sad

Dear Sir/Madam, I am A.V.Rajendra Kumar. I am regular customer of the cafe coffee day in S.R.Nagar, Hyderabad. I like the Irish Cappaccino at your outlet. I just ordered for the same Irish Cappaccino and I got a very very bad response from your person(Bhargavi) at the outlet saying that she doesnt know how to make the Irish or any other hot coffees. I asked her what should I do.Her answer is same I don't know. Now at the same time there's a lot of stinking smell coming from her. May be because of her dress or her body which caused a lot of headache for me. And you should know that the whole outlet including the washrooms are filled with that stinking smell. My morning got spoiled. I dont understand why you guys are employing inexperienced and indisciplined guys and you are losing valuable customers. I have also raised a complaint last week regarding some housekeeping issues, There is no such improvement. Is this the way to operate a coffee shop? I kindly request you to train your guys properly and operate the coffee shop so that it runs in a smooth and in a profitable manner otherwise kindly please closedown your outlet until and unless you have good guys to operate. Also my kind request is just tell the outlet manager to come and visit the outlet just atleast once a day. I just wanted to complain to him but I cant find him since long time. I am a student of Ansal University Gurgaon, we have a CCD in our campus. it is mentioned there that if bill is not given then treat is on us. i asked the salesman to give a bill, despite of that, he did not give a bill and told me that there is some issue with the machine, I ordered a truffle cake, a texmex veg sandwich and a veg sandwich. without the bill how can tally how about the taxes and who will take into account about the money...

I pulkit with my 8 friends went to ccd nearby east tajmahal gate fatehabad road agra at 29th Novemberl, where we ordered 8 coffees via ccd coupons . But they denied the order & gave bad excuses like we don't have milk stuff blah . Such bad response made a negative image towards us. we think about the ccd is big brand but such things made us unhappy about the service offered by ccd.

Dear Sir, i visited in ur ccd branch shipra mall, indirapuram, ghaziabad, ( UP 201014). on 31st oct, 2015. I ordered 2 Devls -wons and 1 cappicino. he charged Rs. 900 and then i asked for the bill to the cafe manager, He said that sir i ll give you the bill after serve. At the time i was leaving the cafe, i asked for the bill again to cafe manager. He start making excuses and finally he didnt give my bill. Please Imidetly Take the ection about him and respose me. With due respect, I would like to request relevant Café Coffee Day authorities to kindly clear my F&F due amount. I had given up my distributorship two years back and till today i.e. 14th Nov 2015 I had not received the F&F Amount of approx. 3.75 Lacs. I had sent several mails and spoken with Authorities CCD at 24x7, Vikroli, Ghatkoper branch but I am getting date after date... with no proper resolution. I want my money back ASAP. Hi I'm the manager in Ccd 14 community centre outlet, we are facing huge problem of sewage blockage in whole market as we are not able to walk through the way. Every time we were getting it clean but due to blockages water is not passing through the pipes. Kindly look forward and get it clean as soon possible as it is a MCD market.

I am Ramesh babu, on 15th Sep 2015 I visited your cafe coffeeday branch located at PVP mall. On that visit I ate a Hazelnut karat celebration cake piece, then followed by next day morning I fell Ill with severe stomach pain and vomiting's. I visited doctor and he mentioned that its due to food poisoning. Hereby I would like to complaint to you on this issue and demand a compensation for my hospital charges. I am attaching my hospital paid bills. Please take this complaint into your kind consideration and take necessary action as early as possible. Looking forward for your compensation release. I went to coffee day @ omr, Chennai and ordered smoked chicken and tandoori chicken sandwich. I had to wait 45 mints and waietr came and told no smoked chicken sandwich. Do you need 45 mints to tell that I don't have smoked chicken sandwich? Then finally my order came to table after anhr. I was about to taste the food and im mediately waitercame and told it's not for you. What rediculous situation ? Am totally disappointed with your service

Last week I had handed over my cafemoments card [protected] at the CCD on Ramani Chatterjee street for purchasing a coffee. The modem as usual wasn't working and I paid by cash finally. I think I forgot to ask back for my card and didn't notice it gone. Yesterday I got a message saying Rs 150 has been used on my card. Since I left my card with your employee, this is highly unethical. I expect an immediate call back from you, a refund and that the employee responsible for this is sacked. You can use your cctv camera records to catch the culprit. Else I'll have to take this case up as a fraud and proceed accordingly.

I have two coupons which are worth of 180/- but the vendor at that time has refused to take those coupons. This was happened at RAVE MOTI MALL, KANPUR. vendor says that he has no information about this free coupons and his system was also not giving any information about coupons. I request to the company's authority if you are not giving any offer to customer then don't advertise it. We stopped at the CCD counter inside Pantaloons, Gupta Towers Nagpur to relax, have some coffee. My mother and I ordered two cappuccinos and one spinach corn cheese sandwich. Our experience was extremely bad and wasn't expected of a brand like Cafe Coffee Day. Our food was stale, at least a minimum of two, three days old. Our coffee was watery and not at all what a cappuccino should be. There was no foam to be seen, i don't think even real milk was used to make the coffee. When asked if our food was stale, the boy at the counter said in a very unsure manner that it was fresh. From his reaction itself it was clear that the food was old. Its such a shame to be served such substandard food at a chain like Cafe Coffee Day. We couldn't even finish our food, and frankly would like a refund for the money spent and the bad experience we had today. Our Bill number is 1329

Hi iam stayin at apollo hospitals new delhi mathura road, u have a branch here, from last twenty days ur cashier has billed me over amount, charged me on wrong item which is also over priced, sometimes double charged when order is big, overall here all staff is one in all and litearlly fooling people around by charging over specially the guy name sooraj Please look into matter Thanks

Me and my friend visited one of your outlet near ISKON temple in Mumbai on 5 sept, 2015 at 10-10:30pm . The guy serving at the counter didn't give the invoice and also overpriced the order . we repeatedly asked for Invoice but he denied & sidelined the conversion. He tried to deceive. Finally, he gave us a chit on which items ordered were mentioned with a seal of CCD on it. As far as my knowledge, he didnt even bill the order but kept the money for himself . I request you to take appropriate action asap. This will ruin your Brand image & value. This is clearly a fraudulent behavior and cannot be tolerated .
