Persistent Low Voltage Problem in Our Locality

Fraudulent transaction

CESC has deducted an amount twice for a same bill. Unknowingly the bill was paid second time through net banking. Instead of showing already paid, they deducted the amount and also generated a second receipt as well. This is a kind of cheating what they will try to mask as system error.
