Sir,
I Sukharanjan Dey would like to bring it under your notice that on 3rd october 2019 a fire cause in my ruined house declared by Konnagar Municipality which is at 189, criper road konnagar, hooghly. Then cesc disconnect the main connection from pole no 16/40. But my tenants who has there shop in my house has taken connection by crossing the road from 169 criper road konnagar,
hooghly without CESC and my premission. So for that reason I am asking consent letter from CESC if anything will be happen i will be not responsible for that.

Now you have changed the name Gayatri Ghatak / Malabika Roychowdhury without taking my permission. Any allteration or addition on the name of consumer in the bill without taking the permission from the Landlord is strictly illegal. Further l have not given such permission to do so. So kindly take note of the fact that such act on your part should be withdrawn immediately.         Sir/Madam, we live in an apartment in Kolkata which is under Cesc, our flat is in 1st floor, and there are seven residents flat in this apartment. So, there are two types of bill we get: one bill we get is pump-water supply and stairways light bill and the bill is named after the owner of the land Mr: XXXX, our apartment is built on his land, and the second bill is the bill of our electricity of our own each other's home which we all get separately by cesc.

        So, these last few months we are seeing that our own flat's bill is like above rs. 2000 even during winter, and it's really funny we don't have a/c, and in summer we get rs. 3000. The staff of cesc behaved extremely rude with us when we discussed regarding this matter. Whereas our other's flat residents of our apartment ​get rs. 300 in winter and rs. 800 in Summer.

        Anyway, something mysterious happened these last 4 months, we noticed that we are not getting any pump bills, cesc said that pump bills already paid when nobody did.

        Anyway, it feels that our whole apartment's pump every resident's including us apartment's water pump connection is in ground floor down stairs next to the meter boxes of our each residents.

        So, i feel a few of our apartments residents including a e cesc staff was into it has somehow merged our apartments electricity with the water pump supply and because of that we are getting high bill and our apartments water pump supply which is named after Mr XXX getting no bills, already paid.

        Sorry for writing in this way, we are feeling unsafe so that's why wrote it in a horrible english internationally, please try to figure out, It's a request to Govt Of India and CESC.

        RESOLVED: I apologise If I caused inconveniences by writing this post, Sorry for accusing my residents and those CESC staffs, if you get rs. 3000 bill when you don't use any ac, when you use electric appliances often, yet you still get rs 3000 in summer and rs 2000 in winter, yet other residents of your apartment have ac and get low amount bills Summer and Winter, anyone would get mad, it's happening since last 12 to 13 years. So, I thought everything has a limit, but I realised I should not accuse anyone without any valid proof and I don't have any proof or evidence, so I marked this complaint as resolved, and Cesc said they would charge low amount, so I marked this as resolved. Sorry :(

        Last 12 years we are getting high bills in summer and winter even when we don't have ac.
        Now, Last 7-8 months, summer bill was around Rs 3000 and last 4 months, winter bills was around Rs 2000.
        Since 3 to 4 months, we're not getting any water pump bills, saying we already paid when nobody did.

        That's why I made this post here, I am extremely sorry for causing inconveniences, Sorry for accusing my fellow residents/neighbours of my apartment and I am Sorry for accusing Cesc staff, I am extremely sorry for accusing anyone without any proof or evidence, Please forgive me. I beg your pardon.
        Have mercy on me and forgive me.

        Now, Kindly requesting Cesc to Ignore this dumb post, ok, see ya.

        Please tell me what I do now. From the beginning to the end, I have applied as your representative has said. The first time he said that the name should be changed, it was done. The second time they said the size and space of the meter room, it was done. Seeing everything for the third time, inspector said, "Okay." I applied and the answer came 'many applications have been made so it was rejected'. What else do I need to do to change the meter now? And how to solve the matter.

            The electricity bill received for the month of January, 2022 of Rs. 5090/- which is wrongly charged, After physical verification of Meter Reading found 15370 KW/h as on dated[protected]. But in the mentioned CESC Bill the Present Meter Reading shows 15725. Please clear this Human Error found in the bill generation.

                I'm job seeking a job. One call came and they telling me there calling from CESC Limited and I've to give an exam from selection. I gave the exam i passed after that they asking for money Rs.3275/- for my confirmation letter i had a talk and gave the money. After that they called me & said that you will join 15th Feb and you've to give 9, 200/- for offer letter. I had a long conversation at the end i gave it. When the joining date arrive they again called me and said the all vacancy are full they tried a lot & they take a small interview and said that you're bright candidate I'm sending you front office executive post your salary will be Rs. 25, 100 then they said that you have to pay Frist two month salary as security deposit i rejected but they telling me many candidates are waiting and many things i thought this will be the final one i gave the amount.. after two days they called me that you have to give 2nd month salary as well this is all refundable spot of the joining. I get confused and i urgently needed the jod some how i arrange and gave it to them.. yesterday they call me that your job confirm and company issue laptop so I've to pay the laptop price around 80, 000/- I refused to pay they're saying that in last moment don't let it down i said i don't have any money right now arrange it little amount rest we will manage then i gave 24, 000/- they said your job confirm but they let me know.. this incident happened yesterday 17th February 2022. I recorded all the conversation and i kept all the documents.

                    I, adv. Jayasri Bhattacharya, residing at 132 Raja peary mohon road want to bring the following to the notice.
                    1. THAT after repeated attempts for a online commercial connections from CESC, I came to know from the Serampore office that a request has been made for connection to my property using fake credentials. When the matter was brought up, the officials conveniently ignored it by terming it as a cyber crime outside their purview and requested me to reapply online from their premises to prove my authenticity as the owner. I agreed and made a new connection request on 04/02/2022 vide reference number 07/03005/22 from the CESC Serampore branch office. I submitted all requisite documents and was instructed to come again on next date 07/02/2022
                    2. On 07/02/2022 my application was approved for inspection and the same was confirmed through a email from CESC
                    3. THAT on 8th feb I received a call from... Which stated that my property will be inspected on 9th February 2022 between 0900 hrs and 1300 hrs by CESC officials.
                    4. On 9th feb 2022, I waited below the nearest electricity poll to my property in adherence to CESC instructions from 0900 to 1430 hrs. However no CESC officials ever arrived to conduct the inspection. My entire ordeal was witnessed by the neighbouring shop owners and my family present with me.
                    Being a working professional, it is professionally debilitating for me to stand for four hours for an inspection of my property and it is extremely humiliating when it isn’t conducted. I was not even able to reach CESC and ask about the proceedings and was cluelessly waiting for the entirety of the period. I have left my property unlocked and open for inspection at 106/6 BK Street and CESC can choose to come and inspect it at their convenience. I sincerely hope that my issue will meet immediate and apt resolution without forcing me to approach higher authorities or seek legal action.

                      I have received electricity bill of RS. 4100/- on 13th Feb 2022. Please check why so much high bill is created. Please regenerate bill with proper amount . This much high bill for a domestic client is not acceptable . We are a family of 2 people with minimal appliances in my home . We also don't have AC in my home .

                        Sir,
                        I have complained cesc whatsapp number regarding double payment of Rs 940 for Dec 2021 bill.
                        They suggested after 2 days it will be automatically adjusted to my next month dues.
                        I have successfully made my 2nd payment via phonepe on 9.2.2022.
                        But still now 11.02.2022 it is not updated.
                        By January 2022 bill still showing Rs 950 and due date 15.02.2022.
                        Kindly look into this and update my second payment of Rs 940 on 9.2.22 with January 2022 dues or refund my deducted money.

                          Sir,
                          I am having an electric meter bearing consumer number [protected]. I want to inform you that my electricity connection has been disconnected since 8th Aug 2018 due to my house was accidently diminished as it was a very old house and local police informed CESC to disconnect the power supply. The power supply was disconnected by CSCE itself, hence there is no power supply in my house.
                          Note- So why am I getting regular calls from the CSCE call center regarding the payment of monthly bills when there is no consumption of electricity against this consumer number?
                          It is a harassment to receive multiple calls from the CESE call center. Please take necessary steps as early as possible.

                              I have high bill issue, and CESC docket, which had number of commercial staff kaushik chakraborty, when I called the man, he was rude and abusive. This is unacceptable. When I told me, I will lodge an FIR against that person, he said "ja paren kore nin, kicu hobe na amar".

                                It is observed that for last few months, monthly bills are being raised on estimated basis although regular consumption is happening against my above mentioned Consumer ID.
                                For example, actual meter reading as on 24.12.2021(date on which your personnel had noted the reading by visiting my meter) was 9384.So, units consumed for December, 2021 should be 61, but bill raised is for 23 units.
                                Kindly, look into the matter and arrange to set right the position so that bills are raised on actual consumption basis for the month of January, 2022.

                                    I was out of station due to Chhath Puja in Bihar in the month of November 2021. I have complained in this regard several times (Docket No. 32119871 dated 21.12.21, Docket No. 82125714 dated 20.12.2021 and Docket No. 822112 dated 0401.2021). In response to the above, I have received a letter vide SR/317336/[protected]/26 dated 22.12.2021. “Once we get the actual meter reading, any over/under charges that may be incurred in this process for the next month will be automatically adjusted in our subsequent bill.” Mentioned in the said letter.

                                    But still not solved my problem and sent “NOTICE FOR DISCONNECTION”in month of December 2021. A no. provide in the said letter of Mr. Kaushik Chakarborti ([protected]) for resolving this issue. But not response in the said number (Switch off)

                                    That's why I want that complaints against CESC for this like service and harassment of consumers should be filed in the consumer court. than this kind of mistake has be done again and again by CESC.

                                      From last 1year I am getting wrong bill, visited their office multiple times submitted letter, complained online but no result. My last paid bill was on December 2020 for consumption o[censored]nit 4165 after that present regarding is 4191 as I was not using it but they send average bill without proper reading from my meter box. Now after so many follow ups they corrected the reading this month Jan-2022 but the calculation on amount is wrong, for 26 unit consumption they sent the bill of Rs. 5100. I am not able to pay until they correct this and roaming around them from last year August.

                                        (a) On[protected], all sequential procedures were done as per norms, no payment confirmation is yet to receive.
                                        (b) The payment response sheet screenshot on that date indicates as -
                                        THE PAYMENT IS UNDER PROCESS.
                                        Please do not refresh the browser or use the 'BACK' button of the browser.
                                        We regret that it will not be possible to generate the payment receipt at this stage if we do not receive the payment confirmation from the payment gateway. As soon as the information is received by us,
