          We use 2 fans generally and 1 tubelight(rare). We use CFL most of the time. 1 refrigerator, 1 induction, no AC, no microwave, no washing machine - still our bill came 1600 in the month of August 2021. This is too much. I think there is some problem with the meter or electric is being theft. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

            My ( Chitta Ranjan Ghorai) flat under address 5 Durga Charan Street, Kolkata 700033 was sold . Later the purchaser changed the name of the same meter which was in my name . But I want to know whether the meter security money ( Rs. 1440/-) is subject to refund to me or it has been adjusted.
            My present address is 3 Naskarpara Road, Kolkata-700041. My present consumer no. is [protected]( I/D [protected]).
            The customer I/D no. of 5 Durga Charan Street was [protected]( consumer no. [protected]).The name of the changed consumer is Basudev Pramanik.

              Short circuit and electric flash are hapenning number of times a day in electric merer wooden box especially when rain and storm comes. Electric wooden meter box is in such a place where fire can caughtany time leading to heavey loss of property and life. I request you to attend the matter on top priority basis.

                My consumer I’d is [protected]. I got a higher value electricity bill of Rs.1840 for the month of June 2021in comparison to previous six months electricity bills. I didn’t pay the amount. Again for the month of July 2021 I got higher value electricity bill of Rs 877. In this month bill CESC have decreased the security deposit amount to Rs 499 from Rs 3600.

                I request you to check and verify my meter reading and kindly refund the security deposit amount.

                    Suddenly I find absurd meter reading reflecting on my monthly electricity bill. Generally my meter reading was around 50 units but suddenly from April, 2021 (60 units), May, 2021 (87 units), June, 2021 (76 units) and now during July, (rose to 159 units). Beside that reading of meter is non-visible too. So, earnestly request you to take urgent step to check / replace my meter and adjust the excess paid billing amount. My consumer id: [protected].

                      I've sent you an email dated 10th ultimo to your [protected]@rp-sg.in attaching two receipts issued by you in confirmation of the double payment made by me towards my electricity bills on 14/6/2021, totaling to Rs.7980/- (ie @3990 x 2).
                      Your subsequent bills however not showing the reflection of the aforesaid payment made by me.
                      Hence you were requested to confirm the same and arrange to issue bill for subsequent month with correct dues post adjustment of the aforesaid payment of 7980/-.
                      But neither I've received any reply to my email under reference nor credit of the said amount in full was given to my account.
                      I therefore lodge this complaint in order to have effect of the aforesaid payment in my A/c and also want you to send me a month wise details of my bills without arrear and payments made for the past 6 months period.

                        For the units billed 669, I'm being asked to pay Rs.55794.85. They are saying Rs 49704 is an adjustment o[censored]nrealised amounts. However, I'd like to point out that I have paid the dues of all my previous bills on time. As you can see from the attachment, my last bill of June worth Rs9920 was cleared in cash.
                        So I don't understand what this "adjustment amount" is for, and why I'm being asked to pay it suddenly?

                        Kindly look into the matter.

                            I have paid all my monthly bills of CESC Ltd. till July 2021 for my Customer ID: [[protected]]/Consumer No.[[protected]]. But in August 2021 I am unable to view/print and pay my bill as my Customer ID is showing as Invalid. Requesting your Urgent Help in this regard as the final date for payment is 21 August, 2021.

                                Please find the details of consumption o[censored]nits from Feb. 2021 to June 2021.

                                1) In FEB. 2021 – Units consumed 1774
                                2) In MARCH 2021 – Units consumed 3421
                                3) In APRIL 2021 – Units consumed 1664
                                4) In MAY 2021 – Units consumed 2665 &
                                5) In JUNE 2021 – Units consumed 1927 (Meter reading is not taken in June)

                                But in July 2021 Bill, consumption o[censored]nits – 7942 which is very high.

                                Our past consumption record shows that the present meter reading is not correct.

                                Kindly check the Meter, it may be defective and advise us.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have earlier registered a complaint no. CC/03/04123/21, received Docket no.[protected] dated 03.08.2021, but till date not received any call or response from CESC.
                                    The condition is very dangerous and specially during this rainy season and water logging in the area it becomes more hazardous.
                                    This job cannot be executed except CESC, we have to rely only their technicians only under CESC responsibility.
                                    Now if any accident happens in the premises Electric Meter Board CESC will be responsible.
                                    Immediate action is awaited.
