I paid rs 22, 092 through canara bank debit card on 31.01.2018 to book ticket from yatra.. But booking not confirmed and they refunded the money. The money refunded is to be refunded on 31.01.2018 to my canara bank account.. Refund reference number is given below..

    Sir,
    On 05 mar 18 i went to deposit cheque. I asked for a cheque depositing form i was handed over with a form of local language (Kannada). I asked for a english or hindi language form then it was told only kannada language form is available. I then contacted branch manager he also replied in the same manner. When i asked why bilingual form not available he replied if you are in bangalore better know kannada. Sir, i am a defence personnel and served in many states. Is it possible to all language of this country? Non availability of bilingual form not only brought hard ship but also the behaviour towards the customer from bank staff brings bad repute to your bank.

    Therefore it is requested to look into this problem and solve it at the earliest.

        I had applied for a debit card through the vyalikaval branch sometime in the last week of january 2018. When i enquired with the branch they informed me that only pin is received but not the card. Then i enquired with canara bank's debit card section they informed me the card had already been sent to the branch. But the branch confirms not receiving the card. I am unable to decide whom to contact again. If the card falls into wrong hands bank will be held responsible.

          I am a Central Govt pensioner named Jai Parbha with PPO no[protected]
          Consequent on implementation of 7th CPC my pension has revised and I am getting the same at revised rates. However my arrears have not been paid. I have visited the Canara Bank Sarita Vihar Branch many times They have also made references but no results so far.You are requested to resolve the matter

            Hello sir,

            I have submitted the debit card and cheque book request with the account opening application form in december 2017.

            I haven't received the debit card yet.

            I have contacted the head office debit card department they updated me that there is no request from the branch..!

            I have send multiple emails to [protected]@canarabank.com to apply the for the debit card for the account number[protected]

            No response and the land line phone never connects i think there is no connection to that.

              Canara bank branch of nit faridabad having my saving a/c[protected] on dt 30.1.2018 cash debit our a/c rs 12000/- but cash not received. We log the complaint on line & main branch we are suffering for last 1 months but no any result.

              Online complaint has been closed and branch has not action my complaint.

              And told us transaction sucessful. We want to cc tv photoage and clear the matter. We are ture or false.

                  I want to file a complaint regarding online transaction i did on date/day-04/03/2018/sunday. The amount which was debited is ₹1400/- or in words one thousand four hundred rupee. This cause me lot of trouble regarding my work. Iam unable to do online transaction because of the same cause and situation i faced. And the last date of my respective transaction is 07/03/2018

                  Canara bank payment gateway-i have done a transaction from vahan website for paying annual tax of rs1060/- for my motor car with regn no TN01M1407 on 25/6/21. Vahan website is showing pending with canara bank for verification whereas my hdfc debit card has been debited but the payment gateway has not returned success status to vahan. I am not able to take my tax receipt.

                      On 07/07/2017 i have made net transaction for tax paying to income tax department from my sb a/c no[protected], canara bank, perungudi branch, chennai vide cin[protected] bsr code 0242465 and challan number 00257 for rs13370. On verification of form 26as the amount was not credited to my pan no aiwpm2285k. The above fact was also informed to me by the income tax department on 23/12/2017. I contacted bank official of perungudi branch and submit the written pettition to rectify the defect i appraise the bank official frequently but till date the above defect has not been rectified.. Hence i request that the customer care team may take appropriate action to rectify the above defect.

                      I have given a proposal term loan rupees 50.0 Lacs (Under CGTSME) last eight month to regional office Gorakhpur, this time I am customer in Canara Bank, Sahebganj Branch Gorakhpur U.P. and last twenty year customer in Gorakhnath Branch, Gorakhpur.

                              When i try to add canara bank account in bhim app it return error "canara bank did not return any account for your mobile no700091*53my canara"then i am contacting bank about this he told me to link pan card to account then i am submit pan card document to bank and after this my problem is also not solve then officer told me to link aadhar after his instructions i am also link aadhar card and after waiting for 15 days my problem is not solve then bank officer told to provide aadhar card and to submit request to convert account miner to major and after his instructions i am also submit all documents but after all this my problem is not solve and then bank officer says to update mobile no and i am also updated mobile no but finally after doing everything my problem is not solve and my all documents where also check by bank but bank unable to solve my problem and canara customer care help line also not able to solve my problem to add bank account to bhim app. After done everything i am finally complaint here to solve my bank problem

                                Iam holding my family account in canara bank bharathi nagar from past 8 years
                                My account included home loan and couple of car loans
                                You can check out track in your accounts.
                                While closing my past car loan i requested as a word only that will you give me a new premium car while submitting sufficient it of my family. He arrogantly answered go and take in private banks.
                                Even though i was applied for a new car loan he was not answering properly and and rotated me here and there, he was saying zonal manager is not supporting me to give loan
                                I asked him iam going to report in social media’s about this issue.
                                The answer of bank manager is you can do what ever you want.
                                Why don’t you give me loan
                                I can go and have loan from private bank but why you are giving loan. While iam having good track record because of his personal opinion he was not giving
                                I need a proper answer sir.
                                So you banks give loans who don’t repay and escape from the country
                                What’s wrong with account???
                                My track is good you can check in your accounts plz respond

                                  The bank employee does not have manners how to speak with customers. I submitted application with my latest pic and required documents for open my account in the bank he told me that this is not your pics your face is not matching with this pic. Than i asked public about my face and pic. They're saying this is your pic and this is matching.
                                  What the hell.

                                    Myself thejas, account holder at canara bank hunsur branch.
                                    Two of my payments amounting ₹3470 and ₹410 made online using debit card turned out to be unsuccessful despite the amount being debited from my sb account[protected].
                                    The bookings have been cancelled due to non payment and it was confirmed by respective payment gateways.
                                    March 1st: ₹3470 payment for airasia turned out unsuccessful despite the amount was debited.
                                    March 2nd: ₹410 payment for online. Sai.org was unsuccessful despite the amount was debited.

                                    The sms from bank for both deductions have been received.

                                    I raised issue with both payment gateways and learnt that they have not received any payments. So i want to know what needs to be done and when will the money credited back to my account?

                                    Hoping for speedy redressal as i have experienced inordinate delays in customer support in the previous instances as well.

                                      I have recharged my airtel number through net banking top-up service and received the message but recharge is not done. Here is the message (Your a/c no. Xxxxxxxxx is debited for rs.199.00 on 02-03-18 and a/c of atom tech ltd has been credited (Imps ref no xxxxxxxxx). Kindly look into the issue and refund my money asap. If you want, i will send you the imps no. Thanks.

                                        Sir for recharge i have loadded 448 amount  to jio money app but  transaction failed and money has been debited from my account. So for refund i have contacted to jio customer and  they said that as per issue the load money transaction id[protected] has been failed from the bank's end. So i  raised dispute with the  bank and bank said that money amount has credited to icici bank on 26.01.2018 but sir amount neither credited to my account nor jio company wallet.
