Canara Bank — amount deducted from my account

On 26/3/19 3000 rs deducted from my account for some college but i didnt pay any amount to any one as no one in my family is studing in college i want my 3000 back as when i talked with customer care executive she told me dat 3000 rs is deduted to some satydeep or something college but i didnt pay any amount to them through any mode please look after it n please gv me my amout back
