    With reference to the above subject my loan running in this branch and became bad during the period of co-vi19 pandemic.
    I have deposited RS 40, 000/- INR in the first loan on 16.08.2022 & in the second loan from 05.04.2022 to till 09.12.2022 deposited RS 48961/- Approximately.
    I want to inform you that my son was working at Jalandhar during the period of co-vid19 pandemic. my son has lost his / retrenched from his service this was the main reason to become my loan bad now my son started working at Mumbai and making arrangements to clear the over dues in the loan account with me at the earliest. My wife has also suffering from kidney infection and got stunt in the kidney after getting second co-vid19 vaccine dose her condition was detoried for the last some years she also need proper medical and personal care further my elder son is not independent because he is a spastic and is hundred percent dependent I am also pensioner (65 year old senior citizen) also depositing some amount (EMI) every month which I have already mentioned above in spite of this bank employees are harassing me and threatening me to possess my house. Number of times I visited branch office and regional office Jalandhar city Punjab but every time Branch manager and Divisional manager insulted me and threatened me.
    I am getting calls and so many messages from the bank even on holidays and at night. I am in great tension if something happens to me or my family? Who is responsible?
    I humbly request to you Sir/Madam please look into this matter and give me some more time to clear the dues and stop legal action.

      Canara bank has implemented a rule since April 2022 to charge Rs 60/-for withdrawals by slip instead by cheque.Customer has right to withdraw his own money by any means.Nobody carries chequebook at every now and then.If anybody is ion need of money and has forgotten cheque book, to avoid such fine he/she has to commute his native and attend with cheque book and then withdraw.Bank authorities are not bothered even to reply, and not ready to listen.It seems that they are trying to mete out losses of NPA from such cruel act, by giving pains to their loyal helpless customers.

            Took crop loan for 4 years back and loan is pending due to many reasons(flood, pandemic, personnel problems etc). Today recieved notices for reminder with same borrower name but different loan loan numbers and diff outstanding amounts. One of the loan is not taken but canara bank has sent notice to the borrower with additional loan amount which is never taken.

            Clarification from Branch Manager:(Belgundi branch, Belgaum, Karnataka)
            Loan and loan numbers are correct but borrower name is incorrect which is not a human error it's system bug, incorrectly sent to the borrower with correct manager wet signature on the notice.

            Branch manager and staff is not taking responsibility for this just they ignore the concern and harrassing the customers giving some threats like we will take the legal action on borrower and will charge extra rs 10000 that will debit from the borrower account.

            Borrower Condition:
            Borrower is senior citizen and getting Atal pension from government. His account seized and not able withdrawn his own amount and now
            Looking at two notices and additional loan, got hospitalized due to high BP.

            Suggestion to Canara Bank:
            Please look into this concern and improve your customer service and respect the farmer customer atleast.

I applied for pmay subsidy scheme in Aug -2020 .Till date the subsidy amount is not received though it's already completed 2years . its online status shows at 3rd stage for a long period

                    I am a customer of Canara Bank where I have a four wheeler loan. And from there neither by me nor by my father who is in joint account, neither o[censored]s made any kind of application nor anything, but still they sent credit card to our house which we got There was no need and when we went to the bank and asked to close that credit card, they said it will take time, you will do it online, and when we tried online, they said it would take some fee of ₹ 300, which is more If you don't close it and keep it, even then it will cost ₹ 200 and GST for a year, then I told them why should I give money, when I didn't even ask, it was given to me forcefully, so what right do I have after that? Give you money to stop.

                    Don't know how many customers will be there from whom he is looting money like this, you tell me is it okay?
                    And I will complain to them and also claim defamation if I am not listened to,

                    First I want you to register my Canara Bank complaint and kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

                    When I tried to talk to you, I got a call that says, I will talk to RBI, tell me, then he activated the same card which was closed, which I did not even use,
                    I have his recording I talked to him about that then he was asking to make payment etc but I didn't trust him so I didn't because of that I had to activate this card. I will send your message and I am also getting calls, how is it possible.
                    That's why I request you with folded hands that I should be blessed to do this work.

                      On 1st December, I was victim of online fraud which I realised today when the Fraudster tried to dupe me again. I transferred INR 95000 and INR 2000 via Google Pay (screenshot attached) RO the below mentioned Account :

                      He is still talking to me and trying to get INR 99000 more.

                              I have order my order on date 03/11/2022 order id[protected] and received on 5/11/22 because of a issue returned it on 06/11/22 and amazon initiated my refund and asper them on 11/11/22 my refund is initiated to the bank but was it was not credited so the provided me reference id i.e.[protected] but bank is not accepting it and telling there is no refund until and I have not received my refund .

                                I am suddenly unable to login into my Canara Bank Scholarship portal today (21 Nov. 2022) although I am using the correct credentials (ID and Password). I also tried Forgot Password option but the portal is not responding to it. Kindly help.

                                I am shocked that Consumer Complaints Portal is being misused by fraudsters for trapping people. I received a mailed response after I posted my complaint in which I was asked for my contact no. The fraud told me that my scholarship ID has crashed and that I should tell details of another bank account to be linked. Then, he draw me to the process of cash withdrawal through YONO SBI and I stopped in between realizing that I am being trapped and my amount will be withdrawn if I tell the reference no. I insist that no one else falls into a similar trap because nobody wants to lose their hard-earned money to frauds. PLEASE BE CAREFUL EVERYONE.
