I went to Canara Bank UCMS & GTBH branch, Shahdara for opening a PPF Account, they asked to come after 3-4 days & till then they'll avail me application form. After 1 week, they weren't able to do that also. then I apllied online & got a reference no., & was asked to show that to the branch I mentioned in form, they'll check my KYC & process will be done.But when I reached there they told me to fill written form again as they didn't know...

Our two mobile numbers have been registered with you on which we get our balance information from you on giving missed call only.
However, for more than a year we do not receive any SMS at all when we use ATM card for cash withdrawal or shopping.
We have repeatedly complained in this respect to the concerned branch...

Interest of SCSS deposit not credited

Unable to generate net banking transaction password

POS machine installation delay

I had applied for POS machine on 23/11/16...now its more than 1 month there is no response from the bank regarding this...contacted my local branch and circle office but they said the delay is from head office due to huge demand..

even if it is getting delayed at least the customer can be informed about the delay..there was no such effort from the bank...even tried calling few numbers...non of then responded...tried to complaint...
