I purchased a product on amazon on 7th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 20 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332747294729311629819. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

We had ordered a mi hanfree on 5th january 2019 in Amazon online shopping app and we had cancelled the order immediately and then had refunded the amount of 314₹ and from your side we did not get the money so send the the money quickly

We had ordered a tab on Amazon at online and we had cancelled the order immediately and they have refunded the amount of 5229 and we have not still got the money from Canara Bank so refund our amount quickly

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 23rd Feb 2019 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. So I returned it as amazon, s procedure 24.07.20 .they picked it from my address and initiated a payment as refund on date 24.07.2020.The maximum time frame was 7 days .it was cleared from their side (Amazon) on 31.07
