I would like to inform you i can't take Income tax paid challan in Canara Bank net banking. Hence please provide this option and this is helpful to tax payers.

An IMPS transaction was done through CANMOBILE app which was unsuccessful but the amount is debited from my account. And not received by the beneficiary account. The amount was of 5000 rs. It's been 2 months still the problem is not solved.
