its already almost 20days the amoount is still not be refunded, the canara bank should take an esrly steps in resolving this issue and kindly requesting you to give further information and status of the refunded money

They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account on 13th october 2018 but still now i didn't receive any amount and i am really confused whether the problem is with amazon.in or canara bank. When i ask amazon.in customer service, they are blaming the bank and similarly, when asked to canara bank customer care they are blaming amazon.in.

      I purchased a product on amazon on 11th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 20 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected] i had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

And have send a gmail that contact bank for refund. They are saying that the refund hade been credited on[protected].still i haven't get the refund.

            I had ordered redmi y2 which of rs 8353/- on 10 oct 2018 through my debit card. And i returned the product at the time of delivery. Refund has been successfully processed by amazon on 14 oct 2018. It was expected to reflect to my account by 25 oct 2018. I still get it in my account.
            I have contacted bank customer care and given all the details. And also contacted amazon and spoken to their officer. Amazon has sent reference number of transaction but bank people are telling its not yet processed to bank.

                I didn't get my refund yet in my bank account of rs 9999 but amazon has issued my refund on 19th of october 2018 and the refund reference number is 74332748293829287753715 so i requested you to take my note seriously. I called many times at canara bank customer care but they didn't receive my call and cut my call automatically... And i contact at amazon customer care service they gave me only ta refund reference number only and no other help i have got.. Thank you sir i think i will get some help from you.

                  I ordered two products on Amazon but I cancelled product instantly after five minutes then Amazon notified me on that ur refund initiated on 12 oct 2018 n wait me for 3-5 days but yet I did not get any refund n amazon also gave me reference number of refund is[protected] now I am want to charge dispute (as Amazon said) but bank customer executive is ignoring my problem n ot cooperating me towards my problem n for ur kind information I would like to tell u that my refund amount is 1101 rs. So plz help me to grant my refund in my account plz help me n I also emailed to told email id but they r not replying bank is biggest fraud bank

                                  I have used canara bank debit card for a transaction to flipkart through phonepe and the transaction was failed but money was debited from my account and i have contacted to phonpe and the said that the problem was due to canara bank technical error and wait for 9 days to reverse the money to account but even after 2 weeks the money was not reversed. The phonpe transaction id is p1810102213289170412927.

                                        I purchased a product from amazon of rs. 28695 on 11th of october using my canara bank debit card but i had to cancell it for some reason and i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 11th of october. Maximum time frame was 5 days/25th of october. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number[protected]-947185.

                                        It has been 15 days yet i have not recieved the amount.

                                        I had contacted canara bank customer service number there they told me to visit my home branch. Manager of my home branch told me he had no role in this dispute and cannot help me in any way.
