Sir,
I am getting ugc-jrf fellowship from canara bank. New canara bank scholor's portal has been changed, now it is showing mail id as user id and password. As we didn't know the password (Earlier password not required). Therefore, when i am trying to reset/forgot password then message is appearing on screen as follows:
"request cannot be processed"
My arrears are pending. My details are as:

    Hello,

    I tried to withdraw an amount of 6500 from an atm machine yesterday (03/01/2019) which is present in vr mall bengaluru. The amount got deducted from my account but i didn’t get the cash. Please could you look into the issue and refund the amount asap.

I want to know when it will get reverse to my bank account. Also trying to contact customer care but getting no better response...

        canara bank pension fund query

        I'm priyanka tanwar, customer of canara bank, branch - naraina, new delhi. I've made one transaction of 23000 on 21 december 2018, but that transaction failed and money deducted from my account which i didn't get back. I want to know when it will get reverse to my bank account. Also trying to contact customer care but getting no response and also contacted my branch but they are unable to help.

        I ordered from Amazon paid from Canara bank but doesn't get refund yet I have the reference number but bank is denied on that plz help me out

          I made a payment on 16th December on Amazon Pay to Airtel Prepaid Punjab which failed due to a server issue. Rs 307.07 was deducted from my debit card for payment which has not been refunded since then. After contacting Amazon regarding this, it has been brought to my notice that the payment had been reversed by Amazon but still it has not been credited to my account.

            This complaint is regarding Canara Bank, Branch Manager for Tadong. East Sikkim, Sikkim Branch and In deputation Branch Manager, Canara Bank, Majitar, East Sikkim branch.

            The staff are inadequate and very happy to loose customer. While they do not work properly and do mistake, if you complain they ask to close account. I have requested transfer of my salary account, this was done on 21st December 2018. I was informed mail is sent and the process will take two days time. While requesting for the process I found that my signature was wrongly updated. This was the reason why while paying Education Loan when I submitted my cheque it was not accepted and I have to face too much trouble. Still I was helpful and I did not register any complaint in good will and requested to transfer account. The losses I incur, in goodwill choose to let go. However, the transfer never happened. On 29th December, my atm was collected by the Majitar Branch and a new Rupay ATM was given, that was suppose to get activated next day. from 3oth to 2nd January I cannot withdraw any cash and I cant pay through card and I have no money. I again went to bank today 2nd Jan 2019, the account transfer did not happen. The bank official were rude, and in place of Mr Migur Sherpa (Manager) some other lady was there who was rude and said that I submitted wrong signature. Instead of being sorry for the all the wrong doing she was yelling at me and asked me to talk to Tadong Branch Manager (Mr Sherpa was the only person who was eager to help and was helpful, and he informed about wrong signature, sent mail to Tadong Bank Manager who later rectified it). I called Tadong Branch manager, who was very unhelpful and rude, instead of sorting the issue, he lied that no mail was sent to him regarding transfer, the mail was sent on 29th January 2018 by Mr Migur, instead he asked to give phone to the lady who have taken charge in place of Mr Migur, and was asking why his number was shared. After all this, when I finally asked her when the account will finally transferred, she started yelling at me and asked me to leave. They said me I am being rude for asking them when the account will be transfer, if they dont have other work and cant I see the mail was sent again. Again I tried calling Tadong number, the first number was blocked, I called from second number they were rude and said if I want I can complain they have other work. Both of them asked me to close account if I want to. The account number mentioned is my salary account and many of our employees have salary account in Canara Bank. I have informed my HR to choose other bank for salary account. Canara Bank service is very poor, and both the Tadong Manager and the lady in deputation for Mr Migur was behaving that they are doing favour on me by letting me have account and they paying me my salary. The lady in deputation at Majitar, Sikkim branch, instead of being helpful and trying to solve the issue was more eager to blame Mr Migur and me, even she was so impatient and asking her politely that by what date it will be done, her reaction was "Stop yelling, stop asking, get away from here". I do not understand if this the fault a particular individual or if this is the working culture and way to service customer at Canara Bank. They even said (both Tadong Bank Manager and the lady in Deputation for Mr Migur) that I can complain and nothing will happen. I have a witness too who was there when all this went down.

I have returned a product in amazon for rs 7499 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 7499 has been initiated on 21 december 2018 and it will be credited to my account on december 28 2018. Till now, i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

                    My name is utkrant pawar i bought a bata shoe from amazonon 19 dec 18 for which i made an online payment later on i cancelled the order and i got immediate sms from amazon for refund but even after 12 days of wait amount is not credited to my account i call amazon customer care thay gave me a transaction id 779701 then i call canara bank customer care but the response from customer care executive was very very poor

                        My train ticket booking Id: [protected] via Paytm failed 11 January 2019.
                        Paytm says the refund of Rs.2640.98 was processed against the failed booking. The refund however is not reflected in my bank account. It has been 5 days until then and there is no sign of my refund amount.

                              I bought a one plus 6t from amazon on 18th december through debit card payment. The amount that was debited from my account is rs31, 810. Amazon is saying that they have processed the amount on 21 december while the bank is saying that they haven't received it. And hence they haven't credited it back to my account.
                              The reference number is[protected]. It's been more than 10 days.

                                  On 27th dec18 due to technical issue i was not able to withdraw inr 7000 from my account[protected] through hsbc bannergatta atm. (Am very clear nothing was withdrawn from that atm). After that i withdrew same amounting inr 7000 from axis atm yelechanahalli.

                                  Am wondering.. Inr 7000 debited twice from my account and also extra inr 500 debited from my account (Nothing is done from my end) and still not reversed.

                                  Usually such atm issues takes only 24hrs for reversal of entries.

                                  Awaiting for your immediate response without any delay.

                                    This is kishor bhakuni holding an account[protected]. I made two translation to withdraw rs 10000 on dated dec 17, 2018 from atm in ghaziabad wherein my first transaction got failed which i made from corporation bank than i made another transition from different atm to withdraw the same amount and second transaction was successful but when i checked the statement and message wherein amount was debited on both the transaction but failed transaction is not yet reverted back which was made from corporation bank atm.

                                    I have already submitted the complain on canara bank customer care and they registered a complain on 22nd dec with complain no - [protected] but yet i haven't received any response on that.
