Sir,
Myself Atam Sehgal, Today while using my debit card for payment to Tata Sky, by default i entered incorrect pin due to which my card got blocked. Now even when i am entering correct Pin No., it is saying that my card is blocked
My account is with Zakir Hussain College branch.
My ATM card No. is [protected]: valid up to 1/24.
Please activate my card as early as possible so that i can use my account. I will be highly obliged.Awaiting to hear favorable reply from your.

    I have deposited below mentioned two cheques in my SB a/c.[protected] on 20/12/2016 in our adambakkam branch for clearing but still status not known, my customers called me and telling he has not received this cheques.

    HSBC Chq no.058031 rs.20000/-
    Vijayabank Chq no.613256 rs. 100000/-.

    Total amount is rs120000/-

    Already we are in huge problem due to cash not available in banks and we are force to collect cheques from our customer but you people keeping our clearing cheques for four days to clear the cheques. This is really not acceptable. Please check and call me tomorrow. today evening around 3pm I called our branch but nobody picked up the phones.

      Canara bank cheques were returned because of connectivity failure and rs 172.50 was debited (Fid loans) from my saving bank account number [protected], state bank of india malleswaram branck of bangalore city. This seems to be totally not in the canara bank rules as per your web site information on policy on collection of cheques/instruments[protected]http://www.canarabank.com/media/2338/ch-eque-colle... dated dec. 22, 2016). The following detailed have been provided with regard to the returning cheques because of connectivity failures for your favourable action.

      1) latter number dated 070801/031004/2250 dated dec 15, 2016.
      Presenting bank name : state bank of india
      Presenting branch name : malleswaram
      Being unable to obtain payment of the enclosed cheque number 837063 for rupees 13, 500.00 drawn on canara bank - atpar branch. We return it to you herewith for the reason given below: 84 other reasons connectivity failure. The amount has been debited to your[protected] account.
      Duly signed by the branch manager sbi.

      2) latter number dated 070801/031004/2200 dated dec 15, 2016.
      Presenting bank name : state bank of india
      Presenting branch name : malleswaram
      Being unable to obtain payment of the enclosed cheque number 389097 for rupees 7, 808.00 drawn on canara bank - atpar branch. We return it to you herewith for the reason given below: 84 other reasons connectivity failure. The amount has been debited to your[protected] account.

      Each transaction rs 172.50 was debited from my account and the same may kindly be reverted as soon as possible. I am a retired and senior citizen and therefore your favourable action in this regard is appreciated.

        I utilised my debit card of canara bank with desire sugarless deilght @ t. Nagar on purchasing sweets worth of rs.601/- on 05.12.2016.

        I attempted using my card for paying the above mentioned amount to desire. However, it was not getting through 2 times of my swipe, but the payment got deducted with sms confirmation to my mobile [protected].

        I am from a middle class family and i cannot afford using any transaction by card. As there are currency demonetisation process going on, i have no other way rather than to use my card. Do kindly take immediate action to revert back the total amount of rs. 1202/-

            Very worst person.. He s not eligible for banking like public sector.. Better he can work in departmental store..
            Irritating fellow..
            Due to money pbm from nov to dec rush in bank..
            But he is reaction like prime minister of india..
            Customer support or satisfaction for this bank 10%..

              I have the honor to you inform you that I have a current account at Canara Bank; Abhirampur branch (IFSC-CNRB0003640) bearing A/c No.[protected] from a month ago the branch did not pay me the enough money as per RBI circular. It is also stated that the bank manager do not co-operate with me in the field of other transaction. Because, few days ago I have complained to head office of Canara Bank and Indian Consumer complaints forum on this email help.[protected]@rbi.org.in dated 06/12/2016 for the reason of misbehavior, but as a feedback the manager further threatening over phone to me on 17/12/2016 in evening time that she will not pay the money above 5000/- per week from my account. Therefore, being a businessman I have to face very critical situation. And also I am afraid of my account; if it will be misused and illegal transaction on my account by the manager.
              So, I appeal you to look into the matter positively.

              I hope that you would take necessary steps in this regard and do the needful.

                Hi,

                I am Vicky kadu & my account no is :[protected], very bad start for the day, I visited Canara bank branch today at ulhasnagar 4 branch but got very poor service poor & answers, I asked for ATM renewal form but staffed denied & said it will only be available after 1 St January as we are busy with cash load .

                Again I asked him for complaint book, he said mam not came today who look after complaint come tomorrow .

                Very bad service & foolish reply by saff they don't understand customer problem & one lady came for death claim he said again same thing come after 1st, staff behavior is unethical he was busy in talking with premium customer on the phone but don't want to give service to common customer .

                  i logged in to empower account for my saving account & i generated MPIN. When I am checking my balance with tha MPIN it says INVALID UPI PIN. But in my current account Empower App i can easily check my balance with tha MPIN. i tried regenerating it many times but app isnt accepting any. Please help me out. My account number[protected].                     I am Lakshay Garg, a resident of vrindavan garden sahibabad. On 13th December i applied in the canara bank branch code:002867.In this branch they are not opening any saving account or cuurent account.I requested the manager of the bank to open my bank account.Then he asked his employee to open the account.The staff of the bank took my documents and form filled by me and told me to come after 2 days.I went to confirm whether the account is opened or not.They told me again to come next week.Later after a week i went and they refused me to open my account.They said that they don't have time to waste in opening my account.Is this the behaviour that they shown to me.

                        My wife account title is Sujatha G account number[protected] which is in Vibhithipura extn branch.Yesterday my wife who is with me in Dubai has received SMS alert on the registered mobile number that two cheques got debited amount to 20000 and 40000/- the cheque leaves numbers 146771 and 146772.dated 20/12/2016.
                        we have given written comp[laint through scan copy as my wife is with me here.luckily she has not changed the sim, otherwise we would have missed even SMS alerts.
                        when we contacted the branch they said the payment has gone one Mr Govindappa, whom we donot know and the wife confirmed not given any cheque.

                        we have both the above cheques leaves in original with us which has been shown to the branch manager today who have taken copies of the same.
                        I have spoken to Branch Manager Ritu Ghosh today morning to stop all debits and please take this up for investigation.

                        I am also working for Bank in Dubai, when the cheques for the same payee comes with same date for two different amount they would have suspected something on the same.

                        I have mails sent to [protected]@canarabank.comand [protected]@canrabank.com

                        i do not want to take it to crime police before you do investigation internally and find the suspect.

                        i want the complete investigation and the reversal of funds with all our international call expenses on priority.

                        we never expect such things from an reputed Bank like yours.

                          I visited Canara Bank, Nerul(east) Branch today 21/12/2016 at 9:05 AM to deposit cash of Rs 5000. I was asking whether it was possible to deposit 5K to the account of minor. Two senior (in age) ladies seated at cash counter no 1 & 2 said it was not possible. . The lady sitting on cash counter 1 says, " people know everything and asks here, as if they donot know, why dont they read newspapers"

                          A customer can not ask anything to bank employees ???

                          My question was not valid that if I hold an account with minor I have PAN card, so I can deposit ???????

                          She did not accept 5K to minor account nor replied why she is not.

                          When I was in queue, these ladies were chit chatting about the previous customer who was carrying a bag but asked for rubber band and envelope from bank. As if a customer can not ask a rubber band also ??

                          Is this the way Canara Bank work ??

                          Please note, there was no rush at bank at that time, there is no chance that because of huge work pressure they were behaving that bad with everyone.

                          I will close both my accounts, and took this time out because when asked she even denied to tell her name. Nor the other bank employees revealed her name.

                          I have applied for netbanking directly from the home branch. The staff collected some details from me but after two days I would like to want the status of my request. But the staff is so rude and she never responded properly this is so much ashamed of the bank

                              Through emPower application I have made a fund transfer Rs 5000/ on 08 th DEC 2016 at 10.06 AM by virtual address. Transaction status shows success. The amount got deducted from my Canara Bank account but to my suprise the beneficiary account has not been credited .
                              I register a dispute in the application itself.No reply .Then I email to [protected]@canarabank.com .Till date no reply .But the NPCI UPI guideline says the failed transaction will be immediately reversed. So the problem lays in Canarabank application . Help resolve the issue. Further where I could take the dispute.

                                As per GOI my central civil pension was revised during the month of april -2016. Accordingly Revised pension order was issued from (CPAO) central pension accounting office, New delhi to (CPPC) central pension processing centre of canara bank, bangalore and copy to me on 21.07.2016.From CPPC, bangalore mail was sent to canara bank tirukkurungudi (code no: 1276), (which is pension paying branch) tirunelveli district, Tamilnadu with calculation sheet to credit the pension immediately on 21.11.2016. More over I have met the manager twice personally and requested to credit the pension arrears as early as possible. Initially manager of the bank blindly denied that mail was not yet received. After one week ie on 17.12.2016 I have submitted the copy of the mail (which is addressed to the manager). Even after that also manager is not depositing the pension till today. If I contact any higher official they are simply answering every thing to be done by manager.

Im trying to all your service numbers, where its really disappointing that none are being picked nor ringing. I also applied for an debit card two months ago, and yet no trace of information, none are bothered to provide. There are also many problems regarding your CanBank app. Guess there will be a change from your side.

                                    I am maintaining a current account at Canara Bank Foundry Nagar Branch Agra and went today 20/12/2016 for cash withdrawal but Manager Refused to clear the self cheque saying that you have no token and we have distributed advance tokens up to 30 December for withdrawal of Cash by cheque.

                                    There are no such guidelines issued by RBI for distribution of token and Bank Manager is working against RBI guidelines following his own unethical rules against Law and Order.

                                    Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and save the undersigned from mental and financial harassment being done by Bank Manager

                                        I returned an item from flipkart on December 3.They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account on December 16 but still now I didn't receive any amount.am really confused whether the problem is with flipkart or Canara bank.when I ask flipkart customer service they are blaming the bank and similarly when asked to Canada bank customer care they are blaming flipkart.

                                        I booked a mobile 12/07/20 by canara bank debit card Rupay ending in 4074 amount 8999.00 from amazon. But when i received it 18/07/20 .It was not the same which i booked. Then i returned it 24/07/20 to amazon as per amazon procedures. They picked the mobile from my address and issued payment as refund towards my debit card.it was cleared 31/07/20 from Amazon which transaction reference no. 30005402070194184606008.But it was not credited in my account in canara bank.My a/c no.[protected]. you are requested to please take necessary action for said matter.
