Hello,
I am vaishnavi.. I made an online payment for my daughter's college fee payment of sum amount of rs.24, 199/- on 17th of june 2019. The money was debited from my account but it did not get credited to the college account. We had been visiting the canara bank branch, madurai many times requesting for the reverse transaction. It has been nearly 50 days but still no step has been taken by the bank. Hence kindly process it and do the reverse transaction at the earliest.
