The emi date is june 2 2020 they take the amount from my bank account directly on emi date correctly but there is no confirmation from their side.

But my hdfc bank says this is the reference number and time, date of transaction to capital first. I raised a lot of complaints in customer care, nodal officer no response.

After 6 the day they update the 2 june payment on 6 june 2020

In this case i did anything wrong all the faults are in idfc bankside
But they temporarily block my easy emi card i raise two complaints and five mail no response please help me to unblock the easy buy card

The only reason i post in this webpage is i mailed your customer care rno and nodal office head and called 7 times busy so i don't know what to do you give fantastic offers i agree that but resolving issue takes time

No one will respond me easy emi card due to your server issue i paid everything correctly you update it after 5 days kindly activate my card i have to buy a laptop for my business don't play with us in this tough situation

    I have taken the personal loan by signing the agreement, after taking the loan the bank keep increasing the charges beyond the limit.

    Since last one year the interest rate of fd is going down, but this bank is rather than decreasing the interest rate keep increasing the charges for old customer as well. I do not know then why do the sign agreement and give it during the loan offer if they don't have any commitment.

    We wish to submit that our schedule of charges have been revised w. E. F. 04-11-19. The changes are mentioned below for your reference:
    Type of charges charges
    Emi bounce charges per presentation 400
    Late payment/penal charges/ default interest/overdue (Per month) 2% of the unpaid emi or rs 300 whichever is higher
    Cheque swap charges (Per swap) 500
    Cancellation & rebooking charges 1% of the loan amount + interest from date of disbursal till receipt of cancellation request. Cancellation request to be received within 30 days of loan booking date or 1st emi presentation date, whichever is earlier. Post which cancellation will be treated as foreclosure
    Foreclosure charges 5% of principal loan outstanding
    Duplicate noc issuance charges 500
    Physical repayment schedule 500
    Physical statement of account 500
    Document retrieval charges (Per retrieval) 500
    Stamping charges as per actuals
    Processing fees up to 3.5% of the loan amount
    Part payment charges applicable only for pl smart cases. Maximum 40% of current principal outstanding is allowed for part payment once in a financial year. This option is available only post initial 3 emi payments. For availing this option 2% part payment charges is applicable on partial payment.
    Emi pickup/ collection charges 350

      Hi,

      I have taken the personal loan of 20l from idfc bank. They have sent an email that money has disbursed on 1-feb-2019, but they gave me the dd only after 15 days. I raised a complaint to customer care several times and sent email also. Initially they acknowledged that they will take care and arrange the call from manager. Last 1 month they are not responding to email, and their customer care number is not connecting. Today luckily i got connected to the customer service and the representative saying i'm luck that i'm paying only for 15 days of additional interest but there are customers who are paying interest for a months also.

      More than paying the additional interest i'm really frustrated with this response from the bank. Now idfc bank is merged with capital first. And even they are not responding. This is the worst ever bank i have interacter so far in my life. I request if any one from idfc first bank officer came to read this complaint would take necessary action against both the rep and the refund of overcharge.

          I financed a mobile as well insurance was also done by capital first but my mobile was broken when 1 year is about to complete before 10 days when my isurance was about to expire i called to capital first care but there exceutice misguided by saying wrong things due to which my insurance date was expired because of there wrong information given by capital first even after that they are not accepting thier fault and i called 4-5 times but each exceutive gave me different information due to which my insurance expired.

            Dear concern,
            I have forclosed my personnel loan after paying all amount with interest but why my emi was deducted from my account. I forclosed my loan in march but u deducted in april after taking interest of march.
            I am very unsatisfied with this ignorance behaviour for customer.
            How you can deduct my emi after foreclosing loan.
            I want my amount back with interest which was deducted by ur ignorance.
            Is this a way to deal with client.
            I will go the court if i don't get my amount back.

              I have a personal loan with capital first, i have taken force close letter on mach 7 th and i paid the total amount on same day, but till as of now my loan account is in active and emi was deducted,

              Even no response to the mails and calls from last 10 days, in current pandemic situation even bank are giving moratorium,

              But this people are taking our money very ridicules, in office in hyderabad also very worst i have faced lot of issue on payment of loan closer

                Hi team,

                My payments was on time for both the loans without delaying. I didn't miss a single emi during my loan tenure. Your service is very forgetful that you guys are least bother to inform your valuable customers. I really don't understand what kind of policy is this which is affecting customers like me. I asked customer service guy to transfer the call to manager or supervisor. He kept me on hold and disconnected the call.

                  I have placed an order with flipkart on 31st jan'20 worth of rs.25539.

                  Since the price was high, i have canceled the order and i see that flipkart has processed the refund within there set timelines.

                  As i check from idfc first loans end i still see the adjustments are not done yet on this order. It's been more than 30 days and yet no proper response or solution is given so far.

                  Even on contacting customer support multiple times... Used to get the same answer as it will be resolved.

                  Need an urgent resolution on this.

                    I'm a capital first customer. I've bought many consumer product and it product using my emi card with the credit limit of 76, 000

                    Iam actually a regular customer of capital I have more than 5 products with easy buy card and I didn't late fee in any dates and in products . Recently my easy buy card has been temporarily blocked I went to capital office they told it will be renewed after 90 days there was some internal policy I waited more than 90 days now it's been 150 days such a ### customer service . I didn't use the card for some days that time it is blocked . Iam let to know this problem by buying a laptop there only they said it is blocked . Complainted many number saying same thing again and again such a worst service ever . Please unblock card soon

                      Respected sir,
                      Myself kamlesh muthappa nadar i am business person running a healing health care business i have borrowed a loan of. Rs. 245000/- at capital first which is known as idfc bank. Due to heavy loss in business iam not able to pay the emi from long time i have talked to the capital first agent that i will settle your payment within 6 months but the capital first recovery agent collection manager mr. Vasant and recovery executive mrs jacintha and sanjana this 3 people from mumbai recovery team. He is keep on doing harassment call to my office and asking for money from each and every colleague and making plenty of calls and disturbing whole production floor. He smashed my reputation. He didn't listened me. He abused me a lot i have all call records. He is not allowing me to do a proper settlement. I am not able to go to office now. They have been hacked my facebook account and starting calling my friends and relatives who are in facebook even threatening calls i have spoked with my advocate regarding the harrassment my advocate called and advised those people that they are doing illegal things cyber crime. The capital first recovery agent mr vasanth and jacintha behaving too much rude and giving harrasments & mental torture to my friends who have studied with me pls take action as soon as possible. The recovery agent jacintha & sanjana has been called my colleques from this no mentioned as mobile no:- [protected] / [protected] & jacintha called from this no :- [protected] / [protected] this people calling from this no and torturing and giving mental stress. Hence we have registered a complaint against the recovery agent of capital first under ipc section 500, 503, 506, and cyber crime act under section 66 act. But they do not seem to understand normal language. This misbehavior has crossed the limits, and that is why i am writing this letter to the police department. I request you to kindly look into this matter and help us feel safe. We have complete faith in the system and know that the department will come to a solution soon as well as punish those people

                        My business loan agreement no.17907338 due to business crises and also since last couple of months i am going through medical problem. I have done my bypass surgery so i am not been able to pay my business loan emi on time. Recovery agent and he's senior (Mr reevan rupnar[protected] come at my place every 2 3 days they are talk very rudely using abusing language and harass me, my wife & my son.
                        My age is 66 and i m a heart patient i have done my bypass surgery. Give me sometime to planning out. Will try my best to pay my dues as soon as possible it would be kind enough if you cooperate.

                          Im neither a first capital customer nor a person who has applied for request. A person called me today ([protected]) stating that he will take my mobile if i have not paid the bill. He didnt introduce himself and from the beginning he was using abusive language and shouting. He is threatening me that he will come to house and harm my family also. Im wondering why the company has gundas and targeting women who are not their customer. If the team has gundas in their group, they should really have concern. When i received the second call, that time they introduced that they are from first capital. And till the end they didnt explain how they got my number and why they were shouting in the morning hours. I would request you to dissolve this gundas members and take appropriate action.

                            I hold a personal loan with idfc first bank of rupees 50, 000, my loan account no is 9513130. I have missed some emis due to my current unemployment. I have been getting treating calls from the recovery agents. They have been using foul language. They came to my house couple of days ago wherein they abused and threatened my old parents, due to this behaviour my father had to see a local doctor and had to take immediate treatment for high blood pressure. They called in yesterday and today morning as well and threatened my parents to enter forcefully in my house. They also tried to reach out to my friends through facebook and other social media platforms. I previously complained about the other female as well who abused my mother on the phone. The recovery agent who is threatening me now is avinash who sits out of idfc andheri marol branch.

                                I bought a two wheeler loan from capital first (Now idfc first), after a year i paid my loans properly, i decided to foreclose my loan and i applied for that, they send me a foreclosure amt and i paid through my nearby capital first branch, but i don't receive any message regarding to my loan closure but they told me it will be cloased with in 10 days, but till now the loan is not closed and my amount debited for the next month loan

                                  I had maintain sufficient balance in my punjab national bank. But pnb bank i had debited sms charges due to this my cheque bounce and your cheque bounce charges is rs 400 but you have charged bounce charges rs 944.
                                  Your bounce charges is almost equal to one emi.

                                  Please note that my track record is good in the past you can check the same.
                                  I am requesting you to please reduce the bounce charges.

                                    On 30th December 2019 I Got Massage That Your Loan Is Confirmed And Amount Is Deposited In Your Bank Account. I am Shocked. First I thought that May Be They Send Message By Mistake. But At Late Night That Day Amount Add in my Bank Account. I Can't Believe What Is Happening With Me. So I Call In Customer Care. They Told Me that You Apply For Loan Online. I Can't Believe That Someone Confirm My Loan Without Any Confirmation Or Any Documents. I never Give Any Documents For This Loan .
                                    This Is Totally Ridiculous
                                    Now I Call Custemor Care Service For Give This Amount Back. So They Told Me That I Need Pay Charges If I Want To Give that Amount Back.. Charges is 10000
                                    I mean How Can I Pay 10000 For That Activity That I Never Did It.
                                    And They Told Me That If I Don't Pay That My Loan Is Automatically Start And I had To Pay EMI Time To Time. This is Ridiculous
                                    IDFC First Bank Is Playing Game With There Custemors. I Strictly Condemn This Kind Of Service and Behavior .
                                    I Don't Want This Loan . And I Am Ready To Give You Your Money.. But I Don't Want To Pay Any Changes .
                                    IDFC First Bank Is Worst Service I Ever Received.

                                      Dear sir/madam: my little brother took loan from "capital first" for business and he failed to pay december 2019 month emi for that outstanding due past 15days two agent from capital first coming to our home and torturing and shouting to pay the due immediately. Actually we are trying to arrang the money to pay it soon and they are not listening and not giving time to arrange it. And also they are standing middle of the road and shouting to hear my neighbourhood and also often coming to our home and forcing my family members to pay it now. My father is paralyzed patient and my wife is 8 months pregnant now. We mentally upset about their behaviour.

                                        I buy the gift card from myntra .2 gift card the rupees of 20000 .And I sell the gift card to instacredit24 web site to convert to cash I submit on 14/12/19, I received the message from instacredit24 with In 5to6 working days the amount will credit to your account but 14 days completed amount is not credit to account, this is finally warning I need amount or cancel the loans on capital first .With in 2days i need money other wish I'll not pay the EMI
