My entire loan is paid up than too they have deducted money two times from my account. When i call toll free number they tell me to send a mail on there email address and on email no one cares to reply. And after so many days the person on toll free number tells me we will take 10 more days to refund. I never knew small banks have this problem. There agent whom i had a talk to his name is nitin hiwale. Most pathetic company ever seen. I have shown in the screenshot that they deducted the extra money from my account.

      Pathetic service by idfc and capital first bank. I've already paid more than 20000 rs extra for settling the account. It was closed already during march, 2019. Still from past 4 months rs 295*4 is being deducted from my bank. Pathetic service.
      I've all the proofs for my case. I'm coming a case now. I want my money back.

      Total money= 295*16 = 4720.

      Bad service by capital first and idfc bank. I'll suggest everyone to not go for these companies.

          Hello,

          I'm sindhu vegi. I got a call yesterday from a person from capital first. That was regarding the purchase by my brother vegi varaha venkata suresh.

          Details of the purchase mentioned to me by capital first people
          Led tv
          Inr 54, 280

          Phone number from which i got the call: [protected].

          They called me and told the following

          "your brother is not reachable. Your brother took an led tv and gave your and your father's id proofs (Aadhar and voter id). And he mentioned that if at any point of time, he is unable to pay then you and your father should pay the due amount."

          She put an advocate (She mentioned) in the conference and he said

          "your brother and you studied in the same school, zphs chemudulanka. You both have same mother then why don't you share the due amount also. I will settle this with 30k only for you. So, that there will not be any case on you and your father. Otherwise your identity proofs will be put in the red list and it will affect your and your fathers' cibil and a case will be filed against you and your father under section 138."

          That advocate threatened me that if i'm not gonna clear it up, then we should have to go through courts.

          My father and i are not in contact with my brother from past 1 year. He didn't come home either and we are not sure where he is and how to contact him.

          We are not responsible for that purchase because neither o[censored]s signed the agreement to pay the left over due.

          So, i request people from capital first, not to call us anymore regarding this issue.

          Another guy called from[protected] and talked very arrogantly. He is threatening me that he will come to my place. I'm terrified about that. He mentioned that he is telling that he is the head constable from Basheerbagh.
          I want to change my mobile number in my capital first account...
          ... please keep changing my number..., ...I want to change mobile number because I have a New number so...

            IDFC first bank loan No[protected] of RS 4550(EMI) for 8 months. Terrible behavior from the callers. They don’t know how to behave . I have missed this november’s payment due to some personal issues. Some guy visited my mother who is a old lady and a single mother and threatened her. I don’t stay with her because of my studies I got very worried cause he caused lots of trouble and very bad behavior (felt like a was taking to goons ).
            I already informed them I will be paying whatever is the amount next month together. But I am really disappointed with their service as if people are running away with their money. They just doesn’t want to listen to a simple thing. Such harassment is intolerable from capital first. I want to provide the number of the person who visited my home [protected](Rajkumar I think his name was)
            I want strict actions against this person and the customer services should fired this kind of callers.

              Today morning my wife received call from collection department of capital first bank asking for emi for the month of nov, on which my wife said current month there is issue with salary so will pay emi in next month but your bank employee started abusing on call "agar loan barne ki aukat nahi hai to loan liya kyu" this was the word on that person on call. On which she was pissed off and started firing on him. She has recorded the conversation on her cellphone. Capital first needs to look into collection department on high priority and fire such employees who are spolining the brand name of such a big company.

              Need complete rca and action taken against that employee, if this complaint is not taken seriouly than i know how to reach out to high level of your department.

                Hi team,
                I have purchased two wheeler in 2017 and loan against two wheeler (Capital first), i have handover 1 or 2 cheques and self attested ecs form to capital first employee. Cheques cleared successfully and ecs form bounced due to signature not verified. I will go to my bank and bank has denied to any ecs form received from capital first against my loan. No ecs received from my bank. This issue is also escalate to capital first customer care.
                Now final problem is that.. My last emi is due for rs.3900/- from my side and another rs 3108/- approx amount for other charges (Panelty). I have received call from idfc name is sahil arora and mobile number is [protected] sahil says harmeet u pay only 3900 rs and another penalty amount i will adjusted in waiver amount. Sahil fwd to letter from idfc. I will attached letter for your reference. I have no idea for any fraud because i have no experience for idfc and capital loan. First time i have lot of tensions for loan against idfc and capital. Please resolve my issue because i have noc for my loan. I have message for sahil arora, this type of persons cannot be success for life. Only fraud system can sahil life is running. I have called sahil lot of time but he blocked him.
                Please help me only for idfc and capital first.

                  I have applied for finance in capital first. I have completed all my emi without any late payment but still they are asking me for the money to my sbi bank. When i ask the branch office of capital first in rs purum, coimbatore, tamilnadu, they doest give any proper justification and improper behavior of executives. Being a customer to capital first is a biggest shame and they don't respond properly and they don't have any manners how to treat their customers

                    I have been receiving a call from ms. Shristi[protected] from capital first. First thing she is appropriate, does not know how to speak with customer. Secondly she keep on calling on my wife's office landline no. Continuously which is tarnishing her reputation in her work place, surprisngly theu are not calling me. I have started my emi's too but they are pressurizing to settle the loan which i am not in position to do now. She spoke so badly with my wife because of her now i am getting divorce. My reputation is all lost.

                    I request you to look into this matter. So that at least i can save from getting divorce.

                      I have a emi card from capital first with mobile number [protected]

                      My emi card was blocked without mistake from my side i conveyed them from last 3 months they didnt redoonded and telling silly stories and i already informed them that until u releive my hold on emi card i want pay emi..

                      But they ignored my words and they have raised bounce charges about 2000 plus without solving my problem.. Still i didnt payed.

                      They should unhold my card and clear bounce charges it all happened without my mistake..

                          I am vigneshwaran j from coimbatore. I took loan from capital first (Now idfc changed). I got two wheeler loan from your finance. My loan no is 18237472 and my mobile no. [protected]. My mobile and father mobile are on only morning 9 clock.. Female executive talk to my father.. My father told 11th november he will pay the loan.. Only one current month due and past month due to be paid. Two days before one guy called spoke that he's manager bhavani.. Now yesterday sunday they threatening my dad.. And calling my friends that he would do something about us.. They are spoiling my reputation in my work place and in my neighborhood friends.. They giving more torture either i will commit suicide.. Bcoz of them... Can't they wait for until eleventh am paying with interest only.. I can't sleep for past three days palani, ravi, and other two ladies especially ram and ravi are ruggedly speaking i can't tolerate

                            I have missed my 1 montly instalment and a guy name arshad is calling me and my office and spoiling my reputation, i have requested them i will be paying my 2 months instalments all together on 2 nov 19 but this guys keeps on calling and giving me threats that if you dont pay now we will not be responsible if anything happens. What the hell does that means.

                                Good afternoon sir/madam i was a good customer of capital first in 2017 i have delayed 3 emi on loan number 11765747 in january executive of capital first visited my home to collect emi i paid him cash of rs 4686/- he said he will send reciept to my email and sms but till date i did not recieved any invoice/reciept my cibil get very low because o[censored]n educated employes of capital first again now i have paid 10795/- rs via i need my cibil to be improve and 1 more 2 wheeler loan number 5518560 which i have paid on time and got noc still showing 12000/-rs in cibil kindly take strict action against capital first

                                    I conveyed many times to please unblock my emi card so that i will pay emi and take loans.. But the idfc capital forst people are playing with me raising bounce charges and blocking emi card.. They are playing with customets as jokers..

                                    Kindly take a action so that the idfc will unblock my card and waive blunce charge..

                                      I m capital first coustomer (Now idfc).. Customer id c-497271, though i m paying emi regularly from 2016, my card is been blocked nor they are raising my credit limit...? Not a single emi default in counsemer loan or personnel loan then also my card is blocked without any reason... Why? This people are not updating my account noe my emi card available limit.

                                        Personal loan a/c no.[protected]
                                        With regard to above loan a/c no., idfc first bank issued two gift vouchers of flipkart by just sending the link on my mobile through message, and by mistakely i clicked on the link and bank without any type of documents and approval, they given me pre-approved loan of rs. 15, 000/-.

                                        By knowing the activation status immediately (By mistakely i have clicked on the link for the personal loan), i have mailed and applied for cancellation of personal loan/ any type of active loan application, but your customer support was very poor and they told that it will take 20-25 days to resolve out the issue.

                                        Now the real problem is that 1st emi deducted for the above mentioned loan of rs.15, 000/- and the emi for the rs.5, 202/-, the bank wrongly deducted rs. 295/- (3 times) as mandate charges for non payment of two emis. Now i have already applied for the cancellation of loan account, it will be not my responsibility in case of any default, as i dont required this loan.

                                        i have paid emi online for september at 3rd sep 2019 & for october at 2nd october but in payment receipt there is no details. Even though payment of emi, recovery team of capital first has called for emi payment. Please update your system.
