Good afternoon sir/madam i was a good customer of capital first in 2017 i have delayed 3 emi on loan number 11765747 in january executive of capital first visited my home to collect emi i paid him cash of rs 4686/- he said he will send reciept to my email and sms but till date i did not recieved any invoice/reciept my cibil get very low because o[censored]n educated employes of capital first again now i have paid 10795/- rs via i need my cibil to be improve and 1 more 2 wheeler loan number 5518560 which i have paid on time and got noc still showing 12000/-rs in cibil kindly take strict action against capital first

    My self vijay kashyap, s/o mr. Satya prakash, address: d-14, baba farida puri, west patel nagar, new delhi-110008. I have mobile no. [protected] and i am using this mobile number since 4 years. From last 2 month i have getting continuously threating call from idfc bank “capital first” for recovery of loan.
    I have never taken any loan from capital first till now. I have already complain in their office and they assured me for correction in their data.
    But i am repeatedly getting sms messages & threatening call by idfc bank “capital first”.
    Please help me i am very upset.

      I conveyed many times to please unblock my emi card so that i will pay emi and take loans.. But the idfc capital forst people are playing with me raising bounce charges and blocking emi card.. They are playing with customets as jokers..

      Kindly take a action so that the idfc will unblock my card and waive blunce charge..

        I m capital first coustomer (Now idfc).. Customer id c-497271, though i m paying emi regularly from 2016, my card is been blocked nor they are raising my credit limit...? Not a single emi default in counsemer loan or personnel loan then also my card is blocked without any reason... Why? This people are not updating my account noe my emi card available limit.

          Personal loan a/c no.[protected]
          With regard to above loan a/c no., idfc first bank issued two gift vouchers of flipkart by just sending the link on my mobile through message, and by mistakely i clicked on the link and bank without any type of documents and approval, they given me pre-approved loan of rs. 15, 000/-.

          By knowing the activation status immediately (By mistakely i have clicked on the link for the personal loan), i have mailed and applied for cancellation of personal loan/ any type of active loan application, but your customer support was very poor and they told that it will take 20-25 days to resolve out the issue.

          Now the real problem is that 1st emi deducted for the above mentioned loan of rs.15, 000/- and the emi for the rs.5, 202/-, the bank wrongly deducted rs. 295/- (3 times) as mandate charges for non payment of two emis. Now i have already applied for the cancellation of loan account, it will be not my responsibility in case of any default, as i dont required this loan.

            This was 28 or 29 september when i called idfc customer care and told them to stop my ecs.. Because i paid from another card they told no sir you should inform earlier... Then i said ok then the amount that i paid.. Please manage it on next ecs and stop ecs.. Then they told ok..

            Today is 6 october still in my account there is 5 emi is pending showing mean while it should be 4.. Because i paid it earlier...

            When they will update u don't know.. Very bad online experience with them... When i want to try call idfc customer care... Then are to much busy frequency... Neither there is call back facilities.. No one to solve my idea.. They are not available on sunday...

            You can start paid customer care service who they free on sunday to connect with you idfc...

            Please update my emi in my account and stop ecs from account i will pay from my card

              I am having idfc capital first cd loan no. 23885817 of airconditioned for an emi of rs. 4100/-. On 01.10.2019 i have got a call from your customer service that my ecs mendate is not validate and i have to deposit my emi manually and on the basis of that word i deposited my emi amount immediately and withdraw my amount from my bank. But on 03.10.2019 i have received this information from my kotak mahindra bank that my ecs is declined due to non availability of funds. Please confirm when you wants to clear this amount through my ecs then what is the meaning of your call and who is responsible for ecs declined charges and my cibil record.

                I had purchased a Flipkart voucer worth 8000/-
                On 22 sept through instaCred, my loan amount is disbursed from my limit and Emi is also charged per month, but Flipkart voucher is still pending .
                When i contacted them, there is no proper response from them, they asked me to wait untill it is activated, even they don't know when will will voucher activated .At the time of purchasing they said me it(voucher code) will be send with in 3 days, but it is more than 3 days still my voucher is pending and emi date is getting closer.
                My issue is not solved due to their inefficient customer service. Please solve my problem asap..

                केपिटल फर्स्ट जो अब IDFC Bank है। इस बैंक से आप यदि लोन लेंगे तो उस समय 14% ROI बोलेगा मगर बाद में 25% ROI लगाएगा। और लोन लेते समय बैंक क्षेत्रीय कर्मचारी blank application form पर हस्ताक्षर कराएगा, 50 जगह हसताक्षर कराएगा। और बोलेगा कि ओफिस में, बाद में भरेंगे।
                मेरे साथ हकीकत में ऐसा किया है ये।

                  This is in regards to my consumer loan 19475509 taken in jan. I took the loan from capital first for an air conditioner in jan. I have paid my emis till may however due to some personal. Loses i could not make the remaining payment. I discussed with your executive last week n told him that will do the total payment on 27th sep after getting my salary. Today i got a call from your collection team stating that they have filed soe legal case agianst me for payment due & they are threating me of sending police at my home address n company address. They called my wife also for the same regards. This is a kind of embarcement which is getting faced by me. I have taken 2 loan earlier which has been already paid n closed but never faced this kind of harrasment. Would request you to look into this matter on urgent basis. As discussed with your team, i will ensure to close the payment on or before 27th sep. I am getting repeated calls from them n they are abusing me.

                          I have cleared my 2 wheeler loan long back. I collected the noc from them. The validity was for 90 days. I could not process for hp cancellation process due to some internal issues and the validity of the noc got finished. But after that i got pre-approved personal loan offer from them. After the loan disbursal i contacted them for reissuing me the noc for my 2 wheeler but they are saying that it cant be issued because you have taken personal loan and we have that policy.

                          It is really strange that why they are not issuing noc (Which they have earlier issued) and what is the connection of personal loan and 2 wheeler loan which is already closed.
                          I am getting very much trouble in selling my 2 wheeler and i am proceeding to the legal action and police complains.

                            You have charged me bounce chargers, there were some issues with my bank, thus i wanted to pay before due date but could not cause of the following reasons.
                            1. I tried logging into your website multiple times but after entering my otp it would be stuck there.
                            2. I even sent an email, no response, even tried calling but it stays on the ivr.

                            I have sent you about 5=6 emails along with multiple attachments, you guys do not reply to it.
                            How do you expect me to make my payments if your own website and mobile app doesn't login?
                            in my email i did mention that my bank was having issues and i wanted to make a direct payment.
                            You guys charged me for a public holiday on top of that you expect me to pay the bounce chargers when your services are not accessible, i request you to talk to me here.

                                Hi all,

                                I am writing this mail to let you know that my ebc is temporarily block and i don't know why.                                   Two-wheeler 18652037 loan's emi has not yet been deducted and in the statement of loan it is shown as the payment received and bounce charges have also been levied. I had ensured a min balance of rs. 10, 000 in my bank account for the sake of emis. The two other emi's have been deducted but this one is not yet deducted but also charges bounce charges 472 which is their mistake. Kindly go through the attached loan statement and bank statement. One of the emi of account 20084565 has been deducted on 1.9.2019 whereas it was supposed to be deducted on 2.9.2019 and also a charge of rs.118 has been levied twice extra. I am feeling cheated. Kindly go through this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

                                    Hi Im Venkatesh, My loan no is 9681913, I had taken a pre-owned car loan on February 2017 and closed the same on July 2019, when I contacted the customer care after closing the loan requesting NOC they told me that I would be getting it within next 15 days. Today is[protected] almost close to 50 days after the loan got closed, Im still following up for NOC but have not got it.
                                    Due to a financial exigency, I wanted to sell off the car but without NOC Im not able to sell it.
                                    Whenever I call the customer care to follow up on the NOC, the executive will be like "ok sir I would take your request now and NOC will be delivered to the registered address within next 15 days" as if that was the first time Im making the request for the same. This cycle has been continuing and I have no idea when I will get the NOC. Kindly help.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have been receiving a call from ms. Pooja[protected] from capital first. First thing she is appropriate, does not know how to speak with customer. Secondly she keep on speaking so badly with me. Also she speak with each of my family member including my father-in-law, brother-in-law etc... She spoke so badly with my wife because of her now i am getting divorce. My reputation is all lost.

                                      I request you to look into this matter. So that at least i can save from getting divorce.

                                        With reference to the above i had taken business loan from capital first in july 2016-17 but due to poor market conditions i am unable to pay the same for last three months due to which there is constant harrasment of recovery agents at my place from your end. Recovery agents have started contacting my friends and relatives and asking them to pay for which i have voice recording also, which is damaging my reputation in the market. Recently my relatives have received call from your call centre number[protected] and asking them to pay for which i have voice recording also.
