Respected officials,
I am are jayaramireddy taken glamour motorcycle in emi plan through capital first. My loan account number is 3780200, and my bank account no is [protected] belongs to sbi chilakaluripeta.
My first emi cash paid on 6/10/2015 to capital first agent for 4454 rupees, and again 4454 rupees is deducted from my bank account also on 8/10/2015 so by this i recognised capital first is taken money two times from me on same month, and they didn't give any information about it before i contact them. After approach also they didn't take any action about it. This entire problem is repeated in april 2016 also. On 13/04/2016 4454 rupees is deducted from my account and the capital first agent came to my home on 26/04/2016 and requested me to pay the cash by hand because of check bounce, and i given cash of 4454 rupees to him. After two days i went to my bank for knowing the reason why my check is bounced but the respected employee of sbi told to me already your amount is deducted on 13/04/2016. So i need proper explanation why they are taking money two times for same month. Problem happens in one month and i given information about it, and again this problem is repeating whey they are not taking any action.

    I am a. Jayaramireddy, and my account is lan 3780200.
    On april 14 of 2016 my emi amount 4454 is deducted from my sbi account [protected] after that on april 26 of 2016 one of your agent came to my home, and he said your check is bounced please pay the money by hand. So i paid 4454 rupees by hand and the receipt no is [protected].. By this i want to conclude that in april month the money is taken two times, i need complete explanation about this problem. Exactly what i want to know is the money is deducted on 14 th april but your agent came to my home by telling the reason your check is bounced and please pay the money so what is the technical problem in this.

      Received a call from mob : [protected] & other was [protected] regarding the loan offer with 12% interest rate with 1% processing fees. And i accept and tel them to process.
      During documentation i have not signed the insurance and some cherity page.
      Now what happen after some days loan is disbursed without varification call, even till date i have not received the letter.
      With 15% interest rate and 2% processing fees and 6 thousand other deduction.

      Till date there is no solution.

        Hello. My name is Sanjit Roy. I had a electronic durable loan from Capital First. Loan account number 4150855. Loan amount Rs. 14250. EMI amount Rs. 1782 from 5th November 2015 to 5th April 2016. I ensured sufficient balance in my bank account. Last month's EMI was not deducted on due date. I've called customer care but they did not help me. The EMI was finally deducted on 11th April 2016. But on 20th April I've received a message stating I have an EMI overdue. I've immediately logged in my Capital First account and it said I had no overdue for this loan. It said the NOC certificate is provided after the loan maturity date. The maturity date was on 5th May 2016. Still now they have not provided me the certificate. Also the online account shows my loan status as ACTIVE even after the maturity. The overdue and subsequent problems were from the end of Capital First. I would request you to solve the problem and help me acquire the NOC. thanks and regards.

          Though my last full and final payment (30000) was made to capital first on 25 -feb-2016 in front of judge in patiala court new delhi but till date i have not received the noc for my loan two wheelar no: 1937009 . I try several times to customer care number of capital first but nothing happen.Your representatives sidharth pandey ([protected]) and virender( [protected]) are not answering my call .What should i do ...
          Before this sidharth conformed me that after 45 days of settlement date i will get my noc vie mail but nothing .I call the customer care no and capital first's web site but result is nothing.

          Please i m requesting to capital first solve my issues soon

          I request you to kindly look in to this matter and advice the capital first to send the noc to my following residence address.

          no ecs pergent and call return ecs

          ecs not pergent my bank two month . june month paid emi by cheq dt 21 june 2013. and same problam july month .ecs not hit my bank a/c . and call your ecs return and odbc charge rs 400. please call my number [protected] and soll my problam

              Loan account number 3874998 i have a loan in capital first as per their terms after 6 months i should receive an emi card, how ever i have spoke to capital first customer care they said it is been dispatched to my communication address on 30 january 2016 and i haven't received yet again called customer care on 2nd may.2016 now they says it will be dispatched . I tracking the docket no. Then they told me it will be return to your company. So what will be do i wont be an emi card by courier anther address. Please suggest me ..

                I have bought 3 consumer products with Capital First where my EMI started from[protected]. Subsequently i have given my IDBI account cheques for ECS. i maintained sufficient funds in my IDBI account to make sure that my cheque won't bounce. However i was shocked by looking in to the message from Capital First on 6th April, 2016 stating that "my cheque was bounced due to insufficient funds". i have called to their customer service number[protected] and asked for a proper explanation on my cheque bounce. They gave another shock to me saying that " My ECS was linked to ICICI bank but not IDBI bank". I have clearly explained them that i have linked my ECS with ICICI bank somewhere in early 2015 and that Loan got closed a way back. I have availed a fresh loan in March 2016 and i have given my IDBI Bank cheque for ECS. The Customer service Executive advised me to visit their branch in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and to meet Ms. Rekha ( as i remember) to solve my problem.

                I have made an online payment for that month EMI and visited their branch on 12th April, 2016 which was Tuesday but into vain. I have visited their branch at 12 p.m and waited till 3 p.m in afternoon. They don't have proper team to manage the things in office. Being weekday, i couldn't mange myself to wait further longer.

                Today i.e.; 4th May 2016, i visited their branch again with a hope that i will get a solution so that i can be tension free for tomorrow. This time i was fortunate enough and didn't waited for hours. Very soon they called my serial number and i walked towards their customer service representative. I spoke to one of the lady and clearly explained my problem. she retrieved my details in her system and gave me another shock here that my ECS was linked with my ICICI account only and she only confirmed that my account was in- active. I argued with her on 2 things.

                1. I have given my IDBI acc for ECS and
                2. while My ICICI account was active how can she confirm it is IN active.

                Here she showed her true colours. She bluntly raised her hands and exhibited her attitude in front of me. She is one such goofiest rep i haven't see till date. With her full attitude she told me to visit the store where i bought the product and meet their branch Head Mr. Srikanth.

                I have been to BAJAJ Electronics, Panjagutta where i bought my product and asked for Mr. Srikanth to one of their rep Mr. Santosh in the branch who processed my application. He showed his concern towards me and verier my details in his system where all by ECS are been linked with IDBI account only. How can be this discrepancy within the same organisation that too a reputated company like Capital First where Mr. Santosh system is showing the correct data and customer service database is wrong???

                Here comes my 4th shock. The lady with whom i have spoken to, in their branch is none other than Ms. Rekha who is branch head. My impression towards her is, she is unfit for her job not by her qualification but by her attitude. At last i reached my home with a assurance that my cheque for tomorrow won't get bounced asa per assurance given by Mr. Santosh and Mr. Srikanth.

                Note: you never believe how much they charge for a cheque bounce. i was charged for twice within same month as Rs. 800. They bounced my cheque for second time wanted and charged me again.

                attaching the statement declaring non existence of account and cheque bounce charges for Rs. 800/- claimed towards one EMI twice in a month.

                Dear Customer care team,

                i got a mail from you stating that my cheque bounce charges are waived off. i would like to reiterate you that i am least bothered about cheque bounce charges. i am very much concerned on what basis my cheques are getting bounced even though there are sufficient funds in both of my accounts (ICICI & IDBI).

                And the account statement which have sent me is nowhere useful to me. i need a letter from you in concrete black & white stating that "Because of few technical issue happened from your side, my cheques got bounced and Capital first will take the solely responsibility in clearing the issue without hampering my cibil because of these cheque bounces." i want these statement to be marked to CIBIL mail id also.

                So request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                  Hi Sir My name is Mark and i got a call from 2 number the first call i got from is +91-[protected] telling me in a abrupt manner that you have taken a consumer loan and your case has been filed against section 138 at the high court as per RBI and we will drag you to court, and he said to call some A. K. Sharma who happens to be a layer from the high court and his number is +91-[protected], when i called him he started shouting at me and threatening me that we will sue you and all, i asked him could i get your licence number since you are a layer he started shouting and telling me we will drag you to court and all, when i told him am not the guy who you want he says no it you dont tell lies. If he is a layer he would not shout but spoken in a normal manner. HE says that if you dont visit the office of Capital First we will take you behind bars and we will sue you and we will jail you for 10years. Sir please look into this matter and if you can call this so called layer and not shout or threaten me as i have the call recordings with me and i can sue him and spoil his career, this is not the way to call someone saying that am i speaking to saurav thomas dcruze where this number [protected] dosent belong to him, you can check this number from the service provider on who's name this number is on. Please sir i would want a resolution for this.

                  I have just visited Vinay company in the Rammurthy nagar to check whether they will give loan to purchase a product .they told Yes. Proprietor Vinay than i have Oder 2 product 1.water filter and 2. refrigerator above details for you. Before down payment he has approved loan of 2 product. Due to sum finalization problem i have taken only one product that is Water filter than i visited the Vinay company i told my problem than he told OK sir we will give the water filter and other loan i il cancel he told than i agree to this point. after one i got a message regrading loan amount.i called to vinay company he told no problem sir .By mistake i have payed 2EMI to the number loan 3649878 .i am request you please give back my respective amount and also they Chargeing ECS around 3216 INR .Please help me

                        I Venkatesh Kattimeni has taken two wheeler loan from Capital First for the amount of Rs.99, 000/- which was sanctioned on 24/08/2014 with Agreement No:[protected] months EMI starting from 05/10/2014 to 05/03/2017) and the EMI was started from 05/10/2014 till date i paid 19 EMI got deducted actually 18 EMI have to be deducted because the reason is I requested for Foreclosure of loan in the month March through customer care(Ph.no: [protected]) and after number times follow up final i got the letter on 28th March 2016 and i paid the Foreclosure loan amount of Rs.48, 092.23 on 29th March 2016 through NEFT from by HDFC Account to Capital First account which they have shared with me at the time of closing the they said me that with in 7 to 8 working days ill resive confirmation saying that my loan has been closed but till date there is no update. Till now i have called customer care people number of times and i send number of mails to them(customer.[protected]@capfirst.com) for every mail i got reply saying that with in 3 working days it will solved but there is no solution till now.

                        Please look in to this and do the needful to me

                          I'm a capital first customer. I've bought many consumer product and it product using my emi card with the credit limit of 80, 000.

                          Card nunber:705195

                          Ive been making payments on time almost for last two-three years without delaying. I didnt miss a single emi during this period. I have one last emi for the month of may. Today on 13th april 2016, i received message from capital first mentioning my card is blocked due to internal policy. Capital first is so very incompetent that they are least botherd to inform their customers well in advance about this. When i called customer care at 11.38am on the same day, i spoke to manish. He was very rude towards me and all he kept on saying is its internal policy which he can't disclose with me. I really don't understand what kind of policy is this which is affecting customers like us. Now it will be unlocked 90 days after clearing all my dues. That means almost 4 months i can't use my card. I asked manish for his manager or supervisor. He kept me on hold and got the same reason which u get in all call centers. "my supervisor is not available and he is in a meeting" i was ready to wait. But he hung up on me. This is really an appalling service..

                          This clearly indicated your level of service. What's kind of email address is this. I hope capital first hires well educated and computer literate people in call center. Correct my email address and send again.

I really don't understand what kind of policy is this which is affecting customers like us. Now it will be unlocked 90 days after clearing all my dues. That means almost 4 months i can't use my card. I asked manish for his manager or supervisor. He kept me on hold and got the same reason which u get in all call centers. "my supervisor is not available and he is in a meeting" i was ready to wait. But he hung up on me. This is really an appalling service..

                          Ive been making payments on time almost for last two-three years without delaying. I didnt miss a single emi during this period. I have one last emi for the month of may. Today on 13th april 2016, i received message from capital first mentioning my card is blocked due to internal policy. Capital first is so very incompetent that they are least botherd to inform their customers well in advance about this. When i called customer care at 11.38am on the same day, i spoke to manish.                           My card is also blocked for no reason, Capital First team why are blocking the card without any intimation or why the card was blocked. Your customer service team doesnt know why its policy except for a reason which states its internal policy.

                          Why are toubling the customers who pay the EMI on time.

                          I have 2 loan going on, out of which i have already closed 1 loan withaout any bouncebacks. Please let us know why the card is been blocked and waiting for 90 days without a reason is stupidity.

                          This will not earn you a good customer relation.

                          Please chnage your policy or you gonna lose customers for sure.

                          I have been using EB Card for morth thn 3 yrs and no emi is pending, went to Croma on the day of Diwali to Buy UHD LED after to finalising the product went to Capital First executive and being told my card is temporarily blocked for no reason.

                          I came back and spoken with customer care executive and aslo marked an email got the same lame reply blocked due to internal policy.

                          I am desperate to know the reason behind temporary blocking of my card.

                            This is prakash, i have loan with capital first in aug 15 2015 for tv, i have paid my regular emi in time but from last two months i am unable to credit the emi amount on 5th, last before month i have credited rs of 3600 in my account on 5th, immediately capital first has deducted the emi with additional charges of rs 225 .This month i have credited my account on 6th and waited for auto deduction but it not happened, and on 11th i have a call from cf executive mentioning that i have to pay the amount, then i have said her regarding auto deduction but she replied saying that technical issue with auto deduction and ended call saying that she will send a person to collect amount of rs 1040.
                            But on 12/4/2016 i paid my due through net banking and it was showing the additional and bouncing charges of rs 800 .
                            The main thing is yesterday night when i went to draw my amount in the bank which i have credited then it was showing multiple deductions of 225 from afternoon even i paid my emi in morning, so i had call with bank executive he replied me it happened with you people, , , , please look to this issue and please credit the deducted amount .

                                        This is regarding my two wheeler loan# 4988974. During the approval, it was agreed that the company would draft ECS starting February 2015. The company failed to submit the mandate to my bank thereby resulting in ECS bounce. When I call them, I was askes to visit their branch to complete formalities. I still did that. I also made payment arrangements and made the payment. Yet I continue rmto receive threatening collection calls. Therefore to me it seems like the company is doing all of this intentionally. The customer service number is usually busy. As I type, I have waited on the line for 48 mins still waiting to be connected to a customer service representative. The nodal officer Nr. Kalpesh Rana does not answer calls. So the only way you can talk to them is when they call you. Bur guess what!! They don't care. They uae words like "it's not my problem". Whose problem is it really then?
