This is a very fraud company. I have sold my i 10 car on 13 may 2018 thru appointment id [protected] at vaishali nagar branch jaipur and they promised me that within 2 hours they will deposit money in my account & for they deducted 1000 rs also but they didn't deposit the money in my account. Also they said cash back of rs 10000 will be deposit in my account within a week but that is also not deposited so far.in spite of regular chasing since last 10 days with cars24 they are daily doing fake commitment & saying it will be done in 1-2 days but nothing is happen. I am really scared how big fraud network this company has. Pl. Keep away urself with such fraud company.

    I sold my wagon r (Ap29q6699) on 15-july-2017 in gatchibowli, hyderabad office. The car’s ownership transfer has not been done even after 10 months.

    I had to relocate to bangaluru and hence went to cars24 just to avoid ownership transfer issues.

    Initially they said 3 months, new owner not in home town etc. Last month they said car was not sold and looking at legal action on dealer.

      When i sold the car, payment of rs 10, 000 was held by cars24...
      And was told within 3 months i will get rs 10, 000 and if not then at end of 3 months payment will be released immediately...

      Post 3 months - i have contacted the branch multiple times, written emails also,
      The branch person just says will be done in 1-2 days... But nothing happens
      I fail to understand why i should run for my own money and go through this mental stress...

        Hi,

        I have sold my car to cars24 on 27th nov 2017. I was promised that the car will be transferred within 90 days but it has been 7 months and car has not been transferred yet.

        I have chosen to sell the car due to surety is given that car transfer is reliable and happen timely.

        Now, the company is not responsive and giving excuses for delay in transferring the car.

          Car got fired near engine after inspecting from cars 24 hsr office. Car condition was absolutely fine. However we are not mechanic's to understand all end to end functions since they tell you inspecting infront of cuatomers. Cars 24 dont take any responsibility of your car however they will do number of car checks all over. My car caught fire within 24 hrs of time after inspection. Rating also minimum u need to provide is 3. So dont consult cars 24. Unless u want to loose money and car

          Hi,
          My car inspection appointment was fixed @ 4 pm on Wednesday 25th july-18 at Dwarka Sec 20. The whole process took more than 90 mins & the price was told me that was unexpected. Therefore I came back. Surprisingly, during my car inspection they misplaced my dipstick, I came to know when I went to CNG pump after 2 days. The area around engine was very bad condition because this oil was spread all around due to dipstick was not there. Immediately, I went to your sec 20 (cars 24 ) office & informed there center incharge about the same but the respond I received was unprofessionally & very pathetic. I was there around 30 mins & it was probably my fault that I was expecting something from him. Dip stick was there before inspection, clearly shown in pic but it was misplaced after inspection. The person who did inspection had a park my car near jungle and also away from the centre. During inspection he went to the centre three or four times and came back to the car, I don't why ?, More over I was not even told that I have to take care of the car's part during this course & did not even check the inspection ended. Its a simple case of carelessness in which there is nothing to be taken care of.
          The loss of this negligence is causing one of your customer, that is what he came for an experience and it was "Unfortunate Occurrence".

            I took an appointment for sale of my car. Accordingly your customer care people have given inspection timings at 10 am on friday 04.05.2018 at your yelahanka branch, bengaluru. However, your concerned persons they have attended my car only after 12 pm and thereafter, they have informed me to wait for confirmation for fixing rate, thereafter i have received message otp number at 3.12 pm, again when i went evening & they have received my vehicle copies of documents, inspite of receiving copies of documents your concerned branch persons they have not at all replied so far. Now inspite of my complaining customer care and calling your branch no body is responding my calls. Hence, i am not interested to deal with you & please return the documents fothwith.               Was planning to sell my car, gave an ad in websites, got a call from cars24 executive, i told him am not interested in selling to you as the value quoted in your website is way too low, but he explained to me that it’s an average vale of the car, and value of my car will be evaluated after inspection, so i agreed. I arrive at the time and date of appointment. On arrival i met one of their executive, with out looking at my car (Forget car inspection) he gave me my car value way too low than the value which i got from their website.
              I just walked out of their office as it was no point to proceed further.

              I got my car inspected on Friday evening in Cars 24 Thane office and was supposed to receive the quote in 30 minutes. Nobody bothered to call me with an update even after informing their service center 2-3 times. They register my complain and assure me a call back in 24 hours but nobody bothers to attend the query. Poor customer service.

                After committing the crime the car was sold to another person in punjab.
                The police in punjab has since seazed the car.

                I went to Car24 Shakti Nagar, Nagia Park, Delhi branch. After the inspection of my car I found my seat bit broken and my car was not starting. They said my car has a battery problem and it has to be push started.

                I took my car to my mechanic and found that the sensor which initiates shelf warms broken.

                  This is in reference to the best price guarantee claim posted on the official page of www.cars24.com, where the customer gets a cashback of rs.5000 if the car is sold at a higher price than what cars24 quote.

                  I'd visited the cars24 showroom at jubilee hills on 2 october 2017, they gave me a best price of rs. 3, 80, 000 for my honda city but i've sold it at rama rao cars, jubilee hills for rs. 4, 00, 000. Now that i'm entitled to the best price guarantee claim, i've contacted the customer care team and sent them the required document and they've assured me that the respective team would get back to me within 24 hours. It has been over 7 months now, but i have never received a revert back from their team not even once, even after making multiple calls and emails.

                  I'd like the concerned team to look into this and resolve the issue at the earliest and also, take necessary actions against this fraudulent company for posting misleading information and fooling the consumers.

                    I sold my car to cars24 - somajiguda, hyderabad in nov 2017. Ownership has not been transferred yet.

                    Customer support is super professional but no progress. Visiting the branch is a very disappointing experience - no proper response, no professionalism at all.

                    I've tried literally everything and nothing has worked. I'm going to file a legal case if this is not answered in a proper way and closed asap.

                      Hi, i sold my car to cars24 in delhi lajpat nagar branch in october 2017 and even after 5 months the cars has not been transferred and customer support is least bothered about answering your queries they just tell you that they are investigating. I have tried my last bit and manage to get in touch with the branch manager if no further action are taken i have to launch a legal complain.

                      I have the same problem. I sold my car in Nov 2017 to Cars 24 - Somajiguda, Hyderabad. Ownership is still not transferred. Calls not answered by branch officials. Visiting the branch doesn't help in anyway, except waiting endlessly for hours.
                      I am facing the same problem from last more than a month for transferring ownership even provided all original documents like RC and paid money to transfer RC ownership. It's really pathetic service of Cars24.

                        I sold my alto at cars24 branch kukatpally on nov 26 2017. They said that they will with hold rs15000 and transfer remaining amount. It's been 3 month and i am yet to receive my balanced amount. I have been following up with the customer care for all this time but, they are not able to provide any proper resolution. I somehow managed to get the complaint number which is 232464. They always promise that issue is with concerned team and we will get a call back within 48 hrs. But pity is they never call and we don't know who is this concerned team and what they are doing with our issue. Really disappointed..

                          I have sold my car toyota innova in lajpat nagar branch Dl 7cg 6158 at the time they told me the bit confrm was 450000 on the deleviery they transferred 410000 only and told me 40000 retained by toyota for some service feedback and all they told me it will get transfered within a day and its the third day i haven’t recevied the payment .                             This company seems fraudulent. My car’s inspection was done at Worli branch and that took them more than an hour. They promised to give me a price within one hour. I got no call for a day. Worst of all I called up customer care, emailed them, and yet no response. Now it seems suddenly everybody disappeared. I spoke with Azhar at the Worli branch in Mumbai. Cars24 doesn’t seem that genuine and handing over the car to them now will be like blind faith and I am not willing to do that. My advice to prospective customers - PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL DETAILS ABOUT YOURSELF. ANY OF THIS CAN BE USED TO YOUR MISERY IN FUTURE.

                              Hi i sold my car to cars24 on dated 30/10/3017. At the time of disbursement of the money the officer sanjeev mishra of dwarka delhi branch said that as the car's registration city is noida and i am selling the car in delhi so they will retain rs10, 000 and will disburse the same when rc will get transfer or in 90 days whichever comes earlier.
                              Now it is more than 130 days and i have not yet received the money.
                              Whenever i contacted sanjeev i got the response as the car is still lying in our dockyard.
                              Am i responsible for all this? I want my 10, 000 back in 2 days else i have an aggrement where all this is mentioned with the company's seal. I will take a legal action against the company and there owner's for making false promises/commitments.

                                On 24th jan i sold my car (Ka51me403) to cars24, the who attended me was prasad and the manager was akshay khosla. Quote provided for 1.76 lakhs but when the final payment was done it was for 1.70 lakhs. I was surprised as you claim that you are give the best price of an old vehicle but it is nowhere mentioned that you guys cheat your customers like this. Have some sense of responsibility to the society and stop cheating people. And if your guys are incompetent then fire them, they don’t deserve to be in the client facing roles!

                                  non-transfer of rc book even after 90 days of sale

                                  Dear sir
                                  I sold my car to cars24 on november 11, 2017, however, even after 90 days the rc is yet to be transferred. While the cars24 clearly mention that the liability of the vehicle is transferred to them, to the owner, unless the rc is transferred it remains a burden.
                                  I have been following with their call centre as there is no other channel through which can be reached. However, the response is always cryptic that the complaint...

                                  I sold my Scorpio (reg no. AP28CF6234) at Cars24, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telengana sometime in September 2017. I was told that the car ownership would be transferred to new owner within 90 days. But, so far the ownership is not transferred. I have written many times asking for an update, but they are not very responsive in giving feedback or addressing the issue.

                                  To worsen the things, few weeks back, someone called me, who bought the car, saying that he purchased the car, but ownership is not transferred to his name. He also mentioned that he met with an accident, and wanted me to help him claim the insurance money, as both the car ownership and insurance were still on my name.

                                  I decided to sell my car at Cars24, because, i was worried if i sell my car to some dealer, they may not take care of paper work properly, but I am very disappointed in the way Cars24 is handling my case.

                                    My name is shaik abdul azeem,, i recently sold my car ford figo in cars24 in hyderabad kukatpally branch in novemeber 2017... I got inspection of my car on last date of cashback availablity... Then due to less price they reauctioned for many times it takes two days but still they offered same price after 2 days... Finally they said they will ask about cashback to management and revert back so they confirmed that cashback is available to me as i inspected my car on cashback offer date.. So based on cashback only i sold my car... I repeatedly said to them that due to cashback offer only i was selling they said yes and took my car... The persons who are there on that time are mr sharat and mr chiranjeevi manager.. They given written statement saying cashback will be released after noc submission.. Now today everthing has done now i am asking for cashback but the persons who are there before were left job new persons are appointed in that branch like mr akshay and mr prasad... They said i am not elgible for cashback as i sold car on next dates of cashback offer, but before sharath and chiranjeevi promised that they spoke to management and they confirmed that as i inspected vehicle on cashback date i was eligible... So i request cars24 team to look into it orelse i have to take neccessary actions as i have complete proofs,, like written statements and call recordings.

                                    I spoken yesterday also they said its internal issue..the previous employees given me fake promises to many people so they were removed..and now they are telling they are not gurantee about cashback...
                                    Is this the way cars24 behave with customers???because of internal issue shall we loose our money???which was promised while selling car...so request to management to take serious action regarding this and release cashback amount.

                                    Im waiting for your response team..replying for 1 time wont resolve isssue...I spoken today also to manager he said that buy date is 26th as cashback is available upto 24th...But i inspected my car on 24th only...I asked many times if the cashback is available to me then only i will buy car...they said they spoken with higher officials and confirmed that as i inspected my vehicle on 24th i was eligible for cashback..So i request management resolve this issue...Whats wrong from my side???I handed over car as i was asked at given time...and they promised me to give cashback they given written statement also..now due to internal issue should i bare loss???Why should i bare loss..You guys promised me to give cashback but now saying internal issues and misscommunication from their end...so after selling car saying like that means cars24 is loosing customers TRUST and Customers SATISFACTION...please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I am an existing resident of sjr equinox i would like to bring to your notice notice that your employees outside the gate have been fighting with person and shouting at him saying speak in kannada else leave the place he can be any of a normal customer so it is advisable to check the behaviour of your employees and the way they talk to any person outside maybe insight office they can be very isn't an educated but outside the premises not the case it's a case of 11:30 a. M sjr centre. Since you are a customer oriented business shouting loud speak in kannada girls leave in front of your office looks very derogatory.

                                      The guy in the blue dress is still arguing with the gate keeper on kannada language speakers in the image that i have attached
