This is regarding pending amount of Rs. 11500 against ID [protected]. I had sold my Alto LXI(UP16 U0370) on 18th Feb 2017 in CARS24 gachibowli branch with a promised amount of Rs.83000.
As per company policy Rs. 63000 was given within a weeks time and Rs.20000 was kept on hold until complete transfer of car ownership. I was supposed to get remaining Rs.20000 in next 1 month (i.e. by 20th march 2017) but was given only Rs. 8000 till...

We had many disturbing calls from CARS 24 .They persuaded us to believe that our car would be sold at 50, 000 or above.we provide all the true details related to the car.At the meeting point they had an altogether different response by offering Rs16000 only.Just reaching the meeting point was too tiring and a pain.
We had to use two cars since if the car had been sold there would be no way of returning.both money and petrol was wasted...

They will do inspections of your car take pic without your no plate and post it in their website..

They have their own registered car dealers who then bid for your car in 30 mins allocated.

Once auction/bid is over them the sales person discloses you the amount.

I have very bad experience for cars24 when i have visited at cars24 r r nagar, bangalore by pre-appointment on 10th may 2017 to sell my old car wagon r.
I got a message from the company that gifts worth rs. 3000/- if i bring my car for inspection and gift of rs. 24000/- if i sale the same.
I was informed that 30 minutes time for inspection and another 30 minutes time to get the price.
I have lost my 2 hours time for inspection...

Sold my car to Cars24 (Gachibowli Brach) on Mar/05. I clearly told Cars24 that my intention was to buy new car. But they purchased the car and didn't transfer the car to the company ownership till now.

I had visited cars 24 office on 21st March, 2017 to sell my Tata Zest Car, they first told me that there is a procedure that we will inspect your car for 30Minutes than we will upload the information online and our partners will bid for 20minutes, after that the final bid will be our purchasing price and you need to decide whether you want to sell it or not at that price. I have an appointment @Gachibowli Hyd with appointment#[protected] on Feb10 2017 12:00 PM. I was on time and the team has inspected my vehicle for 30 mins and created a detailed report of my vehicle and all set for online auction with that report.

Their entire selling premise is "Sell your car in 30 mins".
You should be clear that if you're selling to them, you will get a lower price than you could otherwise from an end-user. After all, there's a trade-off between ease of selling and price - and I was quite willing to take the hit, as I wanted the payment quickly.

This company is a big fraud. I went for a inspection of my car after getting a quote from one of the dealer which was little less. This company claims that they will give you best price in the market but internally it ruins your market.they do not maintain the confidentiality of your vehicle and approach all the dealers with their price quote thereby leaving no room for you to sell the car to dealers as they already know every thing now and...

The executives of cars24 Bangalore B Narayanpura branch are totally having zero knowledge of cars & very inefficient in dealing with cars.
Especially the Lady Manager don't have a 1% knoweldge of cars & their specifications & is sitting in that Position.
They have priced my car value very less but I sold my car 3 times the price they proposed.

Cars24 is a sham. While they quoted attractive price online, when I visited them the car price is reduced to peanuts. They kept calling me assuring that they will increase the price and offer me best rates. Since I was in a hurry to sell the car, I agreed to sell it after 1 week of their peanut quotation. All documents provided, token payment of 10 k was made by cars 24to freeze the deal.I submitted all documents signed and delivered the car. 2 hours later I get a call that my deal was cancelled and to return the 10 k and take back the car. No reason provided for canceling the deal. Pathetic service and so much of run around, inconvenience and loss of time. Do not Trust them. Will never suggest their service to anyone....
