I had purchased used car maruti ertiga dl2cap 4457 from cars24 vasant kunj branch in the month of august. I made full payment and was told to me that rc will be transferred to our name within 45 days.

Since, i have been in regular touch with cars24 team and spoken to different-2 spoc. But nothing is favouring me. They have been giving me false assurance.

Had booked an appointment for car inspection on 19th oct at 6 pm. On the same day i was getting the reminder call and even text messages and finally got the msg at 5pm that within 1 hour cars 24 executive vl reach. But very disappointed to say that when i called the cars 24 customer care he was saying that due the 19th oct is holiday on the occasion of dussehra, the executive can’t come.

I hv sold my tata tiago car on 18.10.18 to kalyan branch. I have submitted all papers and my car to them. I need urgent payment so they charge me rs 1000 extra for instant payment but still now i have not received any payment from cars24. I have only received sms that your payment is credited in your bank on 18.10.2018. I have call help line numbers twice but they say u will get call back from our team. Still no call back no money nothing....
