I sold my car to cars24 on november 11, 2017, however, even after 90 days the rc is yet to be transferred. While the cars24 clearly mention that the liability of the vehicle is transferred to them, to the owner, unless the rc is transferred it remains a burden.
I have been following with their call centre as there is no other channel through which can be reached. However, the response is always cryptic that the complaint...

I had an appointment with car 24, plot no 24, dwarka, sec 20, near toyota showroom, new delhi-110075 at 1500 hrs. On reaching store i approached company employee and informed him about my appointment. I was called in and i was asked for expected price of my car price. He never did the process which was explained in commercials and website.

There was no technical evaluation of the vehicle as promised by the company's commercials...

I sold my car (appt id:[protected]) in the Domlur, Bengaluru branch and then referred my friend who sold her Grand i10 on the 27th october 2017.

As per the company policy i was elligible for a referral bonus INR 5000 which still has not been paid to me and it been more than 2 months since my friend sold her car.

Inspite of multiple emails, phone calls and visits the company has not yet paid the referral amount....

I had referred my friend and he sold his car at cars 24. As part of the referral program, cars 24 had to pay a referral amount of 5k inr, within one month. It has been more than 3 months now and they are passing the buck.

I had very bad experience with Car24 branch pimpari chichwad branch pune, they called me many time even i told them the price which they shown me on their website i won’t able to go but they force me to come will give the best than that and after reaching there they said to inspect car its will take one and half hour but they taken 2 hour after that they given me the rate 25 K in next day which was unexpected even on their website was 85...

I went for selling of my car to car 24 lajpat nagar delhi office on 18.11.2017. The mechanic has drived my car rashly and after evaluation when i returned home i realised that my car's clutch plate was very hard. Car24 evaluation process resulted this problem. I have cntacted mr alam but he has not listened to my complaint.
This is pathatic. My well maintained clutch system was damaged and i will have to bear cost of its repair/replacement...

For my car which was about 16yrs and 9months old, when i went to cars24 shop in c. R. Park, new delhi-110019, i was told this will go as scrap and i was offered rs 17000/- in aug, 17 by one sh javed akhtar.
