Hi this kandasamy i'm a dealer dealer from tamilnadu actually i send one rtgs to wrong account number last fight last 10 days i am trying to connect your that account also our cars 24 one of the dealer. I'm also give complaints to sale executive mr. Javeed he also forward to some his hierarchies. But now also i didn't get any reply from your side. Kindly contact me my contact number[protected]. Raise the complain to tollfree and mail to car24 also but no one didn't reply me now also.

    Dear sir,
    My name is vishal saluja and i sold a silver hyundai accent dl 4cr 6866 to your janak puri branch. The agreed price with your staff was rs. 27000 net to be transferred to my account. I live in dubai and have been following up with mr arjun sreedharan from the corporate office. Now i see that only rs. 24500.00 has been transferred to my account. We still have no proof or any documents provided by arjun. He lied to us saying that he will courier the original documents to the registered address and still haven't received them. Car was taken on the 11/12/2018 and today after 15 days we have not received the complete money and no documents. We would like you take strict action on this and give our sale documents and balance money. My mobile number [protected] and email is [protected]@yahoo.com.

      Hi i had gone to cars24 kandivali east mumbai a week back to have my ford figo petrol inspected for sale. They inspected the car and put it up for auction. Offered me a price of 1.18lacs which was the lowest offering from any vendor who had seen my vehicle. Obviously i was not interested as the price was below expectation and i walked out. Received a call from their mumbai regional office asking me the reason for backing out and i was blunt enough to tell them that their prices are surly not the best and to not misguide customers by advertising the same. The lady who called me asked me my expectation and i told her 1.50lacs. She told me that she will get back after 2-3 days and called me up yesterday 21-12-18.
      I was delighted when she told me that cars24 is offering me a price of 1.43 lacs all inclusive of transfers etc and will charge me 1k as service charge which i agreed to. She took all my details again on whats app (Pan/aadhar/car docs) and offered to transfer a token amount to my account in some time.
      Later again got a call from her and was told that as my car was on loan previously and the noc (Validity 3 months) has expired and i have not transferred the rc to my name but still hypothecated to the bank i will need to ask the bank to issue a new one and submit the same which i confirmed after speaking with the bank. She again informed me that an amount of 5k will be kept on hold from the final payment i was ok with then again got a call and the security amount went up to 10k and then 25k which i said if i get in written was ok with.
      In the morning today she again called and told me that the internal process has a change and only after cars24 ho gives a go ahead with all clearences in place within 48 hours will the entire amount of 1.42lacs be transferred but i will have to submit all documents and the car to them. This was astonishing and i told her that any customer is not crazy to do this without any payments. After discussing for a few minutes her senior ankit came on line and repeated the same thing and i responded by saying if the processes of a company can change three times since yesterday how do they want to gain a customers trust.
      Really sorry to say i found this to be very weird and untrustworthy.
      After going through so much the deal got cancelled and time wasted.

      I work for one of the largest companies in india and our business only strives on trust and faith and all our processes defined very transparently for the customer.

      Need cars 24 management to look into this and have corrected, come back to me with a solution and also compensate me for loss of time and mental agony.

        Hi,
        I sold my car as scrap on the advice of the Cars24 person at Vashi office.
        After somedays i was supposed to get my car chasis# plate so i can go to RTO and complete the formality of scrapping my car.
        I have tried calling their customer care as well as emailed to the people who dealt with me at this center. But they don't even bother to respond to atleast suggests when will i get it.
        Their customer support is more interested in taking the feedback for the service but when you ask them to help with issue I am facing they just give false promises of calling back.

        Also nowhere on the sales document given to me mentions it that I have sold my car as scrap to them. Not sure if it will create issues at the RTO when I go for completing the formalities.

        The company seems to be more interested in giving TV ads but going poor in customer service..specially once you have sold your car to them.

          I sold by hyndai eon car. My appointment is [protected]. I was told that money would be transferred instantly with a deduction of 1000rs then i was told that it will be a deffered payment and it will be credited with in 24 hrs. Till now there is no payment made and i submitted all my documents. Agent tarun and ankit from janak puri branch told me sir it is a very smooth process.. First of all the price was not gud but still i agreed and second they told me money would be in ur account instantly and then they told me by the end of the day it will be credited... Fake promises

            I'm a channel partner of car's 24 with i'd 58960 who bought a swift car from car's 24 auction with appt id [protected] which has serious issues of rust underneath the driver and passenger seat's rear seat, underneath of dashboard which is a pure sign of flooded vehicle.
            It has auctioned as non flooded vehicle i found this after getting delivery. I have raised complaint in various ways with your staffs and call centre which they are not accepting my queries. I left the car at car's 24 chennai velachery yard with documents. I need justice. Hope i will get it from the concern.

              One of the worst service provider, they are basically cheater because they wont give you estimated price given on their own website and there people told us that they will give more than estimated.

              I reached there after drive 300+ kms from my city to ahmedabad naroda branch, they took my three hours and tell me that price will give you tomorrow between 11 to 11.30 am (Mr. Parvez).

              And i returned to my town, but next day there is no call from branch, than i called to cars24 and told story, than after one hour i received call from mr. Parvez and he told me what is you expectation? I told him that on you website its 12.23 lac, but i can comfortable between 10.5 to 11 lac. He told me he will call me after an hour but no call till days end.

              Then next day i again call to customer care and told my concern, and same after 1 hrs mr. Parvez call me and give the price which is 50% lesser than given price, where no one can sell.

              Even i received 10.75 lacs on olx locally.

              They are really cheaters and waisting of time.

              Please don't go there and if you have a car at more than 2 lac value, i think they cant handle more than two lac value.

              Very baaaaaddddd experience, they are pathetic, lair, and irresponsive.

              Please dont go.

              Sell on olx, best platform to sell. Everything without any hassle.

              Cars24 just harassing peoples.

                I had deal with car24 wherein they finalise the deal for rs /-163000 . Since I had an outstanding loan of rs 168489/- they said they will hold amt of rs 20000/- and I need to pay difference amount of approx rs 31000 and balance payment will made by car24 to Magma finance.
                I made the payment next and it's been 1 month car24 has not made the payment. Twice they said they made the payment but still payment not received by Magma and also they are responding very late due to which my credit rating is hampered and Magma has taken my car and money and still not made the payment.

                  Hi, i sold my car ka06m9631 to cars 24 on 10th november 2018 and delivered the car on 15th november 2018 with a late delivery charge of 1000 inr.
                  Now the payment was supposed to be made by 17th november 2018 as i had opted for deferred payment, which cars24 had agreed to do so within 48 hours.
                  But the payment was made only on 19th november 2018.
                  I had a standing instruction setup assuming the payment would be made by cars 24, which failed and i had to cut a sorry figure to my payee.

                  Why is late delivery of car charged and not the late payment?? I need a compensation for this issue caused by cars 24.

                    I sold my car (Maruti ritz) to cars 24, mumbai goergaon branch on 18th february 2018. At the time of taking delivery of my car, i was promised by the sales executives (Including the one named suresh sen) that the transfer of ownership of the car will be done by cars24 within 60 days. They took my signatures on all rto related transfer papers on 18th february 2018 itself. It has now been more than 270 days and my car ownership has not been completed by them.

                    Despite my repeated follow up with the organization on below matter, my complaints seem to be falling on deaf ears.

                    I want cars24 to trasnsfer car ownership from my name asap.

                      Cars24 has been a really poor experience today at the indirapuram branch. We spent the entire day trying to get the car valuated - got a price that was definitely not competitive but still agreed since we were in a hurry to sell. After completing all paper work (Even giving sales invoice) the staff tel us they can’t honour the price quoted to us as the dealer backed out!!! Now they can only offer about 30000 lesser. This when their valuation is supposed to be valid for 24 hours. And why should it be the customers problem if they do not have a way to get a dealer to honour his bid? And if they can’t why do they tell the customer that the valuation is valid for 24 hours?? Just so unprofessional - after a full day of being taken for a ride, staff just shrug and say they can do nothing and i have to accept 30k lesser or walk out. I decided to walk out. It’s not about the money as much as it is about the ethic you would expect a company to demonstrate. Worst experience ever!

                        My dealer id. Has been blocked for the last five days and no any response from your side or even the from my rm. Mr. Neeraj bisht (Mumbai branch – ghatkopar), even though after me calling him asking for the response sent to him with all proof.
                        The reason shown while me placing the bid shows it is blocked due to rc not being uploaded of the previous vehicles, whereas nothing pending from our end as shown in app also.
                        Writing on this platform with full unpleasant situation as this has been the second time, the first time it took more than 25 days to resolve.

                          Hi,

                          I had been to cars 24 yesterday evening. They did a 45 min check up. And said in 24 min u will get ur quote. But after 5 min he said not much bidders so tomorrow morning he will say be at 10:30. At 10:00 i got a call from another seller (Third party with whom i checked the car price earlier) telling me that he already knows i took the car24 checkup yesterday and he knows the price what cars 24 is going to offer.
                          That surprised me that how a third party knows the price bidding that happens within cars 24.
                          Later after repeated calls to cars 24 at 2pm i hear from cars 24 the same price the third party had booked with me.
                          What a breach a trust and cheating.

                          I read lot of reviews earlier but this seriously is my own experience.
                          I had put complaint to cars24 and lets see what they do.

                          Above all they take 45 min check up and share a price that a car mechanic just takes 5 min and share u a price. How much ironic is this.

                          And believe me the car driver from cars 24 who drove was horrible. Its want more than half a km and i felt if he had driven my car for more than 2 km my car would have completly gone to scrap.

                            I satti balaji reddy appointment id [protected], sold my old maruti 800 car to car24 for rs 16965/- dated 25 oct 18.in which car24 transferred rs 1000/- on 26 oct 18 at 13:34 hrs as a token amount through imps payment mode (Req id 231942) and same amount credited in my bank account.
                            Again car24 transferred rs 15965/- dated 26 oct 18 at 18:35 hrs as delivery amount through imps payment mode (Req id 231945), but till date rs 15965 has not been credited in my account.

                            Kindly let me know what is the reason rs 15965/- has not been credited in my bank account. Take necessary action and credit my rs 15965 in my account as soon as possible. [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                              I have visited cars24 show room in nagarabhavi in bangalore on 30-oct-2014 at 330 pm for my car insoextion
                              I took my hyundai creata car i want to sell for inspection after taking appointment
                              They have checked cat and test drive and sarisified and said it was in excellent condition
                              Will put up for auction and after receiving quote will inform me
                              Asked me to wait it may take min 30 min or more
                              Since i have a to catch a train could not stay and asked them to call me to inform the next steps
                              No call received so far
                              I have called multiple times the toll free number they said they will get back with 48 hours and so far no message
                              Not sure if you people are inetersted or not
                              If you have any clarifications could have asked me
                              If not interested for any reason could have told me
                              If there is any issue could have contacted
                              Please let me know if interested or not

                                I had really bad time with cars 24. They make all false promises. They told me that my deal will be locked the moment i decide and they will make token payment. It did not happen for a day. The customer representative deepak was execeptionally bad. He kept promising everything without even knowing whether that was possible or not. First of all he kept telling my wife that we should not go to any other dealer because they cheat. Then he told me that if i opt for "instant payment" i will get the money within one hour of handing over the car. I opted for it and paid rs 1, 000 extra - its been 36 hours and i am yet to receive the money. He suddently vanished and stopped taking calls. With no option left, i called customer service, they had no solution to offer and said will revert to me. Its more than 24 hours since anyone has reverted. My money still remains unpaid. Pathetic. Will never go to them again.

                                  After token the delivery not been taken by iocl gurgaon branch, and suggested me to cancel the deal, because of the staff shifted to another branch and related documents submitted by me has not been available in iocl branch.

                                  Now i got the mail to return the token amount within 2 days, what a professionalism.

                                  The complaint was registered by me on 24 oct-18 and no any action taken till date by concerns of cars24.

                                    Home inspection was done for my car and i was charged rs.199/
                                    When asked for a receipt, the rep said its all online, and you will get an sms.
                                    I was informed within 2-3 hours, i will get a quote.
                                    But, i did not get any call. I called back the rep number of times, he never answered the phone.
                                    I called the cars24 customer care 3 times, they said someone will call and resolve it.
                                    But i did not receive any call
                                    This home inspection is a pure scam.
                                    They are just making money out of it.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had purchased used car maruti ertiga dl2cap 4457 from cars24 vasant kunj branch in the month of august. I made full payment and was told to me that rc will be transferred to our name within 45 days.

                                      Since, i have been in regular touch with cars24 team and spoken to different-2 spoc. But nothing is favouring me. They have been giving me false assurance.

                                      However, today and yesterday i wrote email to [protected]@cars24.com but no response received from cars24 office. It seems that they are not giving exact status to the customer. They are just playing with their commitments.

                                      In addition to this, today i called to customer care and customer care put my call on hold more than 10 mins. I waited more than 10 mins but they didn't turned up again in the call.

                                      Please suggest if leagal notice is fine ttake strict action. So that they will provide the correct information to customer.

                                        I have sold my car to cars24 on july 5th 2018. (Appt Id : [protected]) Till date (23th oct) i have not received any update from them about rc. When i inquire about my car status they said it will take upto 90 days.
                                        I contacted them several times but they are saying RC transfer is under process. (which we can see on website also) First agent tell me it will take 90 days for RC transfer. After completion of 90 days he says it will take 120 days. Today i called customer care agent he says it may take upto 180 days to transfer the RC. They have no solution for delay in RC Transfer.
                                        I am not getting any response from the local agent at Jaipur where i sold my Car.
                                        This company is cheating people with high promises. They take at least 5 hours to complete the sales process but lie that they can do it in 30 min.
                                        I will never recommend cars24 in future. Worst experience of selling my car better to sale on olx.

                                        Hi! Apologies for the delay. In some rare cases, it takes a little longer to transfer the RC as sometimes it takes a little longer to find a buyer for the car. Rest assured n the interim, your car is safe in the inventory. You will receive a formal email for the same as well.
