I got a mail for inspection and got the details and quoted me the price from 78000 to 120000
I told it is tamil naidu registration with noc
They told it is not a problem and minimum you would get this amount. I was happy and went there and waited for 2 hours. After 2 hours they come to me and tell 40000 and i might need to pay 20000 for noc cancel and road tax extra and need to pay from 40000. So it might get 15000 for a zen...

Numerous phone calls and emails to your sales representative and customer care have been made and have not received any response from your end. I sold my creta car at hyderabad malakpet branch on july 5th, then they hold some amount hold due to noc and challana payment.

We cleared challana payment on july 8 th, but till today they didn’t release challana heldback amount 15500 around.

Every day i called to branch and asked there persons but they didn’t respond.

This is not fair at all.

This e - mail is about sharing my horrible expericence at cars 24 hauz rani branch delhi. I walked in to cars 24 on 25th july-18, for inspection of my hyundai - i-20 car at 4:30pm, without knowing that appointment is important. One of the staff standing out, said go inside and sit, we will inspect your car in 10 minutes. Inside i see there is huge rush of people already waiting, till that time i still did'nt know...

I had sold my car through them more than a year ago. The only reason i sold thru cars24 was that they assured they will send me details of person in whose name the car will be transferred. However, till date the details have not been received. Infact the car has been sold by cars 24 as i am getting messages for service being undertaken on the sold car.

Without a valid transfer i will be deemed liable if anything happens due...

They will say everything to us. We will give u best price like all this words but friends dnt belive them they all are layers. Dnt trust them. First u go and see with ur eyes. Hi, i had used the services of cars24 to sell my car, hyundai, eon. The whole process took lots of time and then after some conversations this was rectified and was back in track. I have handed over the vehicle and also the documents but am still to receive outstanding amount.
Even after repeated followup have not received any revert. Do not expect such service from a reputed service provider. This is like breach of trust....
