Sold my hyundai i10 mangna to car24, banaglore branch

Address: 2nd floor, 363/4, krishna arcade, near meenakshi mall, hulimayu pai layout, bannerghata main road above hdfc bank opposite chaitanya techno school, bengaluru, karnataka 560076, india

In mid of may 2018.

Its been now 5 months, and i've still not got rc book transfer.

When i mailed them, they said the car is already been sold :

Its been more than 45 days for sure, and when i mailed them 4 days back, they didn't revert, looks like they stopped revering to mails.

This is not a good services expected out of car24.

I just don't understand one thing .. when you said 2 months back that you sold my car, then why the RC has not been transferred?
So either you giving wrong info to me or either you don't know what going on.

    I have sold my car to cars24 on july 4th 2018. Till date (12th oct) i have not received any update from them about rc. When i sent an inquiry about the status in august they said i need to wait for atleast 90 days. A week back i sent them another query but have not received any response. I am frustrated the way they are handling my case.

    Right now i have no clue about my car. I need full details about rc transfer. I need them to close this case asap.

    This company is full of marketing and its cheating people with high promises. They take atleast 3 hours to complete the sales process but lie that they can do it in 30 min. The sales person always maintained the rc transfer process will be done in 25 days but the customer care does not have any time frame.

    Moreover they charged me 1500 late fee during the transaction which i should not be. I have clearly told the sales guys that i will be in a position to handover the car after 5 days from the date. They talk reassuringly about managing to waive late fees but later blame the system for the late fees without any accountability. Looks like they are all nicely trained to cheat customers.

    I will never ever recommend cars24 in future. Don't fall for marketing gimmicks. Not a good company

      I have sold my car to cars24 on 4th august 2018. An amount 20000 was kept on hold for rc transfer. Even after two months no response from company. Further, the executives are not responding to my calls. I made several calls to customer care, but i got only assurance and no actions. I have submitted whatever the documents requested and signed the necessary documents for rc transfers. Request to solve the issue.

        Hi team,

        I have sold my car mh14dt0853 in cars 24 hinjewadi branch on 10th september 2018. Appointment id: [protected]. Bhagyashree was the executive at that time. I got the all the amount except rs.20000/- which was held back for noc. I have send the noc and form 35 to cars 24 hinjewadi branch and the same has been received by the executive on 8th oct 2018 and she has processed it. She mentioned that the process is completed and the amount should be credited to my account on 9th oct 2018.

        I have been calling the branch and the excecutive but no response from them since yesterday. Today also there is no response. I have not got the amount in my bank till now. Now i got a automatic mail saying that to submit noc in 3 days other wise the rs. 20000/- will be forfeited.

        I have already sent the noc and the same has been received by the branch. I feel cheated now i am not sure where my amount is and also no one is responding. I also called the customer service but they took the complaint and after that no response.

        Please help me on this other wise i will have to go with legal way that will ruin the company reputation. I believe cars 24 is reputed and customer friendly. I believe they should not break trust of someone. I had personal commitments with that amount yesterday but the executive just bluffed.

        Please help me on this.

            We won bid of subject car (Wagon r 2005). We deposited the required amount but three days passed but the car is not delivered to us. (We paid the delivery charges). We have been trying hard to contact the concerned persons via phone calls but no body is picking the phone namely mr akash srivastava, mr jason n madam sonam. Now at about 3.00pm we could able to contact to mr jason. He informed us that car could not be delivered because car is not in running condition starter is not working.in bid/documents it's not mentioned. Now he says come and get the delivery of car or deposit rs 2400/- and get the delivery of car at our door step by crane. Now my question is that nothing is mentioned in the bid that car is not in running condition or starter is not working then why should we pay the crane charges? It is just misleading and loot.

              I want to cancel the deal

              Hi, i got my can evaluated but now i'm not interested in selling my car. I got 1000 rupees token amount.

              But now to cancel the deal they are asking me 10k which is not fare. I wasn't told about the cancellation procedure before. This is fraudulent activity.

              I spoke with the executive but they are not willing to co-operate. I told them i'll go to consumer court /legal but they said i can do whatever i want. br...

              I have sell my car i10 thru your representative mr. Aziz from gurgaon and delivery of the car was given on 03.10.2018 at your vaishali nagar branch to sh. Ajay singh. As per terms the payment is to be received by me within 48 hours and no payment received till now. Moreover mr. Aziz is neither picking up the mobile nor give any reply to my msg sent to his number thru whatsapp today. Finally i lodged a complaint to your toll free number and the ticket number is 21257 dated 05.10.2018 at 18.40 hrs and the person contacted is sh. Vikram. Now please credit the balance amount of rs.2.21lac immediately along with delayed interest @18% till the payment is actually actually credited in my a/c. Sh. Vikram has assured me that he has raised my concern to the team and resolve this issues immediately. Please reply me immediately.

                  I praveen nischal my register mobile number is [protected] yesterday i visited at car24 branch with my appointment at 3 pm, after reaching the branch at 2:45 pm person took my application id and marked as checked in system, after few time when i asked for my car for inspection people said i have to wait for 1.5 hour after that number will come and when i told him that i have an appointment at 3 pm he said that their is long que in between so what is benefit of taking appointment day before and wasting our time with car24 i will never recommend to any one about this.

                    I have purchased a honda city white color on 14.08.2018 @rs. 513000/- with registered no. Dl13c5751 from car24 branch vasant vihar. Some written commitments due to some irregularities in the car at the time of purchasing was given but the same not fulfilled and made me harassed by not responding even my phone calls even after paid all cost of the car, then i visit ur vasanth vihar branch again than i was given following written commitment via email:

                    "key - will be provided to you by wednesday-05.09.18
                    2. Stereo reimbursement money equal to rs 3000/-will be compensated through rtgs/imps/neft subject to receiving the cancel cheque from mr shyam - by thursday-06.09.18.
                    3. We will provide the missing tool kit by 10.09.18 at customer address"

                    Key and stereo provided as above scheduled time but tool kit and car registration certificate (Rc) not handed over me even after pasts more than 1.5 month.
                    Mr. Ritesh and mr. Rizwan from ur marketing team committed all.
                    I experienced an unprofessional behaviour from car24, i have all things in written from ur side which has not been fulfilled. Now i am lodging this complaint here. If i will not get response of my complaint within a week, i will no option left to move to the hon'ble court.

                      I have purchased a alto k10 from car 24 branch in month of june. They have promised me to provide all the documents with in the 15 days but its going to be three month, they do not provide me any document of car, they do not attend my phone, they also bonded my 10000rs for security purpose. They are lying, they are fraud. I am tired to calling them. If they do not provide me the whole document immediately surely i will go to the consumer court

                        No-one give attention after booking car. And they don't pickup call after booking otherwise before i booked car they continually calling but when i booked no one pick calls and even no one talking and waiting soo much so plzzz don't purchase cars from vasant square's branch. And they committe wrong when i booked they gave me thursday bt when i go to the branch they says. Sir we can't deliver today we can deliver monday so this so disgusting and i never come back for this branch

                        I sold my car through CARS24. An amount of INR 5000 was retained and I was told the day the car is given away on submission of original RC the money will be released. 2 weeks since the car was taken the money has not been released.

                          Dear car24,
                          I am writing you to draw your attention towards the sale of a defective car to me. I approached your vasant kunj office for purchase of a used car and selected zen estillo 2009 model haiving registration no. Hr-26az-0460 and took delivery on 3.9.2018 after full and final payment of rs. 1, 05, 000/-. At the time i was told that the car is perfectly ok and there is no major problem in the car. But now when i t the car inspected from the mechanic after facing some problem while driving i come to know that the car condition is not that good. There are various major issues such as:
                          1. Steering wheel assembly was damage
                          2. Both front shocker were non functional and damage
                          3. Brake plate completely rusted and brake pad issue
                          4. Both steering wheel plate were damaged
                          5. Mounting bush was damaged.
                          6. All four tyres were dry and have cracks
                          7. Some other problems which requires changing of them
                          I understand that car24 has a reputation and a customer like me do not expect this type of cheating from you. It is really shocking and unexpected. I understand a fair dealing from your side that n order to maintain the reputation and trust of your company. I also expect the customer should be informed about the exact conditon of vehicle before purchase so that the customer may not feel cheated. I was told that you people inspect the car before purchase and purchase only those cars which are without any major issues. I request that there should be an appropriate remedy to redress my grievance. I am not willing to get into any litigation and expect reimbursement of amount which i am going to spend on repair and change of parts and items in the above vehicle.
                          An appropriate and immediate reply from your end will be highly appreciated.

                            I'm surender kumar and i sold my car santro hr10k9878 at cars24 shakti nagar outlet. Whole process was good but the behaviour of manager ms ayushi very pathetic and rude. She was very arrogant and she has no sense that how to talk with customer. There's no ability and quality to be a manger into her. You have to terminate that kind of employee which behave like a illiterate people and you make them manager. There's is no quality to be a manger in her. I'm waiting for re-inspection and payment releasing and then she came told me why are you sitting here go out of this showroom. I told her i'm waiting for my payment and ri then she told her one of employee that jaldi kro inka aur bhgao inko yha se... These are the actual wording of her.
                            This is the contempt of consumer right. Lodge a case of defamation of mine on her.

                              I got a mail for inspection and got the details and quoted me the price from 78000 to 120000
                              I told it is tamil naidu registration with noc
                              They told it is not a problem and minimum you would get this amount. I was happy and went there and waited for 2 hours. After 2 hours they come to me and tell 40000 and i might need to pay 20000 for noc cancel and road tax extra and need to pay from 40000. So it might get 15000 for a zen estilo car. I would not even get cycle for 15000 and they want me to sell for this price. Why would they waste customer time by projecting fake prices we would get and keep messaging and calling us until we go there and wanted to show some excuses and cheat us for lower prices
                              Waste fake fellows. Do not transact with cheaters
                              Customer executives are rude and try to use loud mouth on customers. We are not afraid of these wicked cunning rascals and sue you if you call me.
                              I am surprised a genuine actor like bomanirani is endorsing a fake company like this.
                              Sir i request to not associate with the cheaters like this and spoil your name as i love you as an actor

                              But I did not got my chasis till now.
                              No satisfactorily answer recieved from Pitam Pura, Delhi branch.
                              Every time they are telling to wait for 1 day.
                              My detail are given below.

                                Would like to inform your office that, we had sold our office car chevrolet optra magnum ls 2.0 tcdi dated april 2018 from bangalore. Further, its been 4 months now and i haven’t received any information regarding the rc transfer. As per your company policy, you have been telling us the rc transfer takes 60 days and it's been more than 60 days. However, if i don’t get any information regarding the rc transfer soon, i have to take serious actions going forward. Customer care people will just raise a complaint and i don't any call back from them. After sales service of cars'24 is pathetic and this continuous serious legal action will be imposed

                                  I have sold my innova car at your whitefield branch in bangalore on 01 may 2018, it has been more than 90 days now and the rto transfers are still not completed. Numerous phone calls and emails to your sales representative and customer care have been made and have not received any response from your end. It is quite frustrating that your after sales support is pathetic and have no regards for your customers. This is totally unacceptable. Hope you will get this resolved this issue at the earliest, else i will be forced to take legal action. Thanks.

                                    Dear sir

                                    I sold my creta car at hyderabad malakpet branch on july 5th, then they hold some amount hold due to noc and challana payment.

                                    We cleared challana payment on july 8 th, but till today they didn’t release challana heldback amount 15500 around.

                                    Every day i called to branch and asked there persons but they didn’t respond.

                                    This is not fair at all.

                                    Car24 has trashed my car & still not given me my incentive amt of 5k which I was suppose to get on 10th Jun. Ronnie, Hussain, Bhupendra and Meghna don’t even want to respond to calls. Online fb chat support doesn’t want to commit timeline to resolve this. Modus of operandi is to hold money back till the time complainant gets tired of following up.

                                      Greetings

                                      This e - mail is about sharing my horrible expericence at cars 24 hauz rani branch delhi. I walked in to cars 24 on 25th july-18, for inspection of my hyundai - i-20 car at 4:30pm, without knowing that appointment is important. One of the staff standing out, said go inside and sit, we will inspect your car in 10 minutes. Inside i see there is huge rush of people already waiting, till that time i still did'nt know that only appointment people are seen. I wasted my 30 minutes sitting there waiting for my turn, after 10- 15 minutes one of the staff approached me saying threre is lot of rush come by appointment, i said fine, i moved out, the same staff who asked me to go in said wait for 10 minutes again and asked me to go in agian and he i will do inspection soon. I again went in, when nishant branch manger came and said appointments are our priority, which i completely understand and i have no objection in that but all staff members should speak same language to avoid confusion and unnecessary wasting others time. For next day i took appointment for 26th july at 5:00pm and finally inspection was done. As i was not happy with deal given to me, i had put my decision on hold for 2-3 days. On 31st july evening i got a call from nishant saying since its months closing time, he has a better deal to offer me by increasing 4000 rs more, and giving me a deal of 2.25 lakhs, to which i agreed. Since i had made request to nishant to get my car collected from my home, to which he agreed and had no objection at all, after that i have been calling him continously to close the deal asap.
                                      Since there was no response from him for 2-3 days, i myself went to cars 24 on 3rd august at 2:00pm, to do all final formalities and hand over my car personally. Again i was told to come at 4: 00pm, to which i said no as i had come from my office just for this work. Some senior staff listened to my plea and agreed to do all formalities, he got all the documents signed by me, but did not agree to take my car giving me reason of shortage of staff. This senior member did say he will get my car picked up from my house by next day. After that i have been calling non stop to nishant and call center to take the hand over of my car completely, but it seems they are too occupied or are not interested in this deal, which they should communicate to me.
                                      Everytime i call up, a false promise is done which is still pending till now. Call center people are complete useless, although they had put my case on highest priority on sunday that is 5th august, after that i have spoken to them atleast 2-3 times more, but they have no solution.
                                      I have been getting regular messages and e - mails, to deliever my car, otherwise the deal will be cancelled, and a legal notice will be put if the token money is not returned.

                                      This experince of my only only shows how unprofessional attitude your staff has towards customers.
                                      I completely regret my decision of coming to your center and would like to get my deal cancelled immediately, otherwise i am going to put legal case of harrassment and defaulter.

                                      Would like closing of my matter by today itself.

                                      Since morning I have received 6 calls in less than 2 hours, asking me to sell the car to you. I have submitted an ad on OLX and gives you no right to use my number to contact me. Learn to respect and be professional.
