Hi, i am a credit line customer having eligibilty of Rs 80, 000. I applied for a Loan amount of Rs 52000 on 23.Jun.22. due to urgency i opted for Cashe Loan. Today is 28.Jun.22 and after repetative reminder and follow up no response nor amount received in bank account. I would like to ask if we can pay our EMI before or on due date so that we are not imposed with Penal interest, why a company promising instant release of fund on approval is taking 4 working days and 6 non working days to release the loan amount when a person is in need o[censored]rgent funds and that urgency could be some life threatening issues or any severe issues then that person would suffer a lot.

            I am using CASHe app from last 6 years (2017 to present), its been very good for me to meet my financial needs. However, I have applied for a loan in 22nd this month, its been approved and I have done esign too. Usually it gets credited instantly from last 5 years but now it has been 3 days and still its not credited. The due date is showing 22nd July for 1st EMI but I did not get the loan itself. I have applied it for urgent need but its been 3 days still no response from the cashe support team to my emails. Kindly look into it, if you cant provide loan then please cancel it asap.             Hi, i called their corporate office, they said on 18th they had server issues after which no amount could be disbursed. I am also facing the same issue, my loan got approved on 23rd and till date payment is stuck. It has happened last few times that their disbursal is really slow.

                One of your staff call her name is Riya give threathen call on my no [protected] regarding the emi paid of Manali Bhosale and send offense sms in whatsapp her called no is [protected] and whatsapp no is [protected] . as per the RBI guidelines you can not make harrasement call to the reference no. so please stop the call and you are not authorised NBFC in RBI. otherwise lodge a complain in cyber Crime

                        Dear Pradeep, CASHe will transfer the requested amount to you in the form of Flipkart gift cards, sent over email, from where they can be redeemed. You would receive a link via SMS on your mobile number registered with CASHe, which you can alternatively use to redeem the gift cards. The email and SMS will be sent the request is approved.                                   I was in need of money, so i downloaded this Cashe app and submitted required documents. Thereafter i got call from Cashe person and said me that apart from internet, service tax and gst i have need to pay additional rs.1300 by saying it's compulsory to by an insurance and they deducted that money and credited rest of the amount.and later at the time of emi repayment even after paying amount they were not showing in the app and they called me around 50 times in 15 days even after getting reply from my side by saying that already i have paid, sent hundreds of mails by saying that please make the payment and also sent hundreds of text msgs of link by saying that open this link and repay. At the end they are charging for late payment when mistake is from there side. Please help me.They don't have any customer support number

                                    Respected team i would like to complaint about collection executives calling and harrassing by making 50 times calls. instead of making part payments and minimum amount every month ... there is constant harassment from executives who say will call up office members and reach office. I took 120000 loan and paid 82000 and have assured them making payments consistently still they are calling and saying very rude and meaningful statements and calling back to back to purposely harrass us

                                      I am trying foreclose my loan with Cashe. They is no way of contacting/communicating with them. They don't respond back to the emails and they have no number I can call. Their call center executives threaten to call friends and family and let them know that I have defaulted, next step would be home visit. This is clear harassment.

                                      I have been trying to foreclose my loan account. I have sent many mails, raised many tickets but no response from them. But they are seriously active when I default my emi harassing me and relatives.But why not answer now when I am mailing or calling them.
