Respected team i would like to complaint about collection executives calling and harrassing by making 50 times calls. instead of making part payments and minimum amount every month ... there is constant harassment from executives who say will call up office members and reach office. I took 120000 loan and paid 82000 and have assured them making payments consistently still they are calling and saying very rude and meaningful statements and calling back to back to purposely harrass us

    I am trying foreclose my loan with Cashe. They is no way of contacting/communicating with them. They don't respond back to the emails and they have no number I can call. Their call center executives threaten to call friends and family and let them know that I have defaulted, next step would be home visit. This is clear harassment.

    I have been trying to foreclose my loan account. I have sent many mails, raised many tickets but no response from them. But they are seriously active when I default my emi harassing me and relatives.But why not answer now when I am mailing or calling them.

        Hi,

        I applied for a loan amount which is approved and shows that my EMI dates are also confirm d however the amount is not yet credited.
        Based on the details and chat it says there is some issue in transferring the amount and would take 5 days.
        So, if it takes sometime why does the site say instant transfer and they charge interest for that.

        This is not appropriate and team need to look into it asap.

        Not the right approach it feels as it people are getting scanned by such inappropriate acts

            My payment was due on the 11th of every month, however, this month's auto-debit didn't happen from CASHE SIDE, and I received calls and texts from their members asking me to pay manually. I paid manually and sent the payment receipt.

            The same day, my bank got the Razorpay auto-debit request, which bounced owing to insufficient funds.

            No response from cashe team and I have raised a ticket and no response fro that

              Hi

              I applied loan in Cashe on 10th June 2022. My process got over within half an hour and my documents were verified on the very same day itself. All the process is over and i received a call and email stating my load has been approved and will be disbursed shortly. Its been 3 days and still i didn't receive the amount in my account.

                          I submitted an application on June 2nd. Completed the document verification the same day.

                          I signed the loan agreement and also enabled auto debit for emi from my account.

                          But the amount is not yet disbursed. Nobody is responding to customer care emails as well.

                            I Already paid all your Principal amount as suggested by cashe collection Team, they promised me that they will provide NOC once my payment will done. But till time they not provide me NOC. When mail to cashe customer support team, they sent me confirmation mail saying that they got all payment and my loan account is closed. But when I asked for NOC they are not responding to my mails.

                                I had paid my LAST EMI through UPI APP using link provided by one of their text messages. Still they submitted ECS next day and taken additional EMI OF Rs. 26, 875.00.

                                Refund the additional emi immediately as I have other loans to pay.
