I pay emi by upi 10020 on dated 9.05.22. after consulting customer service afterthat one hour after 10020 amount deduct my account. emi date 8.05.22. but emi not deduct from account . 9.05.22 customer service call for emi paid by upi. pls refund my extra amount 10020 asap.

    To whoever it may concern,

    This is to inform you that CASHe failed to Auto-debit an emi amount for personal loan due to some error at their end, due to which I sent an email to [protected]@cashe.co.in to them 2 days ago informing about the same information and also that the amount showing in pending is incorrect. I had shared screenshots for the same.

    It has been over 2 days with no response to that email, INSTEAD I received the following message from this number[protected].

    "If customer unable to pay emi today so Cashe it taken legal action and all documents are hold process.even NOC LETTER ALSO then you nextime not eligible loan form Cashe and other bank also because you CIBIL isgoing permanently defaulter.so I humble request u arrange money and pay emi by link before 5clock"

    Instead of being apologetic for their system failure, they have sent me legal threat. Now, I would like to file an official complaint against these people for unnecessary harassment and pathetic service quality.

    If it cannot be resolved here, I am willing to take legal action against CASHe.

      Hi. My EMi was debited on 2nd may and again it was debited on 4th may. I have already sent email with enough proof multiple times no response. Please refund the excess debit immediately.

      I am not sure whether company credited back the amount after complaining here. Because, I have sent more than 10 emails and 5 or 6 WhatsApp messages. Even contacted payment gateway provider but they couldn't do anything in this. I received payment back in my account today. Company replied me via email that payments will take 48 hours to reflect in their account and if any excess payment done, it will be credited back in 72 working hours. It took 7 days to get refund. Other than this, no quick response from CASHe

          Hi,
          I have received no due certificate in the month of 03-Jun-2019 from CASHe for the loan no : 114263 .same has been attached for your reference.
          But still this loan is showing an amount of Rs.2078 in CIBIL as Delayed by 180 days with last updated on 31-JAN-2019.
          I request you please update the same in cibil so that i will not getting any obligations in future regarding this loan,

            As I have took loan from Cashe, I was unable to repay loan from last three months.
            They are messaging our contacts that they given your name as reference, can we send collection agents to you locations to collect money. They are calling and scolding me.

            Please give me time of 10 days, where I will completely close the loan. Please don’t make any calls or messages to my contacts. Record this as a proof that customer is ready to pay in 10 days and after 10 days if not paid, you can do anything that you like to do.

            So please until that don’t do anything. I have only one option that is suicide if I won’t get any time.

              I have registered the Cashe account for Third-party Voucher transaction (VIHAAN). We have utilized the profile for collection of vouchers. That has been successfully completed and profile has been removed.

              But From Feb 2022 onwards, I am getting calls, Messages & WhatsApps from Cashe stating to make loan EMI (Ref: [protected] ) payment. As I didn't took loan from Cashe, asking for EMI payment is annoying.

              I didn't given any Email confirmation for loan processing or Loan application, still I'm getting the calls and Messages from Cashe.

              Kindly request you to solve this issue.

                            Paid entire loan amount but still not updated in application

                            Dear sir i had taken the loan from cashe application in last year November. I always paid my emi on time. On dated 21) 03/2022 I paid my all outstanding amount which was 34735 rs. Now more than one month has been passed still they are not updating my payment status in application and regularly demanding to pay emi. Sir i sent so many to cashe support and recovery team.                             Hi Team,
                            This is a formal complaint as i have sent various email to cashe customer support and there is no reply since 20 days.

                            Please check my ticket number #9063128 Re: freshdesk ticket # 8894480.

                            I have not receive my loan in my Amazon pay wallet. I have send all the screen shot required for my bank statement as well as amazon pay wallet statement screenshots. There is jo reply after that. I have been chasing this since 1 march where my cashe app shows loan disbursed and emi id due in april which i have not paid because i have received the loan. I got a call from cashe to pay the emi due. I have explained him the above case he said he will his manager to check with cashe app manager to check and they will get back to me. This was more than 2 weeks ago. No one called me. I explained them when i applied last time I got 1 rupee credited to my amazon pay balance to verify and then rest of the amount is credited within 5 minutes. But this time when i applied I got 1 rupee in my BANK ACCOUT and nothing came in my AMAZON WALLET. Because the person who was dealing with my loan application has done this mistake. Now i am being penalized for cashe mitake where emi is bounced and my credit score is affected. I have been using Cashe for last 3 years. I have no issues. But this time I am affected finanacially by cashe as i have to take loan from another company with hi rate of interest. Either close my loan so i can reappy. Or i will do police complaint where i have all the evidence to show that you have not given me any loan and you are fraudlently askinh me to pay the emi.

                                I have contacted CASHe earlier regarding an issue with a payment that I made on 21st February, 2022. This is not yet reflected in the app. The amount is neither refunded nor adjusted against the loan. Please give me clarity on the payment.

                                I have raised multiple queries regarding this issue and there is no response from your team at all. Here are the ticket details:
