    I have taken loan 220000 in the cashe app. Later I closed by paying UPI. after that again they deducted EMI(22953). I have been following with their support mail id but i am not getting proper response kindly help on this.

      I paid emi on 15 july 2022 7 days before due date but still mu payment not updated in app.. i continously facing harrasment from thier employees in what's app .. i already sent screen shorts of payment

        Applied for 1.5 Yr product it was approved on 9th July but today (21st July) but no amount is disbursed as of now. It shows we are transferring to your account in app but nothing as of now. CLN#10927111 please look into it asap and make the disbursement asap.

          i have taken a loan 3 years ago and still the loan is not closed in cibil records after the payment is also made 3 years ago, still the amount shows as 0 and the loan stands as not closed, i request you to please close the same as it is hampering my credit score and worthiness after closure of the loan, i hav also drafted many mails still their is no response onto that

            I had taken a loan CLN is #[protected].

            Total due amount by the date of 1st july is 11129/- of 2 months, images are attached of the emails i got from cashe for due amount for reference .

            I paid 11139/- by account transfer on 1st itself, which got confirmed that Cashe received the amount. Got email for the same

            But after all the due payment itself yet on 2nd 4957/- (EMI of 1 month) got auto debited from my account. Wrote many emails to them yet there is no reply and even they did'nt returned the money yet.

                I am doing payment on 13.07.2022 from IMPS of ICICI Bank, from ICICI bank, message came that amount is transferred on Beneficiary bank on 14.07.2022. with considering this amount my loan repayment is completed. For this query, I written mail to help desk 3 times, but still no any response came on mail. Please resolve this ASAP. I want to apply new loan, that's why I did complete payment. but still no any reply came.

                  Cashe is high rating application and its mean that well populated company.

                  But one of your collegue had conversation with me its totally unacceptable...he misbehave and speak badwords regarding EMI...

                  So request you to take action againts him on priority base.

                  My last EMI pending... And call me for further details...

                    I want repay my emi before due date.
                    But i am unable to pay..after giving my upi id they dont send any payment request..i registered for auto debit but i received a call from cashe and she said u have don't register and u have to pay manually..there is no response from email also, is there any way to talk with CashE agent.

                      I've taken loan from Cashe and unable to pay the debts due to other payments. Recovery team contacting people who were on my contact list. They taken the data from my phone illegally. They do not even contact my ref people. Due to some reasons I'm unable to pick there calls. So they are threatening my peers and asking me to borrow money from other people. As per RBI guidelines bank cannot discuss about my loans with anyone. However, they telling everyone about that.(This is wapp no who contract in wapp [protected])
                      If I'm lacking behind they can send me legal notices but which they aren't doing instead they are harassing my relatives.
                      I didn't banks do such unprofessional activities even we have right guidelines for it.

                      Really Shamefull act.

                                I am Hamid Hashmi My contact number is [protected] i had taken a loan from Cashe my Loan Id is 974049, My EMI date was on 13th July 2022, and the amount of 6680 was deducted on 13th July 2022 from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account which is registered with you but still amount is not updated in Cashe app and from yesterday i am getting messages on whatsapp to pay the EMI i already send them the screen shot they were told that it will update shortly but still not updated and today also i am getting messages and on mail payment link and on text messages i am attaching the screen shot please check and update as soon as possible as i am irritated from the messages which i am getting on whatsapp so requesting you to please update my payment.

                                  I am not able to pay emis from last few months as I was not was not working so I asked cashe to settle it in starting they told me that you can't settle cashe account, then they told me to pay 10k as every month some how i payed 10k 2 time later I am not able to pay due to money problem I have taken 60 thousand credit but there charged me near to 178985 Rs Customer service is worst illiterate people. if i talk also there not listening very rude and in whats app message they will threatening and blackmailing me like anything i feel like to died due to depression.

                                  If i ask for settlement i wont think so they will close my account many peopled faced many issue due to cashe app

                                      I have my account with cashe registered email id [protected]@gmail.com and register number [protected]
                                      Its been an month i have closed my loan but till now my laon is showing in default stage i have send many mails on ur mail id but no response on it im getting daily mail and msgs of default loan. I have shared all details on mails o have closed my laon it has been more than 30 days but still its showing loan id default and pending and no responses from them on emails.

                                        I have applied for CASHe loan of Rs 300000 for 1 year.
                                        The loan got approved on 8th July 2022 and I signed the e-agreement on the same day. But the amount has not been credited to my account till date.
