I have done payment of Rs. 4270 on 9th July 2022 but same day again deducted Rs.4270 by auto debit facility of Cashe and till time no any confirmation about refund of Rs.4270 and no any responce for refund issue sorted

    Hi team

    There are two times payment done of my ongoing loan. The first time i have done it by Google pay UPI method and second time it was deducted by Razoroay auto debit option.

    So my query is, when I will get my payment back in account.

      Dear sir please help me regarding this
      As many times I called them they are not responding to my mails and calls if suddenly they lift the call then after few seconds they are disconnecting the calls I am raising many tickets but my problem has not been solved from Jun 21 i am facing this problem no one is bothered about my previous tickets fresh tickets raised same problem persist why you are aware i am not able to understand to give me NOC torturing me one of my ticket no is 10567137

        I had applied a loan of INR 2, 50, 000 which got approved and after confirming and asking to remove insurance amount, in hand amount which was fixed and confirmed with me was INR 2, 41, 150/- and the amount which I received in the bank was INR 2, 33, 775.
        Now, no one is bothered pick up the call and revert back. Why I should take a cut in the in hand amount even after confirmation from your executive.

        Solve this or else cancel this loan.

              Due to salary delay i was not able to pay my emi on time and on 4th day i have received a call and i said that today i will pay my emi in evening most probably but they start threatening you that pay emi today otherwise i will call all your contacts about your loan so what kind of behavior is this, i have take loan from other companies too but they never talk like this, first they charges penalty and after that they start calling you and understand about your situation, first time i have experienced this

                Hello Team,
                My loan has been approved since friday and still the amount is not credited. Please look into it at the earliest since its a long time. Ideally the amount should be credited within 15-20 mins after approval, its been 5 days now.
                Kindly look into it asap and credit the amount.

                  I have paid the repayment on 9th July 2022 and I got the mail that it was successful from cash e but It is not reflecting in the cashe app.i have many trust issues on this app. Behaving like fraud app. Cashe customer service is pathetic. Actually there is no customer service for this company.they will just issues the tickets but o[censored]se. Worst app I have never seen in my life

                      I have paid early my last EMI, for closing my loan, and I paid 3583 on 08-07-22 at 08:22 AM.

                      But when I check the dashboard I found that payment is not reflected.

                          My EMI for loan was debited on 03/07/2022. From my account registered for NACH.

                          Till today amount is not updated against my loan . I am getting too many recovery calls, message and what's app.

                          Mail with Statement has been sent and Complaint also registered on Cashe App.

                          No support from recovery agent and operations.

                              Hi
                              I have taken a cashe loan of 6 months and i have paid for three months regularly and after that one month was due and at the time of 2nd I asked cashe customer care to close the loan send me the final amount they have sended me a mail for foreclosure i have paid the amount as they per their mail but still it is showing pending amount in CIBIL and i have complained many times for cashe team support team recovery team and collection team but no response from them so please do the needful i am attaching the screenshot also

                              No action has been taken now no call or MSG has been received from customer care only myself tying to call and telling my problem just they are raising ticket but not solving problem there is no justice happened to me even iafter consumer complaint pleas take some action against them they are giving false statements to customer while paying the cash afterwards the are misleading the customers

                                For only 10 days delay in paying the due the company has charged me 5786 INR, plus bonce charges of 2000 INR extra, this is not fair iam poor guy If I had that much money I have not choose to take loan and pay interest, please give me waver of my interest thanks 🙏
