I never applied for a loan this month nor I had the Cashe App installed in my account, but they intentionally and illegally i dont know how they credited money to my account without my knowledge, without ekyc, emandate or OTP. on 23rd May 2022
But I repaid them the net amount what you credited through the app, on
25-05-22 I will never pay the remaining interest or whatever balance showing in the app that I never applied for a loan.

      I have paid all the remaining EMIs for the loan I have taken. However, on the app its still showing one EMI pending. I have raised multiple cases with Cashe support team and sent the screenshots of all the payments but they are not responding to any of the emails. There contact number is not listed. Please help close the Loan.

        I have paid this month's emi on 16th May 6680/- via the link received from cashe but payment still not reflecting in app. I am getting unwanted calls and messages daily and being harrased by them. Trying to contact on this no [protected] but they never pick this call. Raised tickets 5 times to their helpdesk but no response received yet. It's been 6 days. Please get this resolved ASAP and stop their harrasment.

        I paid my EMI of this month in 10th July itself, befr the EMI date. But payment not reflecting on account. I tried to contact the support and generated several tickets but no response. Please get this resolved. Please stop doing this kind of scams.

          My auto debit date is 15th of every month. But from the past two months auto debit is not going through and I have to pay manually. But when I paid this month on 16th May via the link I received from cashe it's still not updated in app. And now I am getting unwanted calls and messages daily being harrased by them. I have raised tickets 4 times to their helpdesk. There is only one number to call them but that also they never pick. Please get this resolved ASAP

            I have been getting harassing calls and shocking messages from Cash-e, I lost my job and it was really sudden, my salary was on hold, I did not have any money left on me to even pay my house rent, sometimes even to eat food.. All that I asked was sometime to make the payment till my salary got credited, all that your team did was harassed me on calls and text messages. Abusive language was used and also showed unprofessional behaviour.

              Hi, It’s been a week now, my repayment to Cashe (Rs 7166) is not reflecting in Cashe app. They don’t have any mobile number to contact . The most frustrating part is they don’t respond to mails . I have been creating tickets every 6 hours . But simply no response. Please help me

                  EMI charged twice for the month

                  Hi,

                  I have attached my bank statement for the month so you can see that two payments to cashe were made, I have highlighted both for you.
                  First payment was made on 5th May via NEFT.
                  Second payment was made on 10th May which was auto-debited from my account

                      Very Bad experience this time. I have applied for a loan of Rs.250000 on10/05/2021 for 270 days period, Almost 2 days completed, today called and said "you loan amount is approved, e-sign is pending once done that we will credit the amount in one hour. but almost 2 hours completed, amount not credited. why you are taking more time to disburse the amount. Totally wasting customer time. if you do not able to disburse the amount today, you can cancel the loan. very frustrated!!!

                          I have a loan from cashe which I was not able to clear for almost 9 months as I had lost my job during covid19. I am however making the payment for last 2 months and am asking the cashe support to help me clear the amount in installment ( emi) or at a minimal settlement amount by next month. But they are calling my family members and threatening them stating that if the full remaining amount of 29000 or else there will be repurcussions for me and my family. Please help me in this issue

                            I pay emi by upi 10020 on dated 9.05.22. after consulting customer service afterthat one hour after 10020 amount deduct my account. emi date 8.05.22. but emi not deduct from account . 9.05.22 customer service call for emi paid by upi. pls refund my extra amount 10020 asap.

                              To whoever it may concern,

                              This is to inform you that CASHe failed to Auto-debit an emi amount for personal loan due to some error at their end, due to which I sent an email to [protected]@cashe.co.in to them 2 days ago informing about the same information and also that the amount showing in pending is incorrect. I had shared screenshots for the same.

                              It has been over 2 days with no response to that email, INSTEAD I received the following message from this number[protected].

                              "If customer unable to pay emi today so Cashe it taken legal action and all documents are hold process.even NOC LETTER ALSO then you nextime not eligible loan form Cashe and other bank also because you CIBIL isgoing permanently defaulter.so I humble request u arrange money and pay emi by link before 5clock"

                              Instead of being apologetic for their system failure, they have sent me legal threat. Now, I would like to file an official complaint against these people for unnecessary harassment and pathetic service quality.

                              If it cannot be resolved here, I am willing to take legal action against CASHe.

                                Hi. My EMi was debited on 2nd may and again it was debited on 4th may. I have already sent email with enough proof multiple times no response. Please refund the excess debit immediately.

                                I am not sure whether company credited back the amount after complaining here. Because, I have sent more than 10 emails and 5 or 6 WhatsApp messages. Even contacted payment gateway provider but they couldn't do anything in this. I received payment back in my account today. Company replied me via email that payments will take 48 hours to reflect in their account and if any excess payment done, it will be credited back in 72 working hours. It took 7 days to get refund. Other than this, no quick response from CASHe

                                    Hi,
                                    I have received no due certificate in the month of 03-Jun-2019 from CASHe for the loan no : 114263 .same has been attached for your reference.
                                    But still this loan is showing an amount of Rs.2078 in CIBIL as Delayed by 180 days with last updated on 31-JAN-2019.
                                    I request you please update the same in cibil so that i will not getting any obligations in future regarding this loan,

                                      As I have took loan from Cashe, I was unable to repay loan from last three months.
                                      They are messaging our contacts that they given your name as reference, can we send collection agents to you locations to collect money. They are calling and scolding me.

                                      Please give me time of 10 days, where I will completely close the loan. Please don’t make any calls or messages to my contacts. Record this as a proof that customer is ready to pay in 10 days and after 10 days if not paid, you can do anything that you like to do.

                                      So please until that don’t do anything. I have only one option that is suicide if I won’t get any time.
