    To help one of my friend who was in total loss I had taken a loan of eighty thousand rupees
    Despite having other loans too
    Cashe gave me the loan
    And my friend promised that he will pay all the EMI
    But for 80000
    The EMI was 14333/-
    And my friend did not pay it and he said he payed and asked me to ignore the phone calls
    Next month again I starting getting calls and messages
    I tried calling that friend he had blocked my number and he's not to b seen
    His house also was siezed by the bank coz he could not pay the loan
    I couldn't contact him
    Now the all came on me
    My husband does small business he said he will try to close the loan as soon as he get money from his work
    But it didn't happen till date
    And I'm continuosly getting messages on whatsapp and harrassing calls that I will b in trouble
    Theyr asking me to beg on the road and pay the loan
    Already I'm having two major loans on 8lakhs
    And I'm paying all autopayment from bank
    And I'm staying in rent
    I don't get anything to save
    How can I pay 14333 emi?
    And this is toomuch to pay
    Even sbi and Bajaj don't take somuch from me
    I'm paying ten thousand for each 4lakh loan
    We will pay the loan as soon as we get my husband's money
    But I'm unhappy that theyr using vulgar language it doesn't suit
    V have already told our problems to them
    Now I've blocked thier numbers cz getting calls from 100numbers
    Plz do the needful
    I'm already in trouble I don't want somuch pressure
    I m paying the loan but need some time

        I have taken loan from cashe I am unable to pay loan due to pandemic situation of covid I don't have job as well as I don't have any income to get food we are suffering at this time your tele caller are harassing & blackmailing while taking loan their was a insurance why you guys won't claim that insurance, colleges are not working to get any kind of letter .
        While giving loan you guys need bank statement when we are not getting salary why u wont accept bank statement. Many of them struggling bcuz their is no job .

          The main issues customer service is very poor and loan statement they need to send very clear with postal address physical copy need to be send loan details.then the customer payments will be easier.
          Unwanted penalties are getting charged and no other loanmprovider charged like tjjis i n this COVID situvation . Need to provide some 20 days time frame from 1st till 20th which be easy to pay.
          Charging penalties, asking money to pay on 23rd, 24th, 25th sending emails and asking for money to pay and keeping CIBIL report down these all looks like unethical way if doing things never experienced
          Nodues certificate, . Customer prefers . Immediately

            Cashe is creating mental stress and its making the people to suffer. It's also telling to people die but pay my amount and die. It's very worst. I have undergone such a situation. Pls dont add cashe in any of the lending apps

              They send as bellow words,
              Hello.. What about your fake commitment.??? Do u remember. Or not???. What kind of person u are.. Shame on u.

              This is not accepted in this such words.
              They pepople not pay my loan or int or penalty.

                Hi Team,
                I've been in constant touch with cashe team. As agreed payment is also being getting paid in parts which we can as per the company norms.

                The case has been shifted to third party recovery in (District Centre Janakpuri New Delhi Branch).and complaint is against Rahul Sharma and his team.

                First of all how can they contact any other family members/friends/relatives without any permission that to during this covid.

                As per the RBI guidelines all NBFCS/Banks by default have the covid moratorium ongoing. Then why is Cashe is telling there is no moratorium and where is it mentioned.

                If they are not giving any moratorium whre is the message. Did they send any notification of no moratorium or opt in opt out messages. No.

                The company has been harassing me like hell from last 15 days and has done this in the past too. I strictly want this case to be dealt with utmost responsibility and have read the terms and conditions that the recovery cell can't harass an individual like this.

                I need an action against the company norms for breaking it rules and alsoagainst Rahul Shrama/Akansha Agarwal and his team from the recovery unit.

                In case of no response I'll be filling an official police complaint with regards to harassments and bullying.

                  I got a loan of 10k from cashe app but due to corona virus my financial situation is bad and I am not able to pay my dues.. But I want to pay my all dues as I told to recovery agents... But they don't want to hear anything and called me again and again and asked me to pay my dues within 2 days... But I have no money to pay... They also added high penalty charges and threatened me to pay the dues otherwise they warned me that police arrived in my home... I beg them for giving some time but they don't want to hear anything... Plz help me out

                    Applied for a loan in may 2020 till now everyday am mailing them to support me for availing loan.
                    No one will picks up or call back.

                    Once in a month they will reply like transferred to concerned department.

                    Didn't see any worse customer experience like this

                      Last time I raised a complain against cashe executive but Sir that is not resolve yet.they are call my contact list .I will request them give me some time I will make the payment but the executive was abuse me and harass me very badly .and he was thereat me that you have to make payments today only otherwise he call all my contact .                         I have taken a loan from cashe and due to covid-19 i can't be able to pay emi and because of financial issue... Past 3 month my salary are not credited..
                        Cashe executive call me form the paymet and abusing and harassing for the payment executive name was pallavi she is abusing me like hell abhi abhi paymet kar do all so rude she should understand what is the situation going on...
                        Kindly take action against pallavi and cashe company as well..

                          I had taken loan from online loan application cashe and. It's overdue now and they are, threat me to call my contact list, abusing me, misbehaving with me. I contacted there customer care but they are not helping at all. I will receive a call on this number[protected].

                            Such a abusive collection team. Don't know how to talk and without any permission thet started to make calls to friends or family member. Even though i'm unble to repay the last emi om time and wriiten an email regarding the same that i'll pay on next 7th. Now i'd like to against him in court for self respect and customers right. They're to offensive and abusive while talking even though i was not physically fit.

                              I have taken your personal loan product for the second time. Just to let you know that i have been making regular payments.. Recently due to app issue there has been a delay in payment. Have reported this to your team at [protected]@cashe.in and your representatives on call asking for solution enabling me to make the remaining outstanding amount immediately, but haven't received any satisfactory response. Your representative from support desk mr. Mahendra was just sending copy paste mails asking to make the payments, didn't show any intrest to analyze the issue reported from my end;it was really shocking to see such a behaviour exhibiting no care for customers.

                              I have been making prompt payments, this is the very first time i was looking for charges waiver, that too inline with the issues faced by me using your app.

                              Hope you will review this and take favorable action for your customer.

                                I have taken a loan and not able to pay emi. I have requested a date for them. But the person kavitha advocate reached to all my contacts including my hr for payment. Did i say i wont pay? I requested time. If my job is lost, how can i pay the emi's.

                                How you get access to all my contacts. Its a crime to steal other personal information. You have got access only to contacts or media in my mobile.

                                If i am not reachable, you can reach out to my references, am answering your calls, then why you reaching my contacts and asking them to pay.

                                I don't have a belief on you that you steal only contacts, you can also sell it to other telemarketing industries and am afraid that if have access to media in our mobiles, you can do anything with that.

                                You are playing with many people's life and many would have been under stress because of this like me but not showing up.

                                Do you want to gather the affected people and do a dharna to stop all these? Please go legally if there is a defaulter rather than calling others and spoiling their social image. You people are the worst disease, eating minds of people and making their life in stress.

                                We have courts in india to handle these issues.

                                CashE customer support never cares for this. They wont give a solution, only they need is money. You can pay by any means. They will accept. I called Kavitha regarding how my contacts are taken, she switched off the phone. Don't want to share her number here, as this will make some issues for her. She is a woman and i respect people. CashE CEO MR. Ketan Patel should do something on this. Government has to do something on this. Court has to make decisions on such issues.

                                Failing to repay is a crime, like that peeping others personal info is also crime. Need to stop this.

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      I am requesting for the moratorium since last few months.
                                      I know feb emi is due but i need moratorium i don't have any money, and your agent is harrassing me.
                                      Please give moratorium or else i will suicide as well as file a complaint at police station for harrassing.
                                      You can check my all cashe loan records no bounce is there but this time due to financial reasons i missed emi of feb and other emis due to covid-19.

                                        I am using cashe from last 2 years and taken more than 4 lakh rupees and paid them in a year (every loan was preclosed) but in this pandemic when my company opted for salary cut, CASHe not providing and their recovery team harassing and threatening. CASHe asked me to provide the salary cut proof and when I provided them they said loan disbursed after 29th feb can’t be considered for moratorium, when I asked them that this is written in RBI circular- they replied we have right to decide about moratorium and rbi can’t force us. Everyday more than 5 times they trying to deduct the amount from bank account (because they have nache mandate) more than 300 times they tried to forcefully deduct the amount from my bank account. I need the solution because this NBFC not registered under RBI Ombudsman complaint system and they are taking benefits from this. Need the resolution here.
