Such a abusive collection team. Don't know how to talk and without any permission thet started to make calls to friends or family member. Even though i'm unble to repay the last emi om time and wriiten an email regarding the same that i'll pay on next 7th. Now i'd like to against him in court for self respect and customers right. They're to offensive and abusive while talking even though i was not physically fit.

    I have taken your personal loan product for the second time. Just to let you know that i have been making regular payments.. Recently due to app issue there has been a delay in payment. Have reported this to your team at [protected]@cashe.in and your representatives on call asking for solution enabling me to make the remaining outstanding amount immediately, but haven't received any satisfactory response. Your representative from support desk mr. Mahendra was just sending copy paste mails asking to make the payments, didn't show any intrest to analyze the issue reported from my end;it was really shocking to see such a behaviour exhibiting no care for customers.

    I have been making prompt payments, this is the very first time i was looking for charges waiver, that too inline with the issues faced by me using your app.

    Hope you will review this and take favorable action for your customer.

      I have taken a loan and not able to pay emi. I have requested a date for them. But the person kavitha advocate reached to all my contacts including my hr for payment. Did i say i wont pay? I requested time. If my job is lost, how can i pay the emi's.

      How you get access to all my contacts. Its a crime to steal other personal information. You have got access only to contacts or media in my mobile.

      If i am not reachable, you can reach out to my references, am answering your calls, then why you reaching my contacts and asking them to pay.

      I don't have a belief on you that you steal only contacts, you can also sell it to other telemarketing industries and am afraid that if have access to media in our mobiles, you can do anything with that.

      You are playing with many people's life and many would have been under stress because of this like me but not showing up.

      Do you want to gather the affected people and do a dharna to stop all these? Please go legally if there is a defaulter rather than calling others and spoiling their social image. You people are the worst disease, eating minds of people and making their life in stress.

      We have courts in india to handle these issues.

      CashE customer support never cares for this. They wont give a solution, only they need is money. You can pay by any means. They will accept. I called Kavitha regarding how my contacts are taken, she switched off the phone. Don't want to share her number here, as this will make some issues for her. She is a woman and i respect people. CashE CEO MR. Ketan Patel should do something on this. Government has to do something on this. Court has to make decisions on such issues.

      Failing to repay is a crime, like that peeping others personal info is also crime. Need to stop this.

            Dear sir/madam
            I am requesting for the moratorium since last few months.
            I know feb emi is due but i need moratorium i don't have any money, and your agent is harrassing me.
            Please give moratorium or else i will suicide as well as file a complaint at police station for harrassing.
            You can check my all cashe loan records no bounce is there but this time due to financial reasons i missed emi of feb and other emis due to covid-19.

              I am using cashe from last 2 years and taken more than 4 lakh rupees and paid them in a year (every loan was preclosed) but in this pandemic when my company opted for salary cut, CASHe not providing and their recovery team harassing and threatening. CASHe asked me to provide the salary cut proof and when I provided them they said loan disbursed after 29th feb can’t be considered for moratorium, when I asked them that this is written in RBI circular- they replied we have right to decide about moratorium and rbi can’t force us. Everyday more than 5 times they trying to deduct the amount from bank account (because they have nache mandate) more than 300 times they tried to forcefully deduct the amount from my bank account. I need the solution because this NBFC not registered under RBI Ombudsman complaint system and they are taking benefits from this. Need the resolution here.

                I have closed my loan and its clear in the loan history in app.
                However it still not showing the close date and i am not able to take loan from other applications due to bad slq points.
                Kindly close the loan as soon as possible as i am in requirement of money for my family member medical emergency.

                  Hello guys,

                  I am going to complain on you guys through rbi. I have started my procedures. I have taken loan from you guys unable to make a repayment because of no job. Requested for moratorium or aleast 3-4 months of time with intrest to pay the loan. Written emails so many got a generic reply. People are calling and harrasing my famly me n so many people? My request is a valid request. Do u guys want people to die literallly because of taking loan from you guys? What happens if a person sucide due to ur company haarasment? Really? Its a big joke for you guys. Already mentioned payment will be done. Have taken so many loan never ever i was due on making any payment.

                      My loan # bhanix finance and investment limited. I failed to repay my emi on time and asked some additional time for repayment. I started making the payment as well. They started calling from my contact list randomly even those numbers were called which was not shared at the time of the loan. I want to know under which law you guys did it. Who gave you permission contact any number from my cell phone contacts. I have the call recording as well when your collection agent called people with who i didn't had contacts even in years. Caller even said lies that i have shared this umber as a contact person. This is fraud. I feel cheated as this was my third or 4th loan. This is not enough they keep sending you messages atleast thrice and email every day.

                        I frequently take loans from cashe app, i had a good social score and in my
                        Last loan i have taken due to genuine reasons i couldn't pay the emis on time,
                        However i paid as much as amount possible with me and i respond to them
                        When they call me. From last two months i couldn't pay my emi as major tax
                        Amount deducted twice from my salary, i have proofs if required. I clearly

                        I have been requesting cashe for providing moratorium service for the loan i have taken from them but they are refusing to accept the request and asking unnecessary documents which government has not asked to provide. This i my 5th loan which i have taken and previous loans i have cleared fully and on time without any delay, but they sent me a mail stating i have already previously failed to adhere to my commitment to them and have been in a default state. I tried to explain them due to lockdown there is financial issues which i have been facing but still they are not ready to accept this request even though government & rbi have asked every financial institute to provide moratorium service to who ever is requesting for it but still this people are refusing to provide the same.

                          I’m quiet disturbed with the way cashee has been harressing for the last installment of my loan. It was due in feb 2020

                          It’s been a hectic month of march aswel april because of covid-19, there is no income running

                          Cashee keeps sending messages threatening on putting a default on my cibiel
                          Infact they have reported negative on my cibiel aswel

                          It’s not that i won’t pay them the last installment, i surely will pay them. Just that i’m waiting for things to go back to normal.

                          Cashee agents as well as the company itself has no humanity,

                          All i request is to take the negative off my cibiel and i will be making the payment by june as per the moratorium given my the rbi

                            I have an mailed regarding morotorium due to financial issue, but team member mahendra did not accept and asked for office communication from office then i provide email screenshot where is mentioned for salary revised, but team continue misguided me and treat aa a beggar and also not follow rbi guidelines where nothing mentioned any reason in written and also received call regarding recovery agent will visit, is this is well for only one emi laps, so see the matter, i always paid emi on time but due to lockdown my family member income effected and also spent for illness. I am not able to pay emi now, so either provide me morotorium or increased loan tenure of 12 from 6 months.

                              However, these financial services are not giving us time to repay and again and again they are auto debiting the account.

                              But as u know we are passing through the worst situation due to the corona virus. Rbi it self passed moratorium in emi, this condition we doesn't have any source of money to repay. I have requested in mail so we are getting automated reply in which they have mentioned "requesting for a moratorium will also make you a defaulter and decrease your credit score as per our internal lending criteria"

                              Whatever suggestions and help you are going to give. Give that assistance here itself. So that other people are also aware & helped by you. What are you up-to is this the way to harass people to this extent. your mails like 200 mails in this whole month rediculious are harassing, and messages too. Auto debiting account for no reason again and again.

                              Can't you see the situation whole world is going through. When Government of India and RBI has itself asked to provide moratorium then are you more than them to not follow their instructions. There are many small lenders given moratorium without any questions. then why you are asking for unnecessary documents which you are not allowed to ask.

                              Whatever relief you can give me. Assist me here itself.

                                    Please note i am an existing customer of cash e have taoen 3 loans till now out if which 2 are closed and 1 is running now in this loan as i am going through some crisis so there are certain problems coming while paying premium and on top of that currently the whole world is going through crisis because of covid-19 because of which govt also suggested banks and other institues not to ask for emi. But what is happebing actually is i received a call around 5 th april asking for emi and i requested her that i dont have a job right now and ite a lockdown as well here so i will be able to manage the amount by this monthend she said ok mam we understand please pay the amount by this monthend. Than call disconnected and today all of a sudden she called me again and started asking for payment and i said her that i told you k will pay on month end but she started uaing other language, i do have recording of that. What does cashe emplyees think of a customer that they will speak to the customer as per their mood swings or their target pressure? I was shocked the way and the words she used while talking to me than i said her that please dosconnect the call she was not ready to anyhow i disconnected it and than what ehe started is making blank calls to me i have recordings of that too.
                                    I am gonna take this to the maximum level available in the country.

                                      I have taken loan from cashe march emi not paid there is no option for maratorium in cashe app i raised two times complaint to support team the recovery person called and threating over phone at least give option for part payment he refused we part payment option given in payment time of cashe but the recovery officer speaking nonsense. Please provide maratorium or give option for partpayment in this situation.
