      Due to some unfortunate reasons and financial issues in my family I'm not able to pay the emi of cashe and there are some executive who are saying themselves as advocates are continuously messaging me and they are harrassing me and threatening me to pay the emi and if I don't pay they will reach my home or call my references

        You have approved my loan on 03.02.2024. but still not received money from your side. I have already sent the mail many times so you said ' server problem'. I have applied the loan for emergency. my mother in hospital. Your customer agent said with in 4 days reflected money in your bank but still not received from your side. Kindly update the disbursal status immedeately. I am very very urgent. Pls help me sir. I have used this account past 3 years. it will smoothly running up. But this time very very upset sir. Kindly conside the suituation and send the money immediately. atleaset when it will be cleared pls inform me.

        simply there is a response from the cashe company but actually there is no action taken so far . still im waiting for a valid action/response from the company, it's been more than 20 days, no reply for the ticket in raised in the app or the mails i have sent . please take serious action

        My cln no 6909663 and i have applied loan on 3 feb 2024, but still i am not received loan, My EMI due date is 03.03.2024. i have mail for customer support the are sending a mail i will resolve 4 days but no payment clear, i have called customer support they are guaranteed the payment done by 21 feb 2024 and again 23rd feb 2024 before 8 pm, but still not received the payment, no one try call also they will not response. So I'm getting depressed everyday. Please let me know whether the loan amount is available or not. please resolve the issue...

        How many times you have approved my loan? Already 26 days over my loan then cancelled my loan again approved new one but how many days taking disburse the loan? Previous loan 26 days this loan ? Please don't blame to me. If you interested giving the loan disbursement smoothly otherwise today tomorrow...etc don't fool to me.

        Yesterday (27.08.2024) one lady (Cashe customer) called me. 'They told your loan couldn't transfer sir please reapply the loan today we will disburse the loan to your account' I believed the commitment but still not received money from your side. Why you have blame to me? If it is possible or not otherwise don't foolish to customer.

        For last one month you have not paid the money to my account. I have informed you several times by phone and email. You said many times that you will get in 4 days, you will get by the weekend, you will get today, but till not received money from your side. Finally let me know whether the payment will come or not.

          My loan with Cashe has been approved and it’s under processing for a while.
          I have already signed emandate and also autodebit. They also have all my personal information. It’s very inconvenient when you don’t receive the money on the said time. Also there’s no option to cancel it even if I want to cancel it. I wouldn’t want them to credit it when I no longer want it. Either they provide it on time or don’t provide at all.
          My major concern is since they already have all my docs it gets scary on what they can do with it.

          I am also not getting any support from Cashe regarding the same. They can make calls to collect dues but doesn’t have a customer support line to help when the customer is in need.
          Cashe really needs to work on this if they are looking for customer satisfaction.

            I took loan from them, i want to foreclosure the loan. They said there is no foreclosure. I closed the emi 10 days before and want to close the loan and when asked they charged interest and saying its automated.

            Thay are charging interest niw to foreclosure the loan, while giving loan they said no foreclosure charges and now they are charging interest to foreclosure the loan. There is no link in app to pay the loan, and they send like this.

                    My loan is approved on 04th February but still not received amount, made somay mails also, there is no use, getting repeatedly same answers from your side like as below,

                      I have applied loan in CASHe for medical emergency and it got approved on 5th feb 2024. From then the status was loan transfer is aunder process. It has been 7 days till now. Still the approved amount not disbrused. I created tickets everyday regarding disbursement. Everytime I get a templated replys via mail. I called customer care number but no one responds. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I appled loan for medical emergency please try to understand.

                        They already has but i think now a days cashe has stopped disbursement as check your X account and even here several people are complaining the disbursement has not been taken place even for months. And only static reply as always like one here from cashe.

                            I have applied cashe loan and it got approved . On 1 feb. NOW 11 TH FEB .. still amount not credited.

                            Always getting message that it will be disbursed.but it is not done.

                            MY customer id IS 5556114.

                            I am waiting for disbursement..kindly please help me

                            You have approved my loan on 03.02.2024. but still not received money from your side. I have already sent the mail many times so you said ' server problem'. I have applied the loan for emergency. my mother in hospital. Your customer agent said with in 4 days reflected money in your bank but still not received from your side. Kindly update the disbursal status immediately. I need funds very very urgent. Pls help me sir. I have used this account past 3 years. Everytime process is smooth. But this time very very upset sir. Kindly consider the situation and send the money immediately. atleaset when it will be cleared pls inform me.

                            The only thing i am getting from past 11 days is this automated messages from cashe . I have sent almost 10 mails . Getting same message again and again.but not disbursement. If there is an issue. Please let us know. Stop sending mails will get with in minutes so n so.

                            simply there is a response from the cashe company but actually there is no action taken so far . still im waiting for a valid action/response from the company, it's been more than 14 days, no reply for the ticket in raised in the app or the mails i have sent . simply they keep responding over social media 'sent to concerned dept', 'will be resolved in 24-48 hrs', so n so ...im not sure what the company is upto after customers signing e-mandate. please take serious action.

                            There is no proper response from cashe . Simply they are managing with automated messages. So if you want loan from them...you need yo wait for eternity.

                            This is worst.. after more than 15 days hold for disbursement...now they are asking. If you still interested in loan. If not let us know. Message...this ridiculous... Is this the service you provided to customers. I know they just collect data and hold. And in mail i m getting regula mails that u religible instant loan from cashe ...but why...

                            Hi check your updates only. First update from you 13 th second 17 th and now on 19 th .. in between..already 6 days over. And again you telling that priority ... Is it priority...i think just your thinking that just automated message is enough instead of resolution... Is it the service your upto. Terrible service ..its been 19 days still no disbursement. If your company facing issues lets us know... We never choose cashe again.

                              I applied for the loan on 12th December 2023. It's been 2 months since I applied for the loan and I still haven't received the money in my account. I have sent many mails but till now the money has not been received except for the reply that the money will be paid in 3 days. Please take an initiative to raise money

                                I applied cashe loan 17000/-How many days to wait and still three days have been completed How many mails should I send to you My entire loan application is complete, but the amount is not dispersed. How many days should I wait If you delay like this, I will file a RBI Ombudsman complaint against your company. your loan transfer is under process cashe app It shows that I want the loan amount to be transferred as soon as possible I want to solve this problem quickly Here I am mentioning the screen shot of the problem, check it once

                                    Loan money is not credited to account and already EMI dates are reflecting. this is ridiculous. NO customer support so far, if i call no one picks and just call gets ended automatically. this company is scamming every one. please take serious action. it causes mental trauma each day .
