I have applied loan through CashE and the application got approved and status updated as loan amount will be disbursed but it's been more than 8 days still i haven't received any amount and even after several email to the support no response from them.
CASHe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    My loan is not credited yet and I have just getting replies over email that loan is sorrowed but it will take time for disbursement with no ETA mentioned at all.

      Loan id - 4052967

      I have made repayment of entire loan amount of 60129/- even before my first emi date which was 15th Feb. in order to get more loan from my pre approved limit of 1, 30, 000/-
      It’s been more than 24 hrs now that the amount is still not credited even though it says in the app that loan is approved and disbursement is in process.
      If the loan amount is not credited to my account by today I request you to close my cashe account. Because I already see emi dates for amount 1, 30, 000 even though money is not credited to my bank account.

        Hello,
        I have still not received the loan amount in my bank account even after multiple requests to cashe support team.
        I am getting an email that the loan is approved but due to technical issues it will take time for amount to be credited in my account.
        No ETA is given.
        There app claims that It takes maximum 24 hrs and minimum 30 secs for disbursement.
        It’s an medical emergency please understand and credit the amount today itself 🙏🏻

          Hello,
          I have repaid the entire loan amount and reapplied for a new one. As per their advertisement it shall be instant approval loan, but application under processing from last 7 days. I was received call from customer service executive for loan limit & verification. I provided the information & as per him it is approved.
          I am requiring fund immediately, but they are delaying it without informing anything. I mailed them several times, but they do not respond any email. I tried their customer contact number it always busy & not responding.
          Kindly look into this matter & resolve it immediately.

            We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

            Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

            As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

            We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

            We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

              Hi I had applied for a loan which was approved 15 days ago on 16th January . Till today-31st January the amount is yet not disbursed. I have been writing multiple mails and raised tickets. None of them are being answered by a human. Can you guys help me ??

                Hello,
                I am writing it again that it is a medical emergency that’s why I had made the entire repayment of 60129/- and reapplied for a new loan.
                I am not able to raise a ticket via app and WhatsApp.
                Please disburse the amount today itself.
                Please understand it’s a medical emergency and I had mentioned this in past 20+ mails.

                Still amount is not credited
                I had only missed my emi once in these 3-4 years and I was bombarded with every source for recovery.
                Now as per your claim of disbursement duration which is 24 hrs, my loan amount is still not credited to my account. How is this fair?

                      I had applied for a loan on 10 January 2024 and it is approved, but till now they did not transferred the loan amount into my bank account. In the mobile app the below message is showing in status -

                      I raised so many tickets and dropped emails to customer support team regarding delay in loan disbursement but no luck. On 28th January 2024 they had cancelled my loan application by stating that. "We have forwarded your loan cancellation request.", while I never requested for it. Screenshot of email conversation is attached.

                      On 29th Jan I again applied for loan. and request you to please help me to get this resolve as soon as possible.

                      How many time you will forward concern to relevant department?? Earlier also you commented the same thing on my previous complaint, raised on 27th January.
                      5 to 7 times I have raised the ticket in cashe app and dropped multiple emails too but you guys are continuously reverting the same reply instead of giving any solution.

                        Cyberbullying against loan recovery

                        Respected team,

                        Yesterday evening one of your cahse agents text me on truecaller for loan recovery. Just few seconds later i got a bombarded msg with fake otp's continuously for the whole hour and still i am receiving msgs. Is this the fair moral practice for loan recovery? Is this the adherence towards rbi guidelines for nbfcs against recovery?

                        I will be submitting a written court complaint against cashe...

                        It's more than 30 days since the application was approved but still no funds were received. Kindly look into the issue & provide a solution & arrange a call back immediately. Else I will be forced to escalate the issue to Ombudsman.

                              I had applied for a loan on 22 January 2024 and it is approved, but till now they did not transfer the loan amount into my bank account. In the mobile app the below message is showing in status -

                              Status in app: "Your Loan transfer is under process; we will update your status as soon as loan transfer is complete."

                              I raised multiple tickets for this, but they closed the ticket same day without any resolution by mentioning that "we will resolve the issue with in 4 working days".

                              I'm also sending emails also to the support team, but they are not replying on it.

                              Please help me to get this resolve as soon as possible.

                                I applied a loan form cashe on 16 Jan 2024 and my loan application is approved on same day but till date my loan loan amount is not disbursed almost 15 days is over. Please its my humble request to transfer my loan amount because I need emergency of fund so thats why applied for loan. Please help me on this and take this request to concern person so that my loan amount will be transfered.

                                  I applied loan from cashe on 9th dec 2023 but after approval and giving consent loan amount is not received yet. Every I mail to cashe team, received the same reply - some issue with bank and it take 5 days to resolve the issue. I don't know what to do
